The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel required a phone call, but the waiting time wasn't long. The shuttle to the airport ran every 30 minutes and could be booked, which was reassuring. The complimentary breakfast was very substantial and provided a high level of satisfaction.

The service was excellent. The shuttle service was always on time for pickup to and from the park, with a superb driver. The hotel location was central to restaurants and shopping. The rooms could do with some updating, but for what we needed, it was ideal. The hotel got the job done.

The hotel is a bit further from the airport than I expected. Reception, lounge and breakfast area are located on 4th floor. Rooms are on upper floors. My room was large, clean and the bathroom looked newly renovated and very nice. Water pressure was good. TV cable worked. Landline did not work. Wake up call by means of knocking on the door was not done despite being requested. Breakfast was buffet style though limited (beef patties, omelette patties, DIY waffles, cereals, yogurt, tea/coffee). For an evening meal, if you don't want to walk to some eateries, as the area is not quite safe, there are a few delivery options... Flyer menus are at the reception and in your room. I did not order, so don't know the quality of food. Free shuttle was on time. The hotel was good for an overnight stay.

The check in and check out service was quick, efficient. The room was clean and the shuttle service to the airport was much appreciated. Thank you.

I originally chose the hotel across the street and somehow accidentally chose the Palms. Same price different hotel altogether. Main AC must have been broken doors open to lobby and another side door broken off the hinges. Our room was decent and our ac did work. No breakfast. Our room was not what we ordered but the staff did work with us and got us what we needed. 

De locatie is voor mij geweldig, want als je uit het motel komt (voelt voor mij meer als een motel dan als een hotel) zit je tegenover het vliegveld! Je kunt linksaf slaan en een paar blokken lopen naar een leuke latino koffie/ontbijt/brunch/cocktailbar waar je alleen contant geld kunt betalen of rechtsaf slaan voor een klassieke Amerikaanse McDonalds etc. Ook is het aan een hoofdweg gelegen, dus het is erg handig voor Uber, omdat ze gewoon voor de receptie kunnen stoppen! Er is een zwembad, maar toen ik er was was het gesloten (zie foto's). Bel dus van tevoren om dat te controleren voordat je boekt als je je cocktails in het ondiepe gedeelte wilt drinken!

Vlakbij Miami International Airport, zonder dat je hoeft te rijden, vind je diverse fastfoodrestaurants (waaronder een McDonald's die 24 uur per dag open is!) en zelfs een kleine supermarkt bij het tankstation op 5 minuten van het hotel. Als je niet al te veeleisend bent en misschien maar één nacht blijft, is het prima. LET OP: ONTBIJT NIET INBEGREPEN: Je moet er $12 voor betalen. Het ontbijt is een zoet en hartig buffet met koffie en cappuccino uit de automaat; over het algemeen vind ik het uitstekend. Als je iets uitgebreiders wilt, is er een IHOP-restaurant op 10 minuten loopafstand.
