5-Starhotels in Azores, Portugal

Er is niet veel naast deze hotellocatie, maar het is slechts 10 minuten lopen naar de oude stad. Het hotel heeft een klein zwembad met uitzicht op het strand. De ontbijtruimte is erg groot. Parkeren is gratis voor de deur en de parkeerplaats is ook groot. Waar voor je geld.

Een werkelijk fantastisch hotel. Met slechts 9 kamers doet het personeel er alles aan om elke gast een uitzonderlijke ervaring te bieden. De locatie is geweldig, centraal genoeg om het eiland te verkennen en er elke dag weer naar terug te keren. Het uitzicht vanuit en bij het verlaten van je kamer is elke keer weer adembenemend. Alle accommodaties zijn van topkwaliteit, het bed was buitengewoon comfortabel en zelfs het beddengoed en de handdoeken voelden heerlijk zacht aan. De ontbijtopties zijn misschien een beetje eentonig, maar de kwaliteit en versheid van de ingrediënten, samen met de zelfgemaakte jam en sap, en de mogelijkheid om het menu aan te passen, maken dit ruimschoots goed. Het hotelrestaurant is ook uitstekend voor het diner. Zo goed zelfs dat we er tijdens ons verblijf meer dan eens zijn gaan eten. We waardeerden ook kleine details zoals de telefoon die we bij het inchecken kregen en die we overal op het eiland bij ons hadden voor spontane suggesties en reserveringen via het hotel! Al met al een absolute aanrader, mijn vrouw en ik weten zeker dat we terugkomen!

Отличный отель с великолепными кроватями и постельным бельём. Бассейн морально устарел , и в нем очевидно не хватает хотя бы сауны , а лучше и хамама тоже. Завтрак хороший.

A great resort on the North Coast of Azores. The trail along the coast from the hotel is very nice. There are a few restaurants around and the hotel has good breakfast and a restaurant on site opening for lunch and dinner. Good for family, the hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They can help you book tours and call taxis.

Excelente localização, empreendimento reúne todas as condições para ser o melhor da ilha, contudo parece estar em contenção severa de recursos. A limpeza não abona nos quartos, é notório que fazem limpezas superficiais, quarto espaço no entanto o mini bar nada tem, produtos de higiene parecem misturados com água para render, os pequenos almoços são muito fracos, poucas opções, pouco cuidado, fraca qualidade, pouca comida. A piscina é de água gelada e o jacuzzi não é convidativo… hotel 5 estrelas que não deveria ter mais que 3 pelos serviços prestados, lamentável!

Hotel Top 10 ,parfait en tout,de l’emplacement en passant par les commodités jusqu’à à l’accueil. Que dire de l’accueil sinon qu’il était excellent,le personnel sont d’une simplicité et sympathie rarement vu à laquelle je joint leur compétence à tous les niveaux (de l’accueil à la femme de chambre,et surtout je n’oublie la restam qui a été un vrai moment de bonheur,continuez comme ça vous êtes top top top) Merci pour tout  10/10

This newly opened boutique hotel is located just one block from the city center and the beach, within easy walking distance. The environment is beautiful, and the pool and sauna are fantastic. Breakfast is a must-try; it's a real treat. The bedding is very comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious with good water pressure. Rooms facing the street can be noisy in the mornings, so if possible, book a room on the inside. The staff are professional and friendly, and the chocolate cookies at the front desk are delicious; I bought the same ones at the supermarket to take home.

Perfect service from start to finish.  Excellent, super yummy cuisine.
