Had a Wonderful Stay . My stay at Enraton Hotel was made truly memorable thanks to the helpful and attentive staff, especially Alan at the front desk. He even helped with my luggage, arranging pickup and drop-off. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a team of staffs that genuinely cares about guest satisfaction. Thank you, Alan and the Enraton team. I’ll definitely be back!

Ik durf te zeggen dat dit de meest kosteneffectieve accommodatie in Xining is. Ik verbleef in een privékamer en de kamer was zeer ruim. Het was een privékamer voor de prijs van een zeebrasem en het was dicht bij het treinstation, dus ik kon niet om meer gevraagd hebben. Het is volledig uitgerust met meubilair, waaronder een kledingkast en een bureau. Wat teleurstellend is, is dat er geen spiegel in de kamer is en dat het aantal badkamers onvoldoende lijkt. Dat is het zo'n beetje. De gemeenschappelijke ruimte was goed onderhouden en hoewel de faciliteiten oud waren, was het beddengoed allemaal schoon.

Room was spacious but somewhat worn, with minor stained bedding, dingy shower floor and a very old water kettle. Location was excellent, very central in an older part of city, though a bit noisy with traffic. Hotel has washing machines but no dryer, which i was not told at check-in even though i asked specifically about them. Most of the staff seemed distant. Breakfast was quite good.

De algehele ervaring in het Orange Hotel overtrof alle verwachtingen. Het design is eenvoudig maar stijlvol, en de lobby heeft een verfrissende sinaasappelgeur die je meteen een ontspannen gevoel geeft. De kamers zijn schoon en netjes, het beddengoed is zacht en comfortabel, de moderne voorzieningen zijn gebruiksvriendelijk, de badkamer heeft een aparte douche en toilet, en er is voldoende warm water. De receptie is vriendelijk en efficiënt, het inchecken verloopt snel en ze reageren direct op alle vragen. De locatie is uitstekend, gunstig gelegen voor reizen en omgeven door voorzieningen. De doordachte details en de goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding maken het hotel geschikt voor zowel zakenreizen als vakanties. Het enige kleine minpuntje is dat sommige kamertypes een iets mindere geluidsisolatie hebben, maar dit doet niets af aan de algehele ervaring, waardoor het hotel een absolute aanrader is!

The hotel service was impeccable, with great attention to detail. This included the way glasses were carefully handed and held, the thoughtful recommendations, the staff’s soft and calm tone of voice, the complimentary homemade and delicious yogurt offered every afternoon, and the genuine effort to overcome the language barrier. As an opportunity for improvement, I would suggest offering more low-fat or fat-free options at breakfast and in the restaurant. This is really an International Hotel with 5 star standard. Service, amenities and room toiletries is of premium quality except the central aircon is not switched on so the room temperature is at 25°C cannot be adjusted much lower, only can switch to fan full blast but not cold. When I lodge a complaint, the staff says they don't switch the central aircon for month of May but advise to just open the window as it gets cold in the evening. The cold air do come in through the window to keep the room cool.They will switch on the central aircon in month of June and July when it's very hot. Overall I love this hotel as it's next to the railway station and many local street food around the hotel. Highly recommended!

This hotel is brand new, having just opened. There was a slight new-renovation smell in the room upon entry, but the facilities and cleanliness were excellent. There's a night market nearby, which is very convenient. I deducted one star because of the front desk. Before arriving, I called to ask about parking, and they said there were no spots available downstairs at the hotel. When I asked where else I could park nearby, they simply told me to come and find a spot myself. While technically not wrong, it felt like the front desk was lacking something in their service.

We had a great time in Xining. It was so clean. The people were friendly, the food was great - favorite dish was big chunks of beef with potatoes and thick noodles, yum! The night market near our hotel was fun nestled amongst the more expensive shops. It was really cold tho, like -17. The wildlife park had a lot to see. Yes, to Xining!
