Holiday Inn MACAU by IHG

This gentleman at reception named Hero is not friendly and professional at all! He had no smile and spoke with a very low voice that we could barely hear him~When he passed the room key to us, he spoke nothing to us~Without telling us our floor or direction; not even a “enjoy your stay”~Worst IHG check-in services ever!

Very satisfied with our stay at Holiday Inn. The room was comfortable, the toilet size was good, and the mattress was spacious and comfortable. We had a really good and comfortable sleep. 😊 Just one small comment: the toilet flushing was a little difficult and needed to be pressed quite hard. Perhaps the hotel could ask the technician to check and repair it. Other than that, everything was good and we enjoyed our stay. 👍

Room equipment and comfort. Location is perfect and price was really great for the offer. Loved it.

For a one-night stay, the Holiday Inn by IHG proved to be a practical and comfortable choice. Located within walking distance of the city center, the hotel offers convenience without the premium price tag of the casino resorts. The room was clean and functional, and soundproofing was good. The bed was genuinely restful after a long day of exploration. Service was efficient and friendly, with quick check-in and helpful local recommendations. For travelers seeking a no-fuss base to explore Macau's historic streets and casinos without breaking the bank, this Holiday Inn delivers exactly what it promises: solid, dependable comfort in an unbeatable location.

Location is alright and about convenient but still far away from main Macau. However the smell of room particularly carpet smell, toilet smell and the bed smell is quite bad. Air conditioning in room is quite low in wind blow and couldn't able to adjust temperature level, permanently fixed at 23.5'c. It's a hot summer... Water stuck in basin for long time before flow out.

Swimming and the location is perfect And the service was great

The hotel is located in the CBD of Macao, easy to get around and with 24 hour restaurants downstairs. Although decor of the room is a bit dated, yet it is spacious. Suggest to have more amenities to be placed in the toilet, ie, razor and shower cap.

I have nice stay at HOLIDAY INN MACAU ! The frontdesk is a Filipina and she accomodate me so much and we have upgrade into executive room. Its clean and good smell inside . Everyone is very accommodating ! You can stay here with very affordable deal and very nice people ❤️☺️🙏🏻🙌🏻

I have select non smoking room but in the lift and hall the smoking smell very strong can’t even filter it. Everytime we back hotel or go out need have a deep breath before come out from the room. The receptionist not very polite as we request same floor room due to have kids and old folks before we book the hotel. When we reached the hotel, they directly told us don’t have then I reject and mentioned cannot. They directly show a black face and unhappy with the request. Please improve the above.
