Four years people had told me about the Mandarin Oriental in Marrakesh. Now I understand why it has received such praise. My villa was probably the most beautiful I have ever stayed in. The entire property is well appointed, and the staff are wonderful.

I recently stayed at the Mandarin Oriental in Marrakesh. Although I stayed in many nice hotels before, I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between modern luxury and the distinct Moroccan aesthetic. What really set this stay apart was the exceptional service, especially from my butler, Essaid. His attention to detail and readiness to assist with any request made my stay comfortable and hassle-free. I also had the pleasure of engaging in enriching conversations with Enzo, whose insights and company greatly enhanced my experience. The rooms were elegant and provided a peaceful retreat. I stayed at one of the Atlas suites, which are placed in the main building. I can highly recommend them, since they offer a breathtaking view over the resort and the mountains. I would highly recommend the Mandarin Oriental to anyone visiting Marrakesh.

The Mandarin Oriental Marrakech is a delightful retreat. The helpful and cheerful staff always had a smile on their face. They went above and beyond to create a daily program for us throughout our stay. The Hot air balloon event and restaurant choices were exceptional. The Bling Bling restaurant offered delicious food with a wide menu selection. The garden and vegetable farm were as beautiful as ever. I had a fantastic massage by Jimmy, a talented therapist who came from France to work at the spa temporarily. Salima provided an excellent facial experience. Staying in a Villa with its own swimming pool and Jacuzzi made me feel right at home. However, there were times when the reception staff took a bit long to respond to my requests.

My boyfriend and I stay in March in this beautiful property and everything exceeded our expectations! The service, the F&B outlets and our suite very truly amazing. I’m looking forward to our next trip to Mandarin Oriental, Marrakech

My wife and I had a wonderful time at the Mandarin Oriental in Marrakech. The beauty of the grounds and the luxury of the villas made it special, but it was the incredible staff that truly elevated the experience. A huge thank you to ṣamaḍ, Ben Rais, and the entire team for your warm hospitality and making our trip extra memorable. We'll be back soon!

The whole hotel and experience was exceptional, the pool villa that we stayed in vastly surpassed my expectations, the attention to detail was far superior to anywhere else I have stayed / visited in marrakech. I would like to make a special thank you to Abdul ( our butler ) and also Yousif ( our driver ) both of these gentleman are a credit to your hotel & went far beyond the expected level of service to accommodate our needs / requests. Would highly reccomend staying here and will personally be travelling back again soon and staying longer.

This holidays in Mandarin oriental was pretty satisfying. Quality of room and swimming pool were excellent. Food also nice. Specially, Yassir helped us a lot. He is thoughtful and kind. His excellent recommendations were useful for the whole trip. I’d like to stay this hotel on my next visit to Marrakech.

The hotel is a haven of tranquillity. The facilities are good and the staff could not be more attentive and friendly. The food is outstanding. Located 15 mins away from the airport and near a golf course so it set away from the very busy city centre.

Excellent hôtel, villas are amazing, facilities are great. Food is excellent especially at Hakasan. Special thanks to OussamA who organized everything for us. Service is good but slow at busy times. Just keep an eye on the bikes as there’s not enough for all so they get stolen regularly between guests!
