Hotels in Qinghai Province Museum/Xining Wildlife Park, Xining

Very nice clean hotel. Helpful staff. Room modern, clean and just right. Mine didn't have a closet or a safe but that's not such a big deal. This next point isn't about this particular hotel but for all girls in China. Please make it more accessible to non-chinese speaking foreigners. Each of the girls I started with during my trip, do not make any attempt or even try to care. China is getting super automated and self-service but their smart devices and controllers ranging from in-room controls to within the property like room service and delivery robots could also understand English would be fantastic. It's so much cheaper to add a new language to these agents than to have all their staff learn English and it would enhance our experience by a 100x as we would never bother the hotel staff with anything.

這次來住桔子酒店，住了六天全程都特別舒服、特別省心，前台的服務真的太加分了，小姐姐們説話都超温柔，態度特別好，顏值也都很養眼，每次有什麼問題都耐心解答，讓人一進來就覺得很親切。 保潔阿姨也超級細心，還幫我洗衣服真的特別不好意思，每天把房間收拾得乾乾淨淨，整整齊齊，細節都處理得很到位，床品、衞生都挑不出毛病，住着特別安心舒服。 房間環境也很好，乾淨整潔，住着很放鬆，安安靜靜的，完全不吵，待在房間裏就很愜意。 六天住下來，真的像在自己家一樣自在舒服，不管是服務還是衞生都無可挑剔，性價比超高

這次來西寧玩選擇的這家店，首先地理位置很好，離力盟商業街很近，出門就有飯店，選擇性多，也很好停車還免費！其次，工作人員都很專業，前台免費升級了房型，客房的衞生也打掃的乾淨！餐廳各種各樣，涼菜熱菜，咖啡～～還有好多，下次來必選這家店，太驚喜了。點贊👍

5星是相對這個價位的服務和設施， 當然和萬豪希爾頓相有明顯差異。 1，整體衞生比較好，設施床品沒有發現油膩。 2，房間的層高很高，比起逼仄的某些家、庭、季，要好很多。 3，本來定的是雙床房，後續發現熱水器的分水器故障，沒法用熱水洗澡。前台果斷給換到套房。 4，早餐食材還比較新鮮。 步行去省博物館很方便，大概走路5分鐘。 仔細看博物館預計3-4個小時。

朋友過來找我玩，我是給他預訂的房間，走的時候反饋住的特別滿意，朋友飛機落地凌晨兩點，過來辦入住已經快四點了，前台小姐姐幫忙把行李拿到房間門口，倒了一杯熱茶，而且入住晚，第二天退房的時候前台打電話可以延遲退房，行李什麼都寄存到前台了，從入住到離店全程服務都特別滿意，不錯，以後有事還來這邊住

Starting with the positives. The construction and decor was great. Showering space was also nice and new. Staff were also helpful and nice. Amenities are ok. Everything you would expect for washing up. But no AC for many rooms without windows is a travesty. Only a electric fan that can only blow for 1 hour at a time. Easy to get asphyxiated at night. Horrible stench of body odor and cigarette smoke was present when I entered my room. Hygiene seemed alright until I showered. And with a small waft of the towels a terrible stench of cigarette odor pierced my nostrils.. Expecting guests to wipe off with this odorous smell is disappointing. Water also leaks from the shower compartment into the toilet floor.

性價比很高的西寧漢庭，住宿體驗使我心情愉悦。 環境：離西寧站、機場巴士乘降點（中心廣場北）、西寧博物館羣、青海省博物館都不遠，公交直達便利；毗鄰人民公園，環境幽靜。 設施：一應俱全（漢庭比較新的店插座支持typec直充好評）；除了電視投屏插座不太好用。 服務：服務態度很好。

這次入住希岸酒店，整體體驗超出預期，房間設備齊全好用，床品舒服，熱水和空調都很給力哦!😍😍😍前台和保潔服務都很熱情周到，有問題迴應也快。👍衞生做得特別到位，角落都乾乾淨淨，沒有異味和頭髮，住着很安心。酒店環境安靜整潔，裝修風格也舒服，隔音不錯，晚上休息得也很好。性價比很高，不管是出差還是旅行都很合適，下次還會選擇入住！同時也希望酒店能夠一直保持哦😃😃😃

The freshly cooked ramen is located on the roof. The location is very good, walking to the provincial museum, there are many buses at the door. The parking space in the city center is very crowded and needs some car skills. Xining city is busy, self-driving is difficult, the car is narrow, parking is difficult, it is recommended to stop at the hotel and take the bus, which is more convenient and free.

這次入住體驗真的超棒！酒店位置特別好，出門就是地鐵站，去景點和商圈都超方便。房間特別乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒服，睡得特別香。 前台小姐姐服務超貼心，辦理入住速度快，還主動介紹了周邊的美食，推薦的餐廳味道絕了 酒店隔音做得不錯，晚上安安靜靜的，完全不會被打擾。整體性價比很高，下次來還住這兒，強烈推薦！
