酒店樓下就是大廈的停車場，是一圈，左轉3次是大廈的地下停車場。周圍還有好多停車場，別擔心停不下。 房間挺大的。帶有空調！ 酒店旁邊有商街，吃喝的地方超級多。 建議酒店多準備一些床品，替換着把被子什麼的拿出去曬曬。

We stayed at Sofitel Xining for a total of four nights, and our experience was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are modern and spacious, and the facilities (pool, gym, executive lounge) are world-class — but what truly made the difference was the incredible hospitality. A very special thank you to Lucy and Mia at the front desk. Their warm welcome, kindness, and proactive support made us feel genuinely cared for. They went above and beyond to help us during our stay — from arranging transportation to providing great local recommendations. Their professionalism combined with their friendliness made every interaction a pleasure. We also want to thank Jenny, the Staff Manager, for her attention to detail and personal care. She checked on us several times to make sure everything was perfect, and we felt truly valued as guests. It’s rare to experience this level of service — we felt more like friends than hotel guests. Highly recommended. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Xining.

每次出去旅遊，必選維也納酒店，這次入住了西寧維納酒店萬達廣場店。酒店不僅環境優雅，乾淨整潔。而且交通方便。更重要的是前台小姐姐服務態度特別好。我退房的時候以為自己的充電線留在酒店，飛回家以後連打了幾個電話去詢問。她們都是很熱心的在幫我尋找。後來是在自己的包包裏找的。總之感覺特別温馨。好評！

Overall good, reception will let you know upon check-in that hotel does not have air-conditioning ( already listed when you booked hotel), but they provide fan so no hot at all. Location just a few step from Tangdao637 and Wanda Plaza. Breakfast also rich.

Very nice hotel - centrally located The hotel is very clean. The room was big and comfortable with good amenities and very comfortable beds. Our room was clean and good. It was also possible to open the window a little if you want fresh air. The hotel is located «above» a mall, you must take the elevator to the 19th floor where the reception and restaurant is located. This was absolutely no problem, and the location is excellent. There is a vibrant and modern area around the hotel. It’s not close to the railway station, but catching taxi or even bus is easy. The breakfast was very good and had a nice selection of Chinese food. Tasty and fresh dishes, and nice service from the staff in the restaurant. The service of the staff in the reception was very good. We stayed for two nights, first one and then we returned again because of the good service and overall quality of the hotel. The staff didn’t exercise much English, but with the translation apps it’s absolutely no problem to communicate. If you have WeChat it’s super easy to communicate - the hotel has its own WeChat. BoLi Hotel provided a very good experience and we can truly recommend this hotel.

The stay experience really exceeded expectations, the overall environment is quiet and elegant, and the atmosphere is very good. The room was cleaned very clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, the sanitary details were done in place, and it felt particularly comfortable to live in. In particular, I should praise the staff Xiao Chen, the service is warm and polite, the work is attentive and thoughtful, the response is timely when you need help, the attitude is gentle and intimate, and it adds a lot of good feelings to the journey. The hotel has complete supporting facilities and convenient travel. Whether it is a travel or a business trip, it is very suitable, and the overall price is very high. The experience is full, and I will give priority to this one next time I come to the local area, and I will recommend it to friends who travel around me.

房間非常新，佈局合理，洗手間乾淨明亮。剛入住馬上就有客服來電詢問對衞生情況是否滿意，相當認真負責👍 車位充足，免費停車。周圍餐廳林立選擇多。拖鞋特別美！床墊軟硬適中，枕頭有高矮選擇，所以退房去了青海湖玩，回到西寧市後依然選擇了這家酒店續住，因為美味的早餐在呼喚。 酒店細節及工作人員的服務都屬於五星級別，希望下次有機會再去西寧體驗！

Pro points - The beds are soft and comfy, good showers with very hot water. Rooms were clean. The buses from outside connect well to the Muslim area of the city and the restaurants nearby are nice. Staff are friendly. Bad points - We booked a non smoking room, all the rooms available were infact non smoking and yet the whole place absolutely stank of cigarettes. We moved rooms because after dinner we came back to a haze of smoke in the room, everyone must be smoking. I live in China, I realise this isn't uncommon, but in that case don't advertise non smoking rooms.

The hotel was new. We got updated to the executive room and the room was huge. Everything is good except the A/C as we could not control the room temperature even it was 28C inside.
