Персонал внимательный, завтраки разнообразные. По Пекину передвигались в основном на метро, до станции было 7 минут пешком.

Lovely hotel, modern and very clean condition and the majority of the staff are very helpful. Before booking the hotel, I reached out to them via Trip.com to confirm that they had non-smoking rooms, as it is common in China, that even if specified non-smoking, customers will still smoke in the rooms. When checking into the hotel, the first room they showed me had a lingering smell of smoke, so they very kindly showed me other rooms for my inspection, before selecting a room I was happy with - This shows excellent understanding and customer service. The hotel is an excellent location for the Beijing subway, as the Yixhuang station is right opposite the hotel, and there are a few nice restaurants within walking distance, and a large BHG shopping mall is just 5 minutes away by Didi\taxi. The breakfast room at the hotel is also very clean, bright, modern and organized, with a good selection of food options, mainly Chinese, although it would be good if they offered some breakfast cereals, milk, and glasses for the fruit juice. The only problem I had at the hotel was that each morning when trying to have breakfast, the concierge at the breakfast room entrance wanted from me a ticket\voucher for breakfast, that I had not been provided, so each morning I was taken by him to reception to request approval for me to have breakfast - Quite frustrating 🤔 I would like to give an excellent recommendation and feedback for Xiao Li on reception - A lovely, efficient, hotel member of staff, who assisted me with extending my stay at the hotel, and she did this without fuss or problem and very efficiently - She is an asset to the hotel and can be relied upon. Overall, very happy with the hotel and do not hesitate to recommend it to visitors to Yizhuang and Beijing.

Since it's newly renovated, there's still a smell of wood. 2. The water in some rooms was not clean; the staff said it was due to pipe cleaning. 3. There were small bugs in the bedroom bed. They changed our room, which solved the problem, so it was probably an isolated incident. 4. Getting a taxi is inconvenient, as drivers have trouble finding the location. 5. The staff seemed understaffed, giving the impression they were overwhelmed. Overall, I feel the hotel is still in its development phase. Everything needs to improve further to match its luxurious decor.

We had great stay for 9 nights in this hotel, super king size bed, large living space and very clean. Drinking water replenishments was given us in carton :) Breakfast was amazing, many options to choose and some options will change new menu every day, did not get boring to have breakfast there. This hotel is next to Hans Shopping mall and subway, less than 10 min walk. Give us a lot of flexibility to catch dinner and to buy convenient items. It is few subway stations away from city area, if u don't mind sparing additional 15 min ride to city like us, this hotel is great option to consider.

This was my first stay at Ji Hotel. It's a relatively new hotel, but the location is quite quiet, with restaurants just a few minutes' walk away. The room was on a high floor with good ventilation, natural light, and a great view. The cleanliness was okay. They gave us complimentary fruit upon check-in, and the front desk even upgraded our room. The service was nice. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance. Highly recommended.

Overall the value of this hotel is great! Cleanliness is good, staff is friendly, and the convenience of restaurants, train station nearby, and ordering Ubers is good enough for a comfortable stay without spending much. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe too.
