"Voor een snelle reis heb ik Ctrip drie nachten uitgecheckt. Nadat ik van mijn werk was gekomen, controleerde ik online en besloot ik in het Dali Junfa Pullman Hotel te verblijven. Ik koos voor een deluxe tweepersoonskamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden omdat ik met kinderen en ouderen reisde. Ouderen zijn beperkt mobiel en zijn het grootste deel van de tijd afhankelijk van een rolstoel. Na aankomst in het hotel, omdat de kamer nog niet was opgeruimd, en ik zag een oudere persoon, Edison, die me bij de receptie begroette, onze kamer direct opwaarderen. Hij zei dat hij hem gewoon Xiaobao moest noemen, hij was aardig en enthousiast ❤️, en vervolgens WeChat, wattenstaafjes, wasmiddel, laat uitchecken, positieve respons en patiëntresolutie toegevoegd. Al met al zeer tevreden! Al aanbevolen aan vrienden."

"Excellent service! We had to cancel one night out of our two-night stay due to travel delays and were prepared to accept the cost due to the short notice, but the hotel staff went out of their way to offer us a refund. The hotel is located very near the Erhai S bay and the view is perfect from our room. The room is very spacious and comfortable and the bathroom comes equipped with a smart toilet seat and outfitted with L’Occitane toiletries. The staff connected us to hotel concierge on WeChat, served complimentary mung bean dessert to our room and offered us tea everytime we had to wait for a cab at the lobby. Having stayed at two separate Hyatt locations during our trip, I must say that we experienced the best service at this hotel during our entire trip in Yunnan and am extremely impressed. We’ll definitely return if we ever visit Dali again."

"A Two-Night Stay with My Parents -＞ Whole Family Was Delighted I stayed at Indigo for two nights with my parents, and it was a truly satisfying experience for the whole family. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around. Our room had a beautiful lake view with a wide, open sightline. We absolutley loved it as soon as we walked in. The room itself was very comfortable, giving us a sense of ease and relaxation. Indigo has always been known for its distinctive design style, and this property truly weaves an artistic touch into every corner. Whether in the guest room, the hallways, or the public spaces, everything felt pleasant and comfortable. I especially want to mention the second-floor lobby — it's spacious, bright, and full of design flair, making a striking impression the moment you see it. The gym and swimming pool on the 11th floor are also well maintained, with complete and tidy equipment — a clear reflection of the hotel's attention to detail. Breakfast was hearty, and my parents enjoyed it. By the way, if you're a coffee lover, be sure to stop by the hotel's coffee bar for a cup — there's a little surprise waiting for you. All in all, it was a wonderfully relaxing stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town."

"From picking up from the train station, to daily amenities and services, it’s all exceptional. Breakfast spread was so wide it’s unlikely you’ll be able to try them all. Afternoon tea sets with fruits, cookies, tarts and cake was delicious. Attention to details like kid dental sets and in room baby shoe for my son was also so thoughtful. The view is nice, I wished I had booked longer to stay here. Will definitely come back this hotel again next time I come to Dali. The lady 程七七 from the hotel was also very helpful the entire time since before arrival with arrangements till check out. There’s also a small little playground area at lvl 2 of building 2 for small kids to play."

"Booked this hotel quite literally last minute for a night as our original hotel booked for this trip didn’t end up working out. Upon arrival, the staff was very welcoming & polite. We were served milk tea/coffee & some fresh fruit. Our room was very spacious with an amazing view of the lake. The electricity went out at night time & the staff were quick to respond with directions & assistance on how to reboot it. Location was convenient as it was close to the Dali railroad station. Old town was about 30 min via taxi as well as areas of lake erhai. We were served delicious noodle soup for lunch the following day. Amazing hospitality, would highly recommend to others staying!"

"Het was een goede ervaring met de accommodatie. Nadat ik de kamer had geboekt, nam ik contact op met de receptie over het inchecken. Receptioniste Lucky nam de telefoon heel enthousiast op en hielp ons met het upgraden van onze kamer. Ze nam ook nog even contact op over onze incheckervaring. Ik was zeer tevreden. Ik verbleef er drie nachten. De service, de omgeving en de locatie waren allemaal erg goed. Ik zou er de volgende keer zeker weer verblijven."

"趕上春假，導致4月3日從昆明喜來登到昆明站再到大理站坐動車一小時有座+一小時站票，再打車到酒店整整用了6個小時，舟車勞頓疲憊不堪，加上4月3日晚聽信網上宣傳，在大理古城吃飯和孩子畫肖像等體驗極其差。 幸好，有大理王宮酒店超預期的服務和設施及用品，（喜來登的酒店用品沒法用，不是一個層級的）撫平了身心。昨日上午滇池遊玩及今日洱海蒼山一日遊完美收官，中午在洱海邊吃的漁·白族農家菜海稍弓魚，晚上吃了一頓本地人吃的壽慶燒烤（大理古城都是外地人開店騙外地人的千萬不要信網上的）。再回到酒店依舊賓至如歸，還有細節服務給予家人小驚喜，居然贈送緩解疲勞眼貼（看到媳婦買了玻尿酸眼葯水）。遂有山海經行 有感1 蒼山橫地接天荒， 洱海涵空納日光。 滇池浪靜鷗輕舞， 絕壑鷹高翼自張。 朝隨旭日開萬象， 夜共清輝守四方。 不言塵世紛紜事， 衹向山河拜蒼茫！ 有感2 滇海吞雲接遠蒼， 鷹擊長空任翱翔。 鷗逐晴波輕似夢， 月懸清夜冷如霜。 朝迎旭日照洱海， 暮攬蒼山入畫長。 天地為廬心自闊， 一川風月盡疏狂！"

Our butler 小敏 is superb! She helped us with arranging best rate for upgrade, seaview room, laundry service, breakfast, tea, transport, everything! Everything edible in room is free too :) Car bookout was a value deal, do arrange through hotel and request for 周师傅！He’s not only a driver, he’s also a fabulous tour guide. "Excellent stay in Honglongjing hotel. Nested in the heart of Dali ancient town, you will experience Dali's vibrant atmosphere and bustling streets. The hotel's service is impeccable. Service was prompt and we were treated to Chinese tea ceremony. The villa rooms were very spotless. The only downside was the road closures around the ancient town. This made it difficult to get to the hotel with luggage. You need a 5-10 min walk to get to the hotel as buses and cars are not allowed in the ancient town. Otherwise it was a wonderful experience"
