Het is momenteel niet aan te raden om te blijven! ! !
Nog even inchecken, zei dat er voorlopig geen plaats is
Als u een rookkamer kiest (het personeel bij de receptie heeft aangegeven dat het een rookkamer is, maar er zal geen rookgeur zijn), maar u moet ongeveer een half uur wachten, wat aangeeft dat het acceptabel is als er geen rookgeur is
Want als je op een rookvrije kamer moet wachten, duurt dat meer dan een uur. En er is niets om rond te gaan in de buurt, en er is geen plek om te zitten in de lobby!
Maar uiteindelijk heb ik meer dan een uur gewacht voordat ik de rookruimte binnenging. Zodra ik de deur opendeed en een masker opzette, rook ik de superrook. De portier stuurde de bagage naar de kamer en zei dat de geur van rook was geweldig.
En ik heb een kamer met uitzicht op de tuin geboekt, het uitzicht op de tuin van de rookkamer is een hoek?
Belde naar de receptie en zei dat hij de geur van rook niet kon accepteren en veranderde uiteindelijk de suite?
Maar zonder het uitzicht op de tuin is de indeling heel vreemd, de woonkamer en gang zijn groter dan de kamer en de kasten hebben een grote houtachtige geur.
Dan wordt het zwembad opgedeeld in binnen en buiten, ga eerst naar binnen, voel het water te koud, ga naar buiten, het resultaat is nog kouder! (In het zwembad zeiden een paar mensen die net in het water waren gevallen dat het water koud was)
Als je een verjaardagstaart voor je verjaardag wilt, moet je van tevoren mailen of bellen, als je het dezelfde dag vraagt, heb je het niet.
Toen ik de kamerkaart om de laatste drie uur kreeg, was er ook iemand anders aan het inchecken, maar die had nog geen kamerkaart, dus ik moest wachten.

Well, the hotel is big,and there's a big mall too but I think the mall is a little quiet and the mall doesn’t have too many things to do ……
But the room is spacious, staff friendly and the amenities are of better qualities than those in other hotels. The beds are comfortable and the showers are gorgeous. The location
Is bit far from the city centre and the shuttle bus is not too frequent. Other than that it’s good in general and I’d try other facilities next time.

The hotel, staffs and all facilities are sooo good and I love the hotel so much. I recommend if you looking for the hotel to stay in Macau, Grand Lisboa place can be one of your option.

Its my second time staying in this hotel. Everything is great apart from the shower room. The water drain doesnt smell a bit , i guess its a bit old. Last time didnt has this problem at all.
Otherwise, service is excellent, room decoration is beautiful. Breakfast buffet is great too.

Very good vacation with the family with competitive package. Service are great! The front desk staff are very helpful and showing the high level of support and service. Especially Ms Amanda and the male staff ( sorry forgot his name)
Highly recommended! No excuses at all.

We booked two deluxed twins rooms and the rooms are clean! The facilities of the hotel are also wonderful! There are shuttle buses and it is so convenient to travel from one place to another.

Hotel has been opened for a while, but staff seems not familiar with the facilities within the hotel complex. One of the restaurants, Mesa, is located on the third floor which is the same floor as the garden. I had reservation at the restaurant and left my room 10 minutes before thinking that I should be there on time. However, they did not allow access through the third floor. I checked with the security guard on duty and he told me to go to the 2nd floor and go to the east gate direction. When I reached 2nd floor, there was no sign whatsoever showing the direction to the restaurant. I checked with staff working at the shops and they couldn't tell how to get to the restaurant. I ended up spending over 30 minutes to reach the restaurant. Eventually I figured out myself that the simplest access only takes much less than 10 minutes from my room.
The consolation was the food, service and ambience of Mesa were all exceptional. It's really worth trying.
I believe the hotel has close to 1,000 rooms but the size of the gym was just around 2,000 square feet with not a whole lot of equipment. It is totally out of proportion. There was no steam room or sauna in the changing room. That's a bit below expectation for a 5-star hotel. Isn't it?
