Hotels in Marrakech met Wifi

This is an absolutely stunning Riad. I cannot praise it enough. The courtyard is beautiful and full of trees and plants. The restaurant shares this space and is a wonderful experience to have breakfast, lunch or dinner among the trees and plants. We stayed in room Orientalle and it is just incredible. There is a balcony over the pool and plenty of room to relax. The artwork is also stunning, not just in the room but all over the riad. It is like staying in a museum. There are also many patios to relax in although we could not make full use of them as the weather wasn't great. The real stars of the Riad are the staff. They are simply amazing. Ahmed looked after us so well. Sorted out our transfers and organised a tour of Marrakech, booked a restaurant for is. Would always ask if we were okay was always ready with a tip or helping on what to do or where to go. When he wasn't there Khalid did the same. Khalid is also very friendly and helpful. It was great having them in reception just before you went out. As we had come to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary Ahmed had decorated the room with petals and had also arranged a bunch of roses for my wife. He also organised a special vegetarian dinner in the restaurant for us Housekeeping led by Latifa were great and the room was cleaned very well and repeatedly decorated with rose petals. Breakfast is a traditional Moroccan one and is very good. The star is however Oussama, our waiter. He looked after us every day and insisted we try everything and made sure we had a good breakfast. He is a very genuine person and truly wants you to have a good time. When we had dinner at the restaurant one evening he made sure we couldn't eat another crumb. A truly kind and sweet person I cannot praise the Riad and staff enough. It is not the cheapest place but for my wife and I it was worth every penny. The memories we have will last for ever. We will return

I love the ambience, the decor and above all, the service that this riad has given from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The staff member that greeted us was very helpful and informative, and there were two night shift members who were incredibly helpful arranging our early breakfast (because we had to leave super early) and accompanied us to show the safest way to the square at the crack of the dawn. Even when we got lost on our way to the riad, the staff member also picked us up and helped us with our belongings. I would definitely recommend this riad to friends or family who want to make a trip to Morocco, especially Marrakech!

Wat een geweldige ervaring was het om in deze Riad te verblijven. Toen we aankwamen, werden we begroet door Karim, die ons verwelkomde met een rondleiding door de Riad en thee op het dak. Hij gaf ons een kaart en legde alles uit wat we moesten weten over de omgeving en hoe we bij alle toeristische trekpleisters konden komen. De Riad ligt in een perfecte omgeving... dicht bij de Saadiam-graven en op slechts een korte wandeling van het centrale plein. Taxi's zijn gemakkelijk te vinden en kunnen gemakkelijk tot aan de deur van de Riad rijden, dus het ligt op een geweldige locatie. De kamer was prachtig, onberispelijk schoon en de faciliteiten waren geweldig, we sliepen elke nacht diep en vonden de kamer geweldig. Het ontbijt in de ochtend was ook een traktatie. Je wordt begroet door een vriendelijk personeelslid en we vonden het ontbijt op het dak dat we elke ochtend kregen geweldig. De spa is ook geweldig. Als stel gingen we voor een traditioneel Hammam-pakket, gevolgd door een massage, en het was geweldig. Nogmaals, het personeel in de spa, de faciliteiten en de algehele ervaring waren absoluut geweldig. Een speciale vermelding voor alle personeelsleden in de Riad: de vriendelijkste, meest gastvrije die ik ooit heb mogen ontmoeten, vooral Karim, Muhammad, Mustapha en nog een heer wiens naam ik vergeten ben. Ze waren zo aardig en behulpzaam, begroetten ons met een glimlach elke keer dat we ze zagen en deden zoveel moeite om ons verblijf fantastisch te maken. Als u overweegt om deze Riad te boeken, doe het dan meteen. U zult er geen spijt van krijgen. Als we terugkeren naar Marrakech, zullen we hier weer verblijven en ik zal het iedereen die ik ken aanbevelen. Bedankt, Riad Almisk, we hebben genoten van onze 4 dagen in uw prachtige etablis*****t.

Place is nice and clean, staff was also very helpful. However, do note that the address is not the actual address of the riad. I am travelling alone, and only booked this riad because it was right beside where my friends are staying. I only found out when I arrive that it is a 4-5mins walk from the actual address stated on trip.com. Which was very misleading and they should update the correct address. Kudos to the staff who was very nice to walk me out many times, as I prefer to have someone walk me in the early mornings, and at night. Provided water, and also very helpful and friendly. Another issue I had was that I arranged an airport transport to pick me from the airport, and was told the driver will be carrying the hotel sign with my name. I could not find the driver and panicked, again because I was travelling alone. I had to call the riad to realise that the driver was not carrying the correct sign, but another name similar to Riad Dar Massai, and did not have my name on it. Which was honestly impossible for me to recognise which is my driver. The sign should be made clear to guest first time in Marrakesh to just show ”RIAD DAR MASSAI + name of guest”. Finally, the aircon was great, but blankets were really thin. I know they provided extra blankets but I did not use it. So I am very cold at night. Apart from the few drawbacks, it is overall a beautifully designed Riad, I actually really loved the interior architecture, and the rooms are clean and spacious, showers are hot and nice.

Riad Musee is ideally located close the the heart of the medina. The hosts are brilliant; friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Breakfast on the sunny rooftop terrace was a highlight, with views across the medina. The interior of the riad is very well kept, clean and comfortable.

The staff Is very friendly and nice, Very good breakfast and good location. Unfortunately the humidity in the room is quite intense and there is mould in the rooms. We asked to change room because of mould sensitivity and the answer was that all the rooms have it and they cannot do much about it. The pool is just ornamental and the services cost extra (quite overpriced compared to other place in the medina). For the price we would expect a bit more.

Very good Riad the food and the personal were amazing the Riad is very calm et very beautiful. Furthermore the staff is very helpful I have forgotten something and the personal bring me to the location. I gladly recommend this stay

We hadden het genoegen om in Riad Jibril te verblijven tijdens ons bezoek aan Marrakech, en wat een heerlijke ervaring was het! Onze gastheer, Iheb, verdient echt de titel van legende. Vanaf het moment dat we incheckten tot we uitcheckten, maakte hij ons verblijf onvergetelijk. Hoewel het misschien geen vijfsterrenhotel is, bood het een unieke en authentieke Marokkaanse ervaring die onze verwachtingen overtrof. De riad zelf, met zijn traditionele architectuur, was schoon en uitnodigend. Het hoogtepunt was ongetwijfeld het serene terras, een oase van rust, weg van de drukte van de medina. Op een avond genoten we van sheesha op het terras, een heerlijke ervaring die ons slechts ongeveer 70 MAD kostte. We hadden ook het genoegen om op het terras te dineren, waar we genoten van heerlijke tagines tegen een zeer redelijke prijs van 60 MAD per stuk. De culinaire vaardigheden van de chef-kok waren werkelijk indrukwekkend. Het ontbijt dat elke ochtend werd geserveerd was ook traditioneel en huiselijk! Wat ons verblijf echt speciaal maakte, was de warme en gastvrije sfeer gecreëerd door Iheb en het personeel. We kwamen aan als gasten, maar verlieten het gevoel als vrienden. We raakten zelfs bevriend met de twee schattige kittens, Sofia, de langharige tabby, en Leena, het gemberkatje. Hun aanwezigheid voegde een extra vleugje charme toe aan ons verblijf. De locatie van Riad Jibril was perfect en de kameel voor de geldwissel diende als een uitstekend herkenningspunt. De riad bevond zich in het tegenovergestelde steegje, de t****e deur, waardoor het gemakkelijk te vinden was. We genoten vooral van de nabijheid van Kasbah, vlakbij Zeitun Cafe, een favoriete plek van ons om 's avonds te bezoeken. Het met lantaarns verlichte terras van het café bood een majestueus uitzicht dat onze avonden nog gedenkwaardiger maakte.

The check-in process was good for customer service, but my room experience was terrible. I booked a superior suite, but I ended up with a regular room. I was informed that the person who was supposed to be in the room decided to stay another day. When I checked online, I found that the room was still available for reservation. The next day, when I asked to switch to my reserved room, I was told that it was booked again and that I should check back in line. Surprisingly, the same room was still available for reservation. I feel like they were scamming people by booking a suite at a higher price and then giving them a cheaper room. The night crew member was very friendly and informed me that the manager was traveling. However, I don’t understand who is responsible for managing the website and ensuring that the correct room is posted when it’s available. I tried to contact them via phone and email, but nothing happened. I hope that Trip guide and the hotel will take responsibility for their actions and make sure that this doesn’t happen to other customers. I could have booked a different suite that had a similar aesthetic to what I was looking for, but I couldn’t even cancel the reservation. There should be a system in place for booking a specific room, and if the room is not available, the customer should receive an automatic refund. It’s their job to figure out when the room is available and what type of room it is. Additionally, the room had a bunch of knickknacks, and the table, wall, and bottom of the table were all chipped, cracked.

We didn’t have any issues there. In general the service is good even if there is nobody in the reception thus they give you your own keys of the main entrance and your room. As a suggestion it is needed a sign “Riad Nouhal” but anyway, if you follow the location on Google Maps, you will be in.
