前台幫升了房，送了早餐，十分感謝。 房間硬件沒得説，總體住的還不錯。 提兩點建議： 1. 好好檢查一下房間的窗户，我住的房間窗户是漏風的，倒不是冷不冷的問題，房間很暖和，而是半夜颳風的時候，呼呼的風聲特別大。設施0.5扣在這裏。 2. 早餐備菜不夠。早餐供應到10點，我8點半就下樓了，釀皮和甜醅都已經沒有了，放了個標簽，寫的啥我忘了，類似已經沒了請諒解這種。我9點吃完的時候，這倆也還沒補上。顧客到一個地方，主要就是想吃一些當地的特色食物，一直缺貨實在是不合適。服務1分扣在這裏。

The mattress is moderately hard and soft, it is very comfortable to sleep, and you can rest fully for a long time. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the water pressure is sufficient, the washing experience is very good, the room air conditioning, lamps and other equipment operate smoothly, no fault. I also learned on the Internet that many hotels in Xining do not have air conditioning, but this one is indeed very avant-garde and has installed all the air conditioning in advance, and I sleep at night with peace of mind. Since we booked no breakfast, the front desk lady saw that we were so tired on the road, and gave us a free breakfast. I didn't expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised. The breakfast category is particularly rich, with complete Chinese and Western collocations, Chinese porridge, steamed buns, fried dough sticks and eggs, as well as local specialty pasta and cold side dishes. If you want to eat light or heavy, you can meet it. Western bread, milk, yogurt, fruit is also available, the fruit is fresh and sweet, the supply speed is very fast, there is no need to worry about grabbing food. I am super satisfied with the overall stay at this hotel, highly recommended, I will choose this next time I come to Qinghai!

The property is conveniently located about 1.5 km from Kunming Railway Station, making it an ideal choice for travelers heading to Lhasa via the Qinghai-Tibet Railway. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, and the breakfast offered a variety of tasty dishes. The reception staff were very helpful and enthusiastic; they assisted us in hailing a taxi and communicating with others. They gifted us some small cute things as thankful for customers. Các phòng sạch sẽ và được trang trí đẹp mắt, bữa sáng cung cấp nhiều món ăn ngon. Nhân viên lễ tân rất giúp đỡ và nhiệt tình; họ hỗ trợ chúng tôi gọi taxi và giao tiếp với những người khác. 酒店位置很好，很安靜的一個地方。旁邊有早餐店，便宜又好吃，床墊很軟，基礎設施也不錯，停車也很方便，是個獨院。一共住了五天，幾乎每天晚上都送牛肉粥，説是天氣轉涼，酒店準備的粥，太好喝了，牛肉也很多。 去看了青海湖跟塔爾寺，西寧這地方挺好，下次來還住這

酒店設施十分完善新淨，早餐的口味是我在這一趟十多天的青海行程裏所有酒店裏面最好的！酒店前台接待人員十分有禮，房間中央空調自帶加濕不用再開加濕器十分好評！酒店的電視十分大觀賞舒適投屏方便，又可以前後轉動！有點小小小瑕疵洗澡時候沒人在房間時房間會關燈！停車方便酒店對面就是商場裏面有很多東西吃！維持希爾頓一貫水平！下次前往西寧都會優先選擇入住！

The front desk was very friendly and helped me arranged a 1 day tour of Qinghai and Chaka Salt lakes. The hotel breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of food and coffee options. The gym was empty, offered a great view, but had limited equipment. Lastly, my king sized bed was crazy comfortable!!!

I chose Park Plaza as it was convenient to both the train station and airport. The price was also excellent value for money. My train from Lhasa arrived at 6.30am and I caught a taxi the short distance to Park Plaza without issue. I checked in around 7am and was shown my room. It was beautiful, very spacious with a large window, and it also had a freestanding bath. Unfortunately I could smell cigarette smoke, which is not uncommon in Chinese hotels. I asked for a different room and was immediately shown one . This room was identical but the bed covers were a children's design and there were some toys and teepee in one corner . I simply folded the bright yellow covers down and had a lovely tasteful decor again. The bed was extremely comfy and the room was very quiet. The buffet was beyond excellent and the head chef and his small team were very friendly and attentive. Clearly they were very proud of their fabulous buffet and presentation....as they should be. It was my best in China.. I found a lovely walking trail behind the hotel beside the river, 5 mins away. The area in general was nice to wander around, very different from my stay in the centre of city when on my way to Tibet. I will most definitely choose Park Plaza when I return to Xining.

酒店地理位置優越，環境優雅，就在城東區，離飛機場/火車站都很近！交通便利停車方便，酒店有自己通往景區的車！需要付費！ 白天逛逛吾悦廣場，晚上去莫家街吃小吃！房間設計便中式，設施先進，衞生好，床品很舒適。前台服務人員熱情周到，送了九宮格下午茶，推薦！

這次租車真的太滿意了！商家免費升級了車型！車輛乾淨整潔，性能良好，開起來非常順手，完全沒有異味或故障。客服態度熱情，手續辦理高效，全程無隱形消費，價格透明合理。取車還車流程簡單快捷，門店位置也很方便。特別點贊車況維護得很新，油箱滿油交付，還車時工作人員檢查也很迅速。下次租車一定會優先選擇這家！強烈推薦給需要租車的朋友！

和兩個同事去西寧出差住的這家酒店，一開始入住有迎賓水果。但是後面幾天體驗感越來越差，入住三天不給換布草，第三天晚上在床上發現書蝨！！！嚇得直接換房間，角落裡的灰塵和頭髮打掃的也不乾淨，退房前一天被子就隨便往枕頭上一蓋，前台服務也一般，入住第二天同事想吃酸奶，前台直接把電話掛掉
