The staff are polite and helpful, and I really appreciate their assistance. The bed is also large size and good quality nice to sleep 💤. The shower room and toilet are also very clean. I had a great experience during my 4-day stay. I will come back to stay at this hotel again next time.

The design of the toilet floor is flawed as the floor height is even, hence the water near the toilet bowl sink can't be washed away and resulting in flooding.

Had a lovely stay here! I was in a 12 bed dorm but the room is very spacious and has a private bathroom/shower, all super clean, and then bed was comfy. The only thing is that the bedlight makes a sound every time it’s turned on/off: it’s funny but I was a bit worried to bother other guests. Ah, I was also able to do my laundry with no fees and was even given a little welcome bag. The location although not within the city walls is close to several bus stops and one can ride a bike easy to all the major attractions ~ which was a lovely way to explore Datong. The best thing is the staff though: incredibly helpful and friendly. On my last day they let me stay past the checkout time so that I could keep on working using their WiFi which was a massive massive help, and offered to lend me an umbrella and drive me as the rain was so heavy. Most def recommend staying here when you visit Datong!
