Hotels in Jiangbei Commercial Area, Jinhua

Very close to train station so very convenient if travelling by HS railway or train. Lots of restaurants around the hotel so although not much 'amenities' with the hotel, not a problem. The room I was staying was of reasonable size but smelly for some.reason as if it hadn't been used for a long time. Staff friendly. Breakfast quite poor but can't complain too much for the price.

來金華短途旅遊非常適合的一家酒店。 酒店離火車站大約500米，離老城區中心商圈1公里，離婺州古城景區不到3公里，交通非常便利，同時又沒有火車的喧囂。 酒店房間還比較大，沒有連鎖快捷酒店那種侷促感，住的很舒服。房間還算乾淨，沒有任何異味，設備設施也很齊全，網速超級快。 前台服務非常熱情，有求必應，有回家的感覺，下次來金華還會選這裏。

This is the best economic chain hotel in China. Everything was so neat and clean. The staff were super helpful and tentative. Stayed at Atour Shanghai and Atour Jinhua and I can say the level of quality is equally the same. The best bangs for my bucks.

This are many good things that I like and one thing that can break the deal.  I like the room because it is bright. It has many lights. It is big too. I like the virtual assistant whereby you can control the curtain , the lights, the air conditioner and the VA is also smart enough to reply ‘yes’ in different way. The air conditioner however seems to have one temperature setting. It is always too cold or it keeps on blowing air and doesn’t have a thermostat.  The room however has no shelf space. No closet, no rack to place your luggage. The bathroom its translucent so a person taking shower , one can see a figure. I like the sofa and the table but the chair doesn’t like stable.  The breakfast is buffet style. It has quite a bit of variety and it changed on the 2 mornings that I ate there. There is a snack after 9 pm . I waited 25 minutes for a simple bowl of noodles. There were 5 people ahead of me and each bowl of noodles required time to heat up.  The staff has cold bottle waters in the lobby. There is no fridge inside your own room.  There is a washing machine and laundry that one can use for free. The staff said it would take out my laundry from the washing machine and put it in the dryer and they did. However , one inconsiderate guest took out my clothes from the dryer when they weren’t completely dried. He had 4 or 5 things to wash and he used 2 washing machines. I think because it is free and the guest wanted to maximize the usage of the free things. The hotel cannot control this kind of behavior. It is better if the laundry room is behind lock doors and only the staff can access it and of course, wash the clothes for the guests.  The toilet is something that I didn’t like. The moment you sit down, it flushes water and then if you move, it flushes again. But the problem that I had was the water was so strong that my buttocks were wet. I told the staff and he came to reduce the water flow which solved the problem.  One my last night there, I went to the bathroom 4 times and the last time I  was shocked to see a cockroach on the floor. It wasn’t moving but I wasn’t sure so I killed it. I dislike cockroach in any hotel. If I see this comment ( about cockroach sighting )  , I wouldn’t have stayed there because I am afraid there is an infestation and there will be cockroaches crawling all over me and enter my packing cubes , my clothes and my luggage. I was thinking it would be best not to write it in the comment if the hotel staff said they will would fix the problem. I spoke to the woman who welcomed me the first day. She was very nice and positive up to that point. When I told her about this issue , she said 沒辦法, it is impossible to resolve or there is no solution. Granted, this hotel has 8 stories and it is big. Eradicating pests and cockroaches, ants is not a simple thing but it is certainly not impossible. If China can collect samples from the moon and send astronauts to their own space lab, why is exterminating cockroaches be 汲辦法? Instead of taking a systematic approach to prevent further potential infestation , she said it is not possible.  I like this hotel. It has a lot of potential. The staff was helpful and always eager to help. The room is the best that I stayed in for my  trips and one of the best. ( the one in Pu’er is even better because the staff took my clothes, wash it, dried it, fold it and return it plus there was no cockroach problem ).  I hope the staff will take note of the opportunities presented to them by the guests , and make improvement. If I were to give a score, it would be 8/10 . 2 big points taken out because of the cockroach. 

一進大堂給人的感覺就很舒服！沒有異味！酒店環境整潔，房間佈局很好，優雅又不失情調，服務周到，房間有免費水，這點就很好。讓人無比舒心給我營造了一種家的感覺，非常推薦

因為來回都是火車，所以最終還是決定住在火車站附近比較方便，酒店的位置非常便利，步行距離衹要幾分鐘即可到達，而且毗鄰多條公交線路，即使靠近火車站，晚上也並不吵鬧。房間本來就含自助雙早，到達的時候店員還贈送了三餐，先不論菜品，但就這個房價含三餐就是個驚喜，另外還有現磨咖啡供應，已經是很滿意了。房間的硬件除了淋浴房門的密封性不夠，其他的都挺滿意。

The hotel offers great service with a great location and convenient transportation. assistant Manager Zhang provided a room tour and introduced the hotel's services. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and efficient during check-in. The hardware facilities are satisfactory, with spacious rooms, clean and tidy environment, and a pleasant surrounding area. Highly recommended!

The hotel is looking decent, clean and conveniently located close to many places such as the Gu Zi Town, Jinhua Hospital etc. But the service is minimal and the breakfast was chaotic, not enough food and not enough workers. The air conditioning in our room was not working properly. The worst is they allow smoking in the hotel lobby.

I stayed at Limit Land Hotel (Jinhua Station Branch) and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is in a convenient location near the station, making it easy to get around the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were welcoming and efficient, which made check-in and check-out smooth. Overall, it’s a great choice if you’re looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Jinhua. I’d be happy to come back again!

The hotel was very clean and great bed sheets, I stayed only for 1 night but the hotel was very helpful with a great location right next to the railway station. The breakfast was a bit cold and not many options for foreigners. Overall I enjoyed the hotel services and I would definitely book there again. The only picture I remembered to take was in the lift ☺️
