"De kamer is schoon en netjes, vlakbij het hogesnelheidstreinstation, en het busstation is beneden, dus het is handig om de bus naar Ta'er Temple te nemen. Nadelen: 1. Er is een probleem met de verbinding tussen de klantenservice en de receptie. Er hangt geen bordje met het internetwachtwoord, tv-gebruik en interne telefoonnummer in onze kamer. "Echt een fijn hotel op ongeveer 15 minuten lopen van het treinstation. Voor toeristen zoals ik die geen WeChat- en Alipay-betaalmethoden nodig hebben, accepteert dit hotel zonder problemen je Visa-kaart! Het ontbijt heeft enorm veel opties, oh mijn god! Ze hebben noedels, verschillende soorten gebakken groenten, gebakken en gekookte eieren, broodjes, brood en yoghurt. Ik kwam vroeg aan en had geluk dat er nog een kamer vrij was, dus die kregen ze, ondanks de inchecktijd van 14:00 uur. De receptie spreekt een beetje Engels. Ik vroeg de receptie of het goed is als ik morgen om 19:00 uur uitcheck, en ze zeiden ja. De volgende dag werd me verteld dat ik moest vertrekken. Maar ik zei dat ik rond 19:00 uur wilde vertrekken. Ik heb het gisteren nog gevraagd, maar de receptie zei dat het goed was. Er zijn dus misverstanden op dat gebied, maar goed, het is China en ik weet hoe moeilijk het is om te spreken. De receptie zei dat ik de volle prijs moest betalen en ik vroeg of ik maar de helft kon betalen, aangezien ik om 19:00 uur vertrek. Ik heb dus 5 uur extra nodig, omdat mijn trein om 21:00 uur vertrekt. Xining is zo anders dan andere steden in China; er zijn hier minder wachtrijen. Ik dacht dat ik lang in de rij zou staan op het station, maar er is helemaal geen wachtrij. Maar goed, het is toch het beste om vroeg te gaan, zodat je je niet hoeft te haasten."

"How can it be so hot in the room? Every room has a fan, but the blades were covered in dust. Even though it felt dirty, the room temperature was so high that we'd rather put up with the dusty fan just to get some air. The shower water, even at its hottest setting, was colder than body temperature, I have no idea why. Maybe they thought the room was too hot and people needed a cold shower to cool down? The ladies at the front desk had great service, but everything else was just so-so. Definitely a "wouldn't stay again" kind of place."

Het ontbijt was standaard; toen ik om 9:20 uur in het restaurant kwam, was er nog maar een beetje fruit over en dit werd niet bijgevuld tot we vertrokken. Ik denk dat het management van de catering nog wat verbeterd kan worden."

"To write this review, I specifically turned on my computer because typing on my phone simply couldn't express the overwhelming admiration I have for this hotel. I can confidently say that of the hundreds of hotels I've stayed in both domestically and internationally, this is the worst, without a doubt. Let me explain in detail. 1. The air conditioning wasn't working. After entering the room and turning on the air conditioning, I found it getting increasingly hot. I called a maintenance worker. This worker said that the hotel was no longer providing power to the air conditioning (the hotel has central air conditioning, so the main unit was probably turned off) because the temperature was very low. I said, firstly, whether or not to use the air conditioning is the guest's decision, not yours. Secondly, while the temperature wasn't high, the room was still very hot without opening the windows, and very noisy with them open. Thirdly, if you're not providing power to the air conditioning, you can indicate this on Ctrip so guests can choose freely. Then the worker became very unhappy. He said that providing air conditioning is not a small matter; it's not just one room, it's over 20,000 square meters! I said, "This is the hotel's problem, not mine. Just tell me if you can provide air conditioning?" The technician started giving me a sour look, said he could provide it, and then stormed off. I could clearly sense he was suppressing the urge to slam the door. I felt like, I booked a 5-star hotel on Ctrip, why should I have to put up with this attitude just to turn on the air conditioning? 2. A 7:30 AM phone call, offering breakfast vouchers like a beggar's ploy The air conditioning issue happened the night before, and then the next morning, around 7:30 AM, the room phone rang. The hotel receptionist said, "I'm so sorry, I'll bring you a breakfast voucher." I thought, first, calling at 7:30 AM, aren't you afraid of disturbing my sleep? Second, if you want to give me a breakfast voucher, you can do it when you're upset last night. Third, I'm here to stay in a hotel, not to beg for food, so I decisively refused the breakfast voucher. At this point, something interesting happened: I discovered the air conditioning in the room wasn't cooling anymore. I realized, this was a diversionary tactic, first tricking me into going to eat, then turning off the air conditioning. I understand the hotel's desire to reduce costs and increase efficiency, but next time, please specify that you don't provide air conditioning service so guests can choose for themselves, okay? 3. The room was extremely dirty. Seriously, it was incredibly dirty. I've never seen anything like it. Everywhere you could see was covered in a thick layer of dust; I don't know how long it hadn't been cleaned. I can't even imagine what it was like in the places you couldn't see. 4. The blankets smelled terrible. The blankets smelled like saliva, incredibly foul. I don't know how long the duvet cover hadn't been changed, but it was disgusting. After being disgusted by the air conditioning, I was disgusted by the blankets again and didn't fall asleep until 2 AM. 5. The bed was extremely hard. In my son's words, it was even harder than the hard board bed we slept on during military training. This hotel looks nice from the outside, very new, and the lobby is impressive, but everyone should be cautious. Later, while taking a taxi, the driver told me that when the hotel first opened, many people in the neighborhood held weddings and funerals there, but they found the restaurant's food to be terrible and stopped coming. Now it's just used for hosting events. I feel that even the best projects would likely fail if this hotel were used for such events. In the end, I really don't know what to say, so I can only wish the hotel all the best."

"The hotel's location is excellent. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always smiling, and check-in and check-out were quick and efficient with no waiting. The surrounding area is clean with plenty of amenities, and transportation is very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore. This trip to Qinghai was amazing; the natural scenery and all the attractions were breathtakingly beautiful and truly rejuvenating. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Qinghai, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!"

The Serta mattress in the room was incredibly comfortable, and the front desk service was fantastic; they even upgraded me to a deluxe king room! Highly recommend!"
