寶藏酒店。座落在蒼山腳下。環境幽雅有格調，設計師的眼光太好了。房間很大，設施齊全，打掃得也非常乾淨。多對一服務，酒店的飯菜也非常好吃。服務人員温和細緻，會提前溝通到店時間，熱情接待，並且提前調好房間温度。讓旅途疲憊的我們感到安心舒心。本來衹訂了一天，但是太喜歡了，又續住了。酒店裡有一衹小貓，小孩子非常喜歡，追着和貓玩。以後再來大理這裏一定是我們的首選。（實際比照片漂亮多了）

I had an extremely enjoyable stay at Mr Ma’s accommodation. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with genuine warmth and sincere hospitality. Throughout our stay, he assisted us with every need and often went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable. We loved our time here so much that we extended our stay to a total of six nights! We were deeply touched by his generosity and the thoughtfulness he showed every single day. Each morning, he checked in on us, asked if we had slept well, and made sure we had everything we needed. This is a family-run accommodation, and every member of the Ma family was friendly, warm, and welcoming. Mr Ma even took special care to accommodate my daughter’s cat allergy by keeping their cats away from the common areas — a gesture we truly appreciated. One of the highlights of our stay was the meaningful conversations we shared with the family. We exchanged stories about our respective countries, shared insights about our cultures, and learned so much from one another. These heartfelt chats made our stay feel even more personal, and we genuinely enjoyed connecting on a deeper level beyond the usual host–guest interactions. The room facilities were excellent — warm blankets, electric heating pads, newly installed air-conditioners, towels, a hair dryer, and a kettle. And every morning, we were greeted with a comforting bowl of noodles lovingly prepared by Mrs Ma — such a heartwarming way to start the day. The location is ideal as well: close to the bustling streets and ancient town, with the mountains and lake just nearby. We enjoyed sitting on the top-floor balcony in the cool, crisp morning air, taking in the peaceful mountain views. Mrs Ma also shared wonderful food recommendations, all of which we thoroughly enjoyed. During our stay, we met international travellers from France, and the Ma family communicated effortlessly using translation apps. It’s clear they have plenty of experience hosting guests from around the world. We also made a short trip to Lijiang, arranged through Mr Ma’s recommendation — a comfortable 9-seater car that picked us up directly from the accommodation and dropped us off at our next destination. I highly, highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the area. I am deeply grateful for the kindness and warmth shown to us throughout our stay — right up until the moment we left, when Mr Ma personally helped us with our luggage. Before you leave, be sure to take a photo with the family, and don’t miss the chance to chat with Mr Ma’s son, who is very eager to practise English with travellers. 《Feedback over mijn ervaring met de accommodatie in Liyi Hotel, Dali Ancient Town》 Geachte hotelmanager, Hallo! Ik ben een gast die onlangs in uw hotel verbleef. Helaas was ik erg teleurgesteld over dit verblijf. Hieronder volgen enkele specifieke feedbackpunten over dit verblijf en ik hoop dat u hier aandacht aan kunt besteden en deze kunt verbeteren. 1. Hotelfaciliteiten De algehele hotelfaciliteiten geven mensen een slecht gevoel, wat volledig in strijd is met de hotelprijzen. 2. Service aan de receptie De servicegerichte houding van het personeel aan de receptie gaf me een erg ongemakkelijk gevoel. Bij het inchecken leek het personeel wat onverschillig, met weinig enthousiasme en geduld. Bovendien was de taal minachtend en beantwoordden ze sommige van mijn vragen oppervlakkig, zonder voldoende aandacht en oplossingen. 3. Probleem met geluidsisolatie De geluidsisolatie van de kamer was erg slecht, wat mij tijdens mijn verblijf stoorde. Omdat de kamer zich op de eerste verdieping bevindt, naast de parkeerplaats en niet ver van de hoofdweg naar het centrum, hoor je constant het geluid van voertuigen, claxons en omgevingsgeluiden de kamer in, waardoor ik de hele nacht wakker heb gelegen. Dit is een zeer onvriendelijke ervaring voor gasten die lange afstanden afleggen en goed willen uitrusten. 4. Algemene ervaring Gezien bovenstaande punten was ik zeer teleurgesteld over dit verblijf. Als hotel vlakbij de oude stad Dali zou het toeristen een comfortabele en rustige omgeving moeten bieden, maar de daadwerkelijke ervaring voldoet hier niet aan. Ik hoop dat het hotel aandacht besteedt aan deze punten, te beginnen met het verbeteren van de servicekwaliteit, het verbeteren van faciliteiten en apparatuur, het versterken van het hygiënebeheer en het effectief verbeteren van de verblijfservaring van de gasten. Tot slot raad ik het hotel aan om te proberen te voorkomen dat gastenkamers in de buurt van de hoofdweg en de parkeerplaats worden geplaatst, of om betere geluidsisolatie voor deze kamers te implementeren. Tegelijkertijd zou het de training van het receptiepersoneel moeten verbeteren, het servicebewustzijn en de servicehouding moeten verbeteren en ervoor moeten zorgen dat gasten zich enthousiaster en meer betrokken voelen. Ik hoop dat mijn feedback uw aandacht trekt en ik kijk ernaar uit dat uw hotel in de toekomst nog beter wordt, zodat we meer toeristen van betere service kunnen voorzien. I had an amazing stay at Anyu Dali, and their hospitality truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful, assisting us with our luggage and even coordinating with the Didi driver when we were rushing to catch our railway. They went above and beyond by providing weather updates for our next destination, Lijiang, and noticing that we were unprepared for the cold, they thoughtfully gave us heat pads. As first-time guests, we were treated to complimentary afternoon tea and breakfast, as well as four free laundry items for washing. The welcome gift was a lovely touch, and they even prepared a warm nighttime drink before bedtime, making our stay feel extra special. What really stood out was their attention to detail—even knowing that we would be staying at Anyu Lijiang next, they arranged to give us our farewell gift there, considering our luggage was already full. The level of service here surpasses that of many well-known hotels, and I will definitely choose Anyu again the next time I visit China. Highly recommended for those who appreciate genuine hospitality!

My entire stay was excellent. The front desk staff were warm, thoughtful, and communicated with a gentle and patient demeanor. They proactively informed me about hotel amenities and gave helpful tips for local attractions. Their efficiency was impressive. The room was spotlessly clean, the environment was quiet, and I had a very high-quality rest. You could feel the attention to detail in every aspect, and the value for money was great. I'll definitely book here again next time I'm in the area.

De be & be ligt in de oostelijke poort van de oude stad Dali, naast Mixue Ice City. Het is vrij gemakkelijk te vinden. Ik heb deze be & be van Xiaohongshu aanbevolen. Misschien waren mijn verwachtingen een beetje hooggespannen, maar ik was behoorlijk teleurgesteld was relatief klein. De kant van de weg is erg luidruchtig en de geluidsisolatie is niet goed. Het wordt eigenlijk stil rond 12.30 uur in de avond. Vrienden die een goede slaapkwaliteit hebben, maken zich geen zorgen is goed.

Friendly and convenient hotel. Able to walk around the Dali Santorini area from the hotel. All staff members were very friendly and helpful. Quick response to questions via WeChat group chat with the staff. Breakfast has 2 options - Chinese style with rice noodles or Western style with spaghetti. Both are very delicious. Would recommend staying here.

Service was fantastic, the host was superb! Place was clean, convenient, and included all that one could need on a vacation. In the heart of Ancient Dali, this was perfect for food, entertainment, and shopping. It is also minutes away from the famous Cangshan mountain, and the host is very considerate in assisting you with any arrangement you'd like, including cabs for railway and airport transportation. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that the room matched exactly the photos that are on the site. Very often this is not the case. So, all in all it was a very pleasant experience at this location. Would definitely stay again and certainly would recommend this to anyone travelling to Dali. As a single female, I found this place to be very safe...especially with a considerate host, who looks out for you!

My stay at the Aquarium Hotel was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, I felt immersed in an underwater paradise. The design of the hotel, with its floor-to-ceiling aquariums, was breathtaking. Watching vibrant marine life swim by from the comfort of my room was truly mesmerizing. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with thoughtful details like soft, ocean-inspired lighting and comfortable furnishings. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the views of the underwater world made it hard to leave the room! Highlights: Mermaid show and feeding time esp for the sharks
