3-Starhotels in Dali

If I could, I’ll give a score of 100/10! This is such a fantastic experience staying here. What is so impressive is the SERVICE and the actual room facilities. The staff is soooooooo friendly and helpful - he basically helped me plan my itinerary every day because I came with zero plans and only wanted to relax. He helped me to plan my route and book a car for day use. And the driver is amazing too - he brought me to try 扎染 tie dye even when I didn’t know anything about it. He made sure I went to a local experience instead of expensive tourist trap. And he’s great at taking photos too! Back to the staff. He would understand what I’m interested in and then give suggestions that I’ll like. Amazing. And there is even a whole list of things to watch out for when visiting all the tourists attractions. When you arrive, they’ll also message you all the places to eat. There is also a convenience store right downstairs if you want to buy anything. They also gives you instructions if you want food delivery. So detailed!! And they are so proud of the fact that their rooms are exactly what it looked like on the app. So clean so new so amazing. Look at that view! You wake up to the view of the vast sea. And there is a giant bath tub for you to experience soaking in bubble bath (also given) at the same time. The toilets are always the make or break when travelling. And the toilets are amazing again. AUTOMATIC flush and the seat cover automatically opens and close. My goodness. And the shower has different outlets if you want some form of water acupuncture 🤣 very modern. And they even have a towel dryer/heater!!! You can dry anything small and it’ll be dry and crisp. Normally hotel pillows give me headaches. But not here! They have the latex foam pillow and also the normal fluffy pillows. It is so suitable and comfortable for me who is accustomed to memory foam pillows. How can accommodation get so detailed and excellent? Breakfast is another wonderful experience. You go the dining area and an aunty cooks porridge or noodles or meat buns or corn or sweet potatoes and serve them to you. There is even soya bean drink and fritters and lots of sauces and seasonings and small bites. And there is unlimited bottled beverages like honey jasmine tea or oolong tea and fruits and coffee. How do they even make a profit? And there is even a place to rest and relax and drink tea if you come with friends. I can’t wait to come back here with more friends and family and let me experience what I enjoyed so much here. Thank you to the staff and to the boss! 😁😍

The room is exactly you see from the website. Service is good. Loves their morning Soya Milk n noodle. Will certainly recommend this Minsu. Trust me you will love it. My friend n sister falls in the with the rooms. Comfy bed n pillow. Once again Thank you for your wonderful service.

《Feedback over mijn ervaring met de accommodatie in Liyi Hotel, Dali Ancient Town》 Geachte hotelmanager, Hallo! Ik ben een gast die onlangs in uw hotel verbleef. Helaas was ik erg teleurgesteld over dit verblijf. Hieronder volgen enkele specifieke feedbackpunten over dit verblijf en ik hoop dat u hier aandacht aan kunt besteden en deze kunt verbeteren. 1. Hotelfaciliteiten De algehele hotelfaciliteiten geven mensen een slecht gevoel, wat volledig in strijd is met de hotelprijzen. 2. Service aan de receptie De servicegerichte houding van het personeel aan de receptie gaf me een erg ongemakkelijk gevoel. Bij het inchecken leek het personeel wat onverschillig, met weinig enthousiasme en geduld. Bovendien was de taal minachtend en beantwoordden ze sommige van mijn vragen oppervlakkig, zonder voldoende aandacht en oplossingen. 3. Probleem met geluidsisolatie De geluidsisolatie van de kamer was erg slecht, wat mij tijdens mijn verblijf stoorde. Omdat de kamer zich op de eerste verdieping bevindt, naast de parkeerplaats en niet ver van de hoofdweg naar het centrum, hoor je constant het geluid van voertuigen, claxons en omgevingsgeluiden de kamer in, waardoor ik de hele nacht wakker heb gelegen. Dit is een zeer onvriendelijke ervaring voor gasten die lange afstanden afleggen en goed willen uitrusten. 4. Algemene ervaring Gezien bovenstaande punten was ik zeer teleurgesteld over dit verblijf. Als hotel vlakbij de oude stad Dali zou het toeristen een comfortabele en rustige omgeving moeten bieden, maar de daadwerkelijke ervaring voldoet hier niet aan. Ik hoop dat het hotel aandacht besteedt aan deze punten, te beginnen met het verbeteren van de servicekwaliteit, het verbeteren van faciliteiten en apparatuur, het versterken van het hygiënebeheer en het effectief verbeteren van de verblijfservaring van de gasten. Tot slot raad ik het hotel aan om te proberen te voorkomen dat gastenkamers in de buurt van de hoofdweg en de parkeerplaats worden geplaatst, of om betere geluidsisolatie voor deze kamers te implementeren. Tegelijkertijd zou het de training van het receptiepersoneel moeten verbeteren, het servicebewustzijn en de servicehouding moeten verbeteren en ervoor moeten zorgen dat gasten zich enthousiaster en meer betrokken voelen. Ik hoop dat mijn feedback uw aandacht trekt en ik kijk ernaar uit dat uw hotel in de toekomst nog beter wordt, zodat we meer toeristen van betere service kunnen voorzien. Would like to thanks Miss Xiao Yu, Mr and Mrs She, the owner of the place for making my Dali stays with them a wonderful and an amazing one. They are very friendly. All my requests and queries were answer promptly. They make good suggestion and give advice which improve my travel plans together with my family greatly. The room was clean and tasty decorated so is the breakfast. Although it was served in a different building but it is just 3 mins way by walking. Not to mention that the hotel are surrounded by lots of different type of restaurant, eatery, bakery and convenient stores. It is also located within walking distance to Dali Ancient Old Town and San yue street.

Faciliteiten: Smart home, Dyson föhn, welkomstfruit en snacks, water en drankjes, airconditioning werkt heel goed, warme lucht kan snel blazen, de open haard is bijzonder mooi als hij 's avonds aanstaat, en de sfeer is vol! Er zijn ook luchtbevochtigers, stoom-oogmaskers, enz. De kleine details zijn allemaal heel goed verwerkt, wat geweldig is ~ Hygiëne: superschone wegwerptoilethoezen en badhoezen zijn verkrijgbaar Omgeving: De geselecteerde kamer kan het Erhai-meer en de Sneeuwberg zien. Het is zeer comfortabel om op het terras te zitten en te zonnebaden en de wind te blazen ook het interieur is smaakvol ingericht. Een echte aanrader! Service: De baas is echt super, super, super vriendelijk en attent. Van het contact opnemen met het ophaalstation tot het helpen met het dragen van twee grote koffers naar boven, hij was erg enthousiast omdat we vroeg opstonden en zelfs melk achterlieten voor het ontbijt. we waren aan het spelen. Dit is de beste ervaring die ik ooit heb gehad. Ik werd verliefd op deze plek en Dali! Ik zal zeker weer bezoeken in de toekomst! Ik hoop ook dat de B&B van de eigenaar net zo goed zal zijn als de naam doet vermoeden! Steeds beter en beter! ! !

Hygiëne: De slaapomgeving is de eerste factor bij het uitgaan, en dit huis is echt schoon! Voorzieningen: Compleet, de badkamer is een slim toilet, de watertemperatuur wordt automatisch aangepast als het regent, bevredigend Omgeving: De terrassen op de t****e en derde verdieping bieden uitzicht op het Erhai-meer. Service: De baas kan elk probleem perfect oplossen. Vanwege tijdgebrek bleef ik twee nachten en kon ik de afternoon tea niet halen. De locatie is een beetje ver van de oude stad, je kunt een taxi nemen, maar het is heel dicht bij de ingang van Cangshan Mountain. Ik zal overwegen om hier te blijven de volgende keer dat ik naar Dali kom?

Honest Review of Our Stay Near Erhai Lake, Dali 🇨🇳 As a Malaysian traveler exploring Yunnan, I stayed at a homestay apartment near Erhai Lake—and here’s my honest take: ✅ Inside the homestay: Very clean, well-furnished, and cozy. Everything was nicely prepared and felt like a proper home. The highlight was definitely the stunning lake view right from our window—perfect for sunrise lovers. 👩💼 Host experience: The homestay staff was incredibly friendly and understanding. She even arranged a free ride from the railway station, which we truly appreciated after a long day of travel. 🚧 Outside facilities: This is where it gets a bit mixed. The overall apartment complex (including the parking lot and elevator) felt poorly maintained, and the atmosphere at night was dark and slightly eerie, especially for solo travelers or couples. Many neighboring units seemed unoccupied, which added to the quiet, empty vibe. 📍 Location: Take note—this place is about 50 minutes from Dali Ancient City, so it’s not ideal if you’re planning to explore the old town daily. But if you want to relax by the lake and enjoy peace and views, it could work. 非常棒，很有性價比，酒店位於洱海邊，緊鄰生態廊道，步行幾分鐘即可到洱海，周邊有紅杉林、鵝*石沙灘等自然景觀，既離塵不離城，又適合騎行、散步和觀景。距離古城、龍龕碼頭等地也較近，交通便利。房間寬敞明亮，隔音效果好，視野開闊，房間可以看到洱海廊道景觀。 適合發呆、拍照。酒店老闆及熱情友善，有停車場擺渡車接送服務，提供行程規劃、景點推薦以及租車等貼心幫助。民宿鬧中取靜，周邊環境安靜，適合喜歡放鬆和享受自然。周邊人流量不是很多，也避免了過度商業化的喧鬧。總而言之是一次非常棒的體驗。

Hotel staff was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect as it is right next to where all the beauty unfolds. Room was clean with proper amenities to ensure a pleasant stay. The hotel is right by the pier which means you will have to carry your luggage a ways but the team is more than willing to help. Will definitely book again in the near future.

Service was fantastic, the host was superb! Place was clean, convenient, and included all that one could need on a vacation. In the heart of Ancient Dali, this was perfect for food, entertainment, and shopping. It is also minutes away from the famous Cangshan mountain, and the host is very considerate in assisting you with any arrangement you'd like, including cabs for railway and airport transportation. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that the room matched exactly the photos that are on the site. Very often this is not the case. So, all in all it was a very pleasant experience at this location. Would definitely stay again and certainly would recommend this to anyone travelling to Dali. As a single female, I found this place to be very safe...especially with a considerate host, who looks out for you!
