Hotel Okura Macau

Het handigste hotel om bij Grand Resort Deck te komen. De service was uitstekend en het personeel erg attent. Een zeer bevredigende reis. Dit is absoluut de beste keuze in Macau als je met kinderen reist. Toprecensie, toprecensie!

Spent a magical one-night getaway celebrating our anniversary and birthday! Walked into a gorgeously decorated room, a delicious birthday cake, and the cutest pair of collectible teddy bears as a present. 🧸🎂❤️ A massive thank you to Val for taking such incredible care of us and paying attention to every detail—your service made our special day extra memorable. 10/10 hospitality!

Excellent service. The staff waited for our check-in and then led us to the room directly. We played at the 天浪淘園. It was a great place for the kids. There were a wide variety of choice for dinner. We chose ramen.

We stayed at this wonderful hotel in early May. We were pleasantly surprised by the attentive service from the entire staff, especially the manager Yuri, who was happy to help with any questions. We stayed at three different 5-star hotels in Macau, but this one stands out. Clean rooms, excellent cleaning, personalized service – every phone cord is neatly folded, your cosmetics will be neatly laid out, slippers and a robe are provided especially for the child, and soft toys and little tasty treats will make every child happy and their parents loyal. Excellent outdoor wave pool and beach with cocktails. Unfortunately, they don't offer rooms with breakfast, they would surely have been just as perfect, but there are plenty of cafes nearby for every taste, so you definitely won't go hungry. We will definitely return to this hotel again! From Russia with love!

Beautiful room and excellent services looking forward to visiting again

Great service and nice hotel. The view is nice. The staff is super helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and newly-furnished room. I and my family enjoyed staying here a lot. We definitely will consider this hotel again when we visit Macao next time.

Clean and tidy, very spacious. Special thanks to Jaypee for being very accomadating and making our stay comfortable and worth it. Surely will comeback again next time. 👍👍

All was good except the smoking smell in the room althogh it was a non smoking room. The smoking smell was so strong that I couldn't sleep well. They changed the room next day and it was ok. The Ramen resturant was just down there and many shops connected to other hotels.
