Stayed here with my family (3 pax) for a short getaway 🏨⛰️ The unit was very clean, comfortable and welcoming ✨ It comes with 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, which was perfect for our family. The master bedroom has a 🛁 bathtub and 🚿 rain shower, while the second bedroom is also connected to its own bathroom, making it very convenient. We also enjoyed the balcony 🌤️ with beautiful mountain scenery and clouds — a nice place to relax. The kitchen is well equipped 🍳 with an electric stove, microwave, pots and pans, so you can cook simple meals. Just note that cooking oil and seasonings are not provided, so you’ll need to bring your own. There’s also a front-load washing machine 👕, but remember to bring your own detergent. One area that could be improved is the master bathroom. Although it looked clean, there was a noticeable urine smell that would benefit from a more thorough deep cleaning. A RM200 security deposit is required before check-in, so be prepared for that 💳. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and would happily visit again. 😊

My husband suggested this place for our 33rd marriage anniversary and I'm thankful that we came for our 4 nights stay here! We stayed at the Deluxe King Room. Firstly the immediate response with an official/personal email from the GM Mr Tony Teh acknowledging our booking and asking if we needed anything - this is exceptional and personal which gives us such warm feelings even before we started our stay! We forgot to notify in advance about our anniversary, yet upon check in, Mr Hykal who attended to us assured us that he would check about the matter. And just happened Ms Lynn who is the Public Relations in charge was at the Front Office received what I shared and she purposely made a special effort in making the special arrangements upon seeing my email reply to their GM. We chose the Sky Cafe to have our anniversary dinner - The special decorations done in the room (as a surprise to my husband) and the special table set-up for our dinner with a special discount for our anniversary dinner. On top of it the Chef Mr Phyo personally blessed us with his special-bake chocolate cake! The GM personally came up to the Sky Cafe to meet with us, such warmth and kindness! Upon arrival as we were lazy to go out, we ordered room service and the nasi goreng was super yummy! The daily breakfast is amazing - food is delicious (had the chance to chat with the Chef Shahrul), with different spreads throughout our four days. All the staff in the Breakfast place are exceptionally friendly, polite, helpful and always with smiles! These are the personnel that I managed to get their names - At the Front Office, Mr Hykal and Mr Sharul were the first who attended to us with the rest who were very helpful to our enquiries as well: Sofy, Najwa & Syirah. A special shout-out to the Housekeeping team under the leadership of Mr Hafis - who did such a great job in making such special decorations in the room! The Sky Cafe Team who served us during our anniversary dinner - Mr Azrael, Ms Fazlin and Chef Mr Phyo. And the Restaurant great team inside the kitchen and outside the restaurant area under the Manager (I can't recall his name) who were very attentive! Ohh, the night views of Genting Hilltop from the Rooftop Pool area - superb! Mr Tony Teh, you have a great asset - your Team is amazing! Thank you for making our 33rd anniversary a memorable one, and we are already considering coming back again!

I had a wonderful stay at Zenith Hotel. The location is excellent, with convenient access to nearby attractions, shopping areas, and dining options, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, from the lobby to the guest rooms. The room was comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared, creating a pleasant and relaxing environment throughout my stay. The service provided by the staff was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, professional, and attentive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from check-in to check-out. Their warm hospitality truly made the stay more memorable. Overall, Zenith Hotel offers a great combination of strategic location, excellent cleanliness, and exceptional service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Kuantan.

This is my second time staying here. The first time, I got a room on level 29, and the view was already great. This time, I requested a high floor and had to pay an additional RM50 for it. I was willing to pay for the 'carpet of clouds' view, but unfortunately, I didn't get to see it. Regardless, it's a fantastic hotel with a wide variety of delicious breakfast options.

We had high expectations for this iconic YTL property, but sadly it fell short. While the colonial charm and beautiful surroundings are undeniable, the overall experience didn’t match the premium price. Service was inconsistent throughout our stay. Some staff were warm and attentive, while others seemed indifferent, making the experience feel uneven. For a luxury hotel, we expected much more attention to detail. The property itself is elegant, but parts of it are showing their age and could benefit from refurbishment. Although the atmosphere is peaceful, it wasn’t enough to make up for the service shortcomings. Food also not to expectation .Nasi lemak , the rice is undercooked. Coffee is inconsistent . First Serve was good . Second pot was burnt . Their high tea, sandwiches we stale . Only admirable was their scone with clotted cream & strawberry jam were excellent . Overall, it wasn’t the memorable luxury escape we had hoped for. There are certainly positives, but considering the price, we left feeling disappointed rather than impressed.

I really liked this place. Its very private and secluded, and there weren’t many guests during our stay so it felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Breakfast was peaceful and we also tried the room service, the food was surprisingly good. However for a private resort at this price point, I expected a better overall experience and more attention to detail. I checked in on my birthday, and while I wasn’t expecting anything extravagant, I had hoped for at least a simple birthday greeting during check-in. Unfortunately, there was no acknowledgment at all, which was a little disappointing. The biggest issue was the room condition. The floor was extremely wet and slippery and the walls felt damp. At first I thought the floor had just been mopped but after a few hours the problem became even worse. We had to call housekeeping twice to mop the floor and a technician came to inspect it. We were told it was caused by the air conditioner. Eventually, we gave up and asked for extra towels to place on the floor to prevent anyone from slipping, as shown in the photos. The toilet seat was also dirty and should have been replaced. What disappointed me most was the lack of follow-up. During check-out no one apologized for the inconvenience even though we had reported the issue twice. No one asked whether the problem had been resolved or if our stay had been affected. Overall, the resort offers excellent privacy, beautiful views, and a peaceful atmosphere. Unfortunately, the room condition and the lack of customer service overshadowed what should have been a memorable birthday stay. Considering the price we paid, I expected much better attention to both maintenance and guest experience.

I had an amazing stay at Antara Genting! The place was incredibly cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Genting. The amenities were excellent, and everything was thoughtfully prepared to ensure a comfortable stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. I would highly recommend Antara Genting to anyone looking for a comfortable, cozy, and enjoyable place to stay. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

The shower drains water so slowly. I was on level 38 room 13. Other than that, the view was magnificent. Service staff during check in was good too. At first they offered me level 12 but i refused and requested higher floor. The staff gave in. Thank you! Breakfast food was mid at best. Appreciate the yogurt with fruits though. And the omelette! Yes love those a lot.

The environment for the room is very nice and there is a nice view outside. And also they do have wine glasses in the room and me and my husband can have wine time during the jacuzzi. During morning time you can see the nice view and be able to see the temple. There is also a linked bridge to the outdoor theme park and enjoy our time there. There is also a gym room and indoor swimming pool downstairs. Next time I will bring my family to come and stay here again.

The room was ok, but overall cleanliness was not good. There were many cigarette remnants and bread crumbs near the window. The service provider by the number of 0126739878 is not professional and not responsive. I was having issue of getting the key card and locating the mail box, and i try to call the number, but the operator refuse to take my call for 8 times. It was frustrating when u couldn't get the check in process done and the operator refuse to take my call. i will not book through this operator anymore
