De service is erg goed. Je kunt naar de spa gaan en genieten van de warmwaterbronnen. Het merendeel van het personeel spreekt Engels.

Wonderful location walking distance to most of attractions in Marrarkech 10 minutes from Jewish Quarter, Palais Badi, Bab Agnaou, 10 - 15 minutes to La Koutoubia, Le Jardin Secret. However we got lost looking for the Riad when arriving the first day. It would have been helpful if more clear and detailed directions were given (not just a map) with the booking confirmation. The Riad is very clean. Staff cleaned our room and changed towels everyday. Breakfast was simple but transitional and delicious, limited plastic packaging involved very environmental friendly - love it. Overall we enjoyed our staying and definitely recommend anyone who are looking for Marrakech Riad experience.

Наш номер находился на первом этаже, выходя из номера мы сразу оказывались в красивой зоне общего пользования. Очень необычный опыт жизни в раиде. В номере комфортные кровати. Мне не хватало освещения, но это придавало определеную атмосферу. В сожалению в дни нашего пребывания завтраки на крыше были не возможны из-за погоды, но туда всегда можно было подняться и по фотографировать. Сам Raid очень атмосферный. Отзывчивый, внимательный и приятный персонал работает там. Они делали все чтоб нам было комфортно в riad. В следующий раз мы обязательно вернемся сюда вновь!

Didn’t know much about the Riad’s in Morocco but after the stay I understood the culture more. We arrived at night and couldn’t find the Riad for a while some locals helped us locate it through the alleyways (They did demand tips but we didn’t have enough small cash yet) It was scarier walking through the alleyways than it seemed but quite a chaotic main road. The inside was lovely couldn’t tell too much on arrival but the next day you could see the beautiful interior. Clean and accommodating. The host was friendly and recommend lots to do. The breakfast wasn’t for me but my friend enjoyed it

Wees niet geschokt als je na aankomst naar een goedkoop kantoortje naast de poort van het hotel wordt gebracht. Hier worden de check-in en check-out en alle gastgerelateerde zaken afgehandeld. Nadat je bent goedgekeurd, word je door een luxueus ingerichte hal geleid die lijkt te zijn ontworpen als de receptie van een vijfsterrenhotel. Het werkelijke doel ervan is nooit onthuld. De service was op zijn best acceptabel. Je had de indruk dat het personeel zich voor de gasten verstopte. Dat gezegd hebbende, het hotel heeft een prachtig pand en de suites zijn smaakvol ingericht. Het zwembad is te koud!

Echt een super hotel, bij aankomst aam de buitenkant denk je oke wat is dit maar achter de voordeur is het echt super mooi. Suoer vriendelijk personeel en alles keurig schoon. Ook het zwembad is heerlijk niet groot maar om even af te koelen prima. Het ligt super centraal net buiten de hektiek maar het grote plein ben je binnen 10 minuten lopen. Een echte aanrader.

Het beste hotel waar ik ooit het voorrecht heb gehad om te verblijven. Prachtig gebouw, en het wordt alleen maar adembenemender als je binnenkomt. Kamers van hoge kwaliteit en service van hoge kwaliteit. Uitstekende accommodatie en erg handig bij USC-activiteiten. Receptiepersoneel is uiterst efficiënt, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Accommodatie is schoon en heeft een fantastische ouderwetse charme.

The Riad is absolutely lovely — charming Moroccan design, a peaceful courtyard, and a rooftop terrace perfect for breakfast or winding down. The location is ideal, just a short walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa, yet quiet enough to relax. Our room was spotless, the air-con worked well, and everything felt clean and fresh. Breakfast was generous and tasty, served on the terrace with a relaxed vibe. I’m giving 4 out of 5 for service only because staff didn’t regularly check the rooms. Sometimes essentials like toilet paper or… weren’t restocked unless we asked. The team was friendly, but a little more attention would’ve made it perfect. Overall, it’s a beautiful stay and I’d absolutely recommend it.

The check-in process was good for customer service, but my room experience was terrible. I booked a superior suite, but I ended up with a regular room. I was informed that the person who was supposed to be in the room decided to stay another day. When I checked online, I found that the room was still available for reservation. The next day, when I asked to switch to my reserved room, I was told that it was booked again and that I should check back in line. Surprisingly, the same room was still available for reservation. I feel like they were scamming people by booking a suite at a higher price and then giving them a cheaper room. The night crew member was very friendly and informed me that the manager was traveling. However, I don’t understand who is responsible for managing the website and ensuring that the correct room is posted when it’s available. I tried to contact them via phone and email, but nothing happened. I hope that Trip guide and the hotel will take responsibility for their actions and make sure that this doesn’t happen to other customers. I could have booked a different suite that had a similar aesthetic to what I was looking for, but I couldn’t even cancel the reservation. There should be a system in place for booking a specific room, and if the room is not available, the customer should receive an automatic refund. It’s their job to figure out when the room is available and what type of room it is. Additionally, the room had a bunch of knickknacks, and the table, wall, and bottom of the table were all chipped, cracked.
