"I had a wonderful stay at MUYI Hotel Hongqiao Hub Shanghai.
The service was excellent. The staff were kind, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. The hotel was very clean, and the room was much bigger than I expected for the price, which was such a pleasant surprise.
The room had everything I needed, including a kettle to boil water and a fridge, which is quite rare in many hotel rooms. It even had two bathrooms, making the space feel extra comfortable and convenient. Overall, the room felt incredibly spacious and well equipped.
I truly enjoyed my stay. It was a fun and comfortable experience, and I would definitely go back again. Highly recommended."

Er zijn tal van restaurants in de buurt en het ligt dicht bij het metrostation. Het wordt beschouwd als een relatief voordelig hotel in de buurt van New International.
De kamer is vrij groot, maar een beetje oud, en er hing een lichte geur bij binnenkomst. Ik raad aan om een prullenbak voor droog afval buiten het toilet te plaatsen, want er is niet veel nat afval en één prullenbak is niet genoeg.
Mijn enige klacht betreft de receptie. Ik zeg niet dat iedereen slecht is, maar ik was ontevreden over zowel het in- als uitchecken. Bij het inchecken drongen mensen voor zonder te worden tegengehouden, en bij het uitchecken werd er koel en onverschillig gereageerd, alsof iemand me geld schuldig was. Eén heer was echter erg aardig, professioneel en enthousiast, en de dame bij de bagageopslag van de conciërge was ook erg behulpzaam. 👍"

"Ik was een paar dagen op zakenreis en belandde toevallig in het regenseizoen van Shanghai. Ik had een kamer geboekt in het Liyi Hotel, dat vlak bij het treinstation ligt. De hotelomgeving was prima, maar er zijn twee punten van service die ik graag zou willen verbeteren:
Ten eerste raadde de receptie me aan een lidmaatschapskaart aan te schaffen, waarmee mijn kamer werd geüpgraded. Het was echter een hoekkamer en er hing meteen een vreemde geur toen ik binnenkwam. Ik heb dit gemeld en gevraagd om een andere kamer.
Suggestie: Besteed alstublieft aandacht aan de hygiëne van de badkamers.
Ten t****e regende het hard op weg naar het treinstation. Omdat het hotel vlakbij was, moest ik lopen. Het regende zo hard dat ik bij de receptie vroeg of ze paraplu's hadden. Ze zeiden van wel, maar dat ik 50 yuan borg moest betalen. Toen ik vroeg of ze wegwerpregenjassen hadden, zeiden ze van niet. Ik moest de stortregen trotseren en mijn bagage naar het treinstation slepen.
Suggestie: Zorg alstublieft voor wegwerpregenjassen of paraplu's. Voor gasten die niet terugkeren en de paraplu dus niet kunnen terugbrengen, is die borg van 50 yuan voor een paraplu eigenlijk niet nodig. Zucht… mijn shirt was doorweekt."

Ik moest 10 uur op de luchthaven wachten, maar de luchthaven van Pudong heeft geen douches of rustruimtes (tenzij in de open lucht). Ik raad dit hotel zeker aan als je een overnachting nodig hebt.
P.S. Er is een enorme Walmart aan de overkant van de straat (ik heb er niet gewinkeld omdat ik haast had, maar het is vast een goede locatie)."
