"Op minder dan 100 meter afstand van de luchthaven is de kamer schoon.
De inrichting is enigszins historisch, maar niet armoedig, en vergeleken met die opvallende decoraties is het ook niet slecht.
Het tapijt is erg droog als je er met blote voeten op stapt.
Het beste is dat het zo dicht bij de lightrail ligt, en dat de eerste wagon van de lightrail volledig van glas is, met een goed uitzicht. De eerste halte is de Universiteit voor Wetenschap en Technologie, en de t****e halte is de Wynn. Er is een grote fontein en een kabelbaan om mensen te vermaken.
Het is waar dat het geluid van het doorspoelen van het toilet zo luid is, dat het geluid van het doorspoelen van het toilet in de kamer ernaast lijkt alsof je in mijn eigen kamer bent."

"De dame die ons incheckte was erg aardig en behulpzaam, absoluut een aanrader. De kasten in de hotelkamer waren echter nogal vreemd van stijl en riepen wat minder prettige associaties op. Bovendien hoorden we af en toe geluiden (ik weet niet waar ze vandaan kwamen). Gelukkig was ik na 27.000 stappen zo moe dat mijn slaap er niet onder leed en ik toch goed heb geslapen. Het lijkt erop dat de avondservice niet standaard is; ik moest er specifiek om vragen via de service-telefoon. De overige faciliteiten in de kamer waren gemiddeld. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid, maar ik vond het niet echt lekker; alles was vrij doorsnee. Vooral het broodje met varkensvlees was erg vies (naar mijn persoonlijke mening). De service was over het algemeen wel goed; al het personeel dat ik tegenkwam was vriendelijk."

"Locatie: De locatie is geweldig. Het is 20 minuten lopen van de Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal en 30 minuten met de Sands Hotel pendelbus vanaf de Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Brug. Na het uitstappen sta je direct naast het hotel, wat erg handig is. Binnen tien minuten lopen van het hotel zijn bezienswaardigheden zoals de Fisherman's Wharf, het Lotus Square en het Grand Prix Museum te vinden. In Macau zijn er veel liften om voetgangersbruggen of ondergrondse passages over te steken, wat erg gebruiksvriendelijk is. Let op: auto's rijden snel in Macau, dus wees extra voorzichtig in het verkeer. Maak maximaal gebruik van de roltrappen en liften langs de weg. Je kunt de pendelbus van Sands Hotel nemen naar Venetian Macau in Taipa, of 30-40 minuten lopen naar de Ruïnes van de Sint-Pauluskathedraal en het Grand Lisboa. Openbaar vervoer is ook erg handig; gebruik de 'Dachema' mini-programma om automatisch de wisselkoers om te rekenen en te betalen.
Sfeer: Het hotel is inderdaad wat ouder, wat een retrogevoel geeft, maar het is erg schoon. Er is een lichte muffe geur, maar dat stoort niet. De ramen in de kamer zijn afgesloten, het uitzicht is oké maar niet open. We hadden een connecting room geboekt met een dubbele deur ertussen. Je kunt van tevoren vragen om deze te openen, dan is het eigenlijk een tweepersoonskamer verbonden met een tweepersoonskamer, ideaal voor gezinnen. Let wel op dat je de deur van de tweepersoonskamer niet sluit, want dan krijg je hem niet meer open. Als je geluidsisolatie nodig hebt, sluit dan alleen de deur van de tweepersoonskamer. Je kunt direct je Chinese opladers gebruiken in de kamer; het hotel heeft ook een converterkabel, erg attent. Hoewel het wat ouder is, is het schoon en netjes. De toiletartikelen en badproducten zijn van goede kwaliteit, met een witte theebloesemgeur. Er is een capsule koffiezetapparaat en theezakjes, en twee aparte badkamers, erg handig.
Service: Het management van het hotel is zeer geordend. Vanaf het moment dat je binnenkomt, is de service uitstekend. Gedurende ons verblijf van twee nachten en drie dagen hebben we de lobbydeur nooit zelf hoeven te openen; de portiers waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het inchecken verliep soepel, alle medewerkers waren erg aardig, pasten zich automatisch aan de taal van elke gast aan, zonder enige arrogantie of discriminatie. Ze luisterden geduldig naar de wensen van de gasten en gaven goede adviezen. De bagageopslag was ook zeer geordend, met een kamernummerlabel voor elk stuk bagage, zodat je je geen zorgen hoeft te maken dat er iets wordt verwisseld. Het personeel was erg serieus en vriendelijk. Bij het uitchecken werd actief gevraagd naar onze ervaringen, zonder om een goede recensie te vragen. We werden met een lach begroet en uitgezwaaid.
Minpunten: De geluidsisolatie van de kamer is niet optimaal; je kunt gesprekken van de buren duidelijk horen, om nog maar te zwijgen van het doorspoelen van het toilet, dat is nog duidelijker. Mensen met een lichte slaap moeten hier rekening mee houden. Omdat we niet gestoord wilden worden, drukten we elke dag voordat we de kamer verlieten op de 'niet storen'-knop, maar bij terugkomst bleek de kamer toch te zijn schoongemaakt. Hoewel we dankbaar zijn voor de schoonmaakservice, hadden we de 'niet storen'-knop ingedrukt omdat we geen schoonmaak nodig hadden. Graag een beetje meer aandacht van het schoonmaakpersoneel.
Roken: Het hotel heeft duidelijke rookverbodsborden en er is een aangewezen rookplek bij de ingang van de lobby. Overal op straat zie je borden met boetes voor roken. Wees alstublieft extra bewust van de regels!
Algemene beoordeling: De algehele verblijfservaring en prijs-kwaliteitverhouding kloppen. Het hotel is niet zo levendig als de casino-hotels, maar is meer geschikt voor gasten die rust en kwaliteit waarderen. Ik zou hier zeker weer verblijven als ik terugkom naar Macau."

GGastgebruikerDe nalatenschap van Zaha Hadid, als je naar Macau gaat, is het de moeite waard om in te checken. Het verblijf was zeer comfortabel, het bed en het beddengoed waren erg goed, en de douche en het bad waren ook erg goed. Wat vooral het vermelden waard is, is de geluidsinstallatie in de kamer, die is geweldig! Het bedienend personeel dat de kamer schoonmaakt, is een Filippijnse man. Hij is erg schoon en netjes. Ik moet het prijzen!

Regards the room service, there are only 2 bottles of water provided and it's much behind others. the saunna room still keeps same and it's the only point I forcast. Unfortunately, there still no wet towel provided, no slipper provided, the good thing is not much people use the room. the view is nice and this is the selling point.
I might not stay again unless the room rate is attractively.

TTraveling Family from GermanyOverall we had an excellent stay at The Londoner and would gladly come back.
The shuttle transfer from the Hengqin border was a bit confusing at first. The signage was not very clear and seemed to point in the wrong direction, and the employee at the pickup point unfortunately spoke neither Mandarin nor English. After some searching we managed to find the correct shuttle and arrived at the hotel without further problems. Once at the property we were immediately assisted by one of the staff members.
Check-in can take some time since many guests arrive at the same time. If you travel as a group and request rooms on the same floor, the process may take even longer. It almost felt like receptionists had to compete with each other to secure rooms before they were assigned elsewhere. The organization seemed a little unusual, but eventually everything worked out.
We were offered rooms on the same floor, which happened to be a smoking floor. The staff explained that smoke smell should not be noticeable. This turned out to be accurate. The rooms themselves had no smoke smell at all, and only a very faint smell was noticeable in the hallway. For non-smokers it is therefore perfectly manageable to stay on such a floor.
The rooms themselves were excellent. They were spotless, spacious and very well equipped. Amenities included a coffee machine with capsules and creamer, more than enough drinking water, a large comfortable bed and easy-to-use electronic controls. The blackout curtains work perfectly for anyone who prefers complete darkness while sleeping. The bathroom area was also very spacious and featured a large mirror, a very nice shower, a bathtub and a Japanese-style toilet.
One of our rooms was designed for disabled guests and therefore did not include a bathtub, which was perfectly fine. What stood out positively was how well the accessibility features were integrated. The bathroom was beautifully designed and did not feel like a simple retrofit, which is a very thoughtful touch for guests who need these facilities.
The Londoner complex itself is huge and beautifully designed. Staff are present everywhere and are generally friendly and helpful. The complex focuses heavily on shopping and entertainment. Western food and bar options are somewhat limited, but this likely reflects the fact that Macau today caters largely to mainland Chinese visitors. We still easily found options such as the Cheesecake Factory and the Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill, which served our needs well.
One major advantage of the location is connectivity. From The Londoner you can walk via enclosed skybridges to the Four Seasons, The Venetian and The Parisian, and other casino resorts can be reached either on foot or with a short and inexpensive taxi ride.
If you want to explore the historic Macau Peninsula, reaching the metro system from the casino complex is not entirely straightforward. However taxis are plentiful and affordable, making the trip very easy. There also appear to be public buses available, although we did not try them ourselves. Overall the hotel complex works very well as a base for visiting the other side of Macau.
One small logistical note for travelers heading to Hong Kong Airport: the reception staff could only point us to bus services going to the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge terminal. Direct transfers from the hotel to Hong Kong Airport were not really available through the hotel, so we ended up arranging a private car ourselves. In practice the hotel can easily get you to the bridge terminal, but from there you will need to organize the onward journey yourself unless you book a private transfer in advance.
Overall it was an incredible stay and a hotel we would happily choose again. Just keep in mind that Macau is not Las Vegas and caters much more to mainland Chinese visitors, so expectations should be adjusted accordingly.

QQilanshishenDe lobby van het hotel is buitengewoon en de kamer bevindt zich in de noordelijke vleugel, die dichter bij de Venetian ligt dan bij de zuidelijke vleugel. Er is een gang op de derde verdieping die verschillende hotels onder de Sands met elkaar verbindt, wat op regenachtige dagen helemaal geen invloed heeft.
U kunt direct bij de receptie Portugese valuta wisselen zonder administratiekosten, maar de wisselkoers is hoger dan die van banken.
De kamer is schoon en netjes, er is drinkwater aanwezig en de stopcontacten kunnen direct worden gebruikt zonder stekkers om te bouwen.
Er rijden pendelbussen naar de haven en de luchthaven. De laatste bus van de luchthaven naar het hotel vertrekt uiterlijk om 21:00 uur en de eerste bus naar de luchthaven vertrekt om 11:00 uur.
De 7e verdieping is de sightseeing-verdieping van de Eiffeltoren. Het kost 75 Portugese dollars om de top van de toren te bereiken.

XXiaozhuCCRelatief gezien is de prijs-prestatieverhouding goed. Hotelprijzen zullen stijgen tijdens vakanties. Ik heb dit hotel gekozen gezien de prijsfactor. De omgeving en faciliteiten waren beter dan verwacht en mijn verblijf was redelijk comfortabel. Hotels in Macau maken zelden fouten, ze zijn allemaal behoorlijk luxueus. Het buffet van het hotel is een beetje duur. Hoewel ze me een tegoed van 300 yuan gaven, kon ik het helemaal niet gebruiken. Je kunt vanuit het hotel rechtstreeks naar het winkelcentrum gaan en in het achtvormige reuzenrad rijden. Van een afstandje ziet het er 's nachts echt oogverblindend uit. De obers in het restaurant zijn erg aardig en proactief. Er zijn 's avonds weinig mensen en de chef-kok is ook erg beleefd en bereid om een praatje te maken. De receptie is wat slechter en de wachttijd is erg lang. Als je niet in de rij staat, zul je merken dat ze een beetje ongeduldig zijn als je erom vraagt. Als u niet voornamelijk in hotels verblijft maar het grootste deel van uw tijd buiten doorbrengt, kunt u over het algemeen voor dit hotel kiezen omdat het nog maar kort geopend is en erg nieuw is.

De medewerkers bij de receptie waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en zelfs het personeel bij het zwembad vroeg meteen of er iets was waarmee ze konden helpen. Ze waren erg aardig en verzorgden de gasten goed. Het was een zonnige dag, wat de sfeer nog beter maakte!

The room itself was spotless, zero complaints.
When it comes to the breakfast, we have to choose between Angela's, Stanley's, and Signature Noodles. We didn't have the time to test out Angela's, but I would highly advise going for Stanley's and not Signature Noodles for breakfast, the latter I found a bit lackluster.
Other than that, overall great value for money.

CCC TourDit hotel ligt pal naast het Jai Alai Hotel. Vanaf de Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal is het slechts een paar minuten lopen, dus het gebrek aan uitzicht is geen ramp – het is juist erg handig. Hoewel de buitenkant momenteel wordt gerenoveerd en het overdag wat lawaaierig kan zijn vanwege de werkzaamheden naast het hotel, is dit geen probleem als je overdag op pad bent. Het hotel heeft ook een binnenzwembad. Het is niet enorm groot, maar je hoeft je geen zorgen te maken over het weer, wat een prettige bijkomstigheid is! Verder ligt het hotel vlakbij het Racing Museum, wat een bezoek erg makkelijk maakt. Het is geschikt voor zowel volwassenen als kinderen, dus zeker een bezoekje waard!
