We very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel is conveniently located right by the beach and commercial areas. There are many restaurants and several convenience stores within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and very clean. We tried two of the restaurants inside the hotel — one offering upscale Chinese food and the other seafood buffet, both were excellent. Will definitely choose Shangri-La again if we come back to Qinghuangdao in the future.

I would especially like to recognize Kara, Vicky (The house keeper), and Vivian for their exceptional service. My initial room seemed to not be incorrect, they immediately upgraded my room. Then I lost my AirPods (for the second time when staying at this hotel) both times a lovey lady named Cathy made sure I got them back, even contacting the rail company and getting them from the train. Goods great, pool is awesome. Best place to stay when visiting Tangshan and price is great

GGuest UserThis is our third year celebrating Chinese New Year at the Sheraton Guan. Overall, it's pretty good; the room and dining services are excellent. Just a heads-up for anyone visiting in winter: avoid rooms facing south. They get incredibly hot. The hotel's central AC only blows hot air, and with the direct sunlight, the room becomes unbearable for sleeping. To make matters worse, the windows only open a tiny crack – it was truly a struggle!

WWojianMy stay at Ximei Wuzhou Hotel was such a delightful surprise and incredibly rejuvenating! The attention to detail in their service was absolutely top-notch, I just have to rave about it! The room was beautifully adorned with fresh flowers, which really set a wonderful ambiance. But the most heartwarming touch was the lovely little elephant crafted from towels by the housekeeping staff – it was so cute and had such a sweet meaning. This truly felt like genuine, thoughtful service. I'll definitely choose Ximei Wuzhou for my next visit and will be recommending it to all my friends! 👍

This was my first time bringing my family to Aranya, and I was completely lost with the vast layout of the park. Shortly after booking, our butler Wendy proactively connected with me via WeChat, instantly easing all my travel anxieties. A few days before our trip, she provided a super comprehensive guide for first-timers, covering everything from the highway exit and park entrance registration to parking fees, tidal schedules, reservation channels for various venues, and the locations of dining halls for all three meals. She even detailed where to go for morning, afternoon, and evening strolls, completely saving me from staying up late to plan.
Upon arrival, the park was huge, and I was disoriented with our luggage. Wendy sent real-time location and walking directions, clearly indicating the shuttle pick-up points. During check-in, she meticulously explained the room facilities, complimentary drinks, and toiletries, and proactively asked if we had any special requests. Throughout our stay, whether we wanted to visit the chapel, find local snacks, or watch the sunset in the evening, her responses were almost immediate. When we temporarily needed extra towels and drinking water, they were delivered to our room within minutes.
What impressed me most was the perfect balance of her service – she never bothered us with frequent messages while we were enjoying ourselves, yet she was always available to help whenever we had a question. The hotel itself is minimalist and tranquil, offering great comfort. Coupled with Wendy's detailed and reliable guidance throughout, our first Aranya trip was absolutely flawless, with no missteps or frustrations. We'll definitely be staying at Nuo An Yuan Jin next time and specifically requesting Wendy as our butler.

GGuest UserThis was my fourth ski season staying at Summit Hotel, and it's definitely the best hotel in Genting and Wanlong. The rooms are fully equipped, the service is excellent, and the price is reasonable. Even during Chinese New Year, the price increase was minimal, making it the best value for money in Chongli. Every staff member greeted us with a smile and proactively offered to help with luggage. The Jinghuan Family Suite is an amazing value; not only is the room spacious, offering 270° mountain and snow views, but the tatami mat by the window was also incredibly convenient and a big hit with the kids. The hotel breakfast was rich and delicious, and the Hunan cuisine on the ground floor and the Yunnan cuisine on the ninth floor were both very authentic, with a top-notch dining environment. The hotel offers ski-in/ski-out access, which is super convenient. With the Yunlong Pass, you can ski to Wanlong and back, making for a fantastic experience. Fennie, the Assistant Manager in the hotel lobby, was beautiful, kind, warm, and attentive. She proactively upgraded our room and checked in with us every day afterward to ensure we were comfortable and if we needed any further assistance. Her thoughtfulness made us feel incredibly warm, and we'll definitely choose Summit Hotel again because of her. Having stayed at Courtyard, InterContinental, Fulong, Wanlong Longgong, and Crowne Plaza Cuishanshan during previous ski trips to Chongli, considering overall hotel facilities, service, cleanliness, and ski resort convenience, Summit Hotel is undoubtedly the best choice.

GGuest User180° Cloud Sea View Executive Benefits: The afternoon tea selection was a bit limited, and the desserts were just okay, but the ability to enter and exit multiple times was a plus. Dinner consisted of six dishes with a good mix of meat and vegetables, hot and cold, which was perfect for us who prefer smaller, more frequent meals and enjoy tea and coffee. The room had a large balcony with an expansive view from a high floor, but you couldn't see the sunrise or sunset from there; you had to go out to the beach. The hotel is very close to the beach, which was clean, crystal clear, and had beautiful layers of different colored water. Since the swimming area wasn't officially open yet, the hotel wasn't too crowded, and they kindly extended my check-out time until 4 PM, which I really appreciated! The pool water was warm, but it wasn't a standard lap pool. The treadmills in the gym were good.

GGuest UserOpened in 2026, this brand new hotel boasts stylish and minimalist rooms, each featuring expansive floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking panoramic views of the entire Bohai Bay. Imagine waking up to the sunrise over the sea and ending your day with a stunning ”orange sea” sunset – pure bliss! Every room comes with a private hot spring tub on the balcony, perfect for an evening soak with a drink in hand while enjoying the sea breeze. It's truly a Santorini-esque romantic nightscape, incredibly picturesque.
The rooms are spacious, with 3-4 person suites ideal for family trips (the sofa bed can be prepared by staff). The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, a smart toilet, and thoughtful amenities like children's toothbrushes and toiletries. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the soundproofing is excellent, allowing you to peacefully drift off to sleep to the sound of the waves. The mini-bar is stocked with complimentary drinks and fruits.
I must give a special shout-out to our travel butler, Zhou Shuang, who proactively contacted us right after booking to answer all our questions. He was incredibly responsive and helpful with any issues we had during our stay. Five stars are a must! A big thumbs up to all the staff at the entire Yidao Resort! 👍

GGuest UserThe rooms are clean and tidy. We booked a family room, which had two double beds and a bunk bed, perfect for a family trip. The biggest advantage, of course, is the ski-in/ski-out access directly to Genting Ski Resort. You can even see Su Yiming's training big air ramp from the restaurant! It's definitely the best hotel in the Genting ski area. You absolutely must book the ski-and-stay package that includes ski passes. On busy weekends, it's also essential to book the one with fast passes, as it makes a huge difference. Honestly, apart from Thaiwoo and Aranya, the hotels in Chongli generally aren't that great. However, Genting has excellent snow and less wind, and Genting Grand Hotel is already the best hotel at Genting Ski Resort.

GGuest UserThe hotel offers complimentary snacks, which are convenient to take when you're out and about. It's very close to tourist attractions, and a taxi to Nanchuan Old Street is only about 10 yuan. The front desk staff are warm and attentive. Nearby attractions include the museum, the Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum, Nanchuan Old Street, and boat tours, all of which are great. There's also a snack street in the residential complex opposite the hotel. It's a really good hotel with excellent parking and great value for money.
The front office manager is truly available on call, even replying to WeChat messages at midnight. The next day, when Cangzhou's temperature dropped, they proactively contacted me to inform me about the cold weather and advised me to add more layers. This is truly personalized service. Thumbs up! GGuest UserEven during the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, AKA still attracts many visitors, especially those with children. It's understandable, given the large lawn perfect for running around and the beach for digging in the sand. The lobby staff were incredibly enthusiastic and helpful with check-in, accommodating our requests and responding promptly, which made our stay with the kids very comfortable. The concierge at the entrance also helped with our luggage, except for one staff member who insisted my husband move the car. My husband explained that the car wasn't in the way and that our child was asleep and needed to be carried to the room. The staff member then looked at me, and I said my back hurt and I couldn't carry them. That interaction dampened the mood a bit. However, the other staff members were excellent; they understood the difficulties of traveling with children and that happy kids mean relaxed parents. We loved the oil tank mini-train, playing soccer on the big lawn, and swimming in the small pool. I do wish the small pool had supervision. There were so many kids swimming in it, but many adults were treating it like a foot-washing basin, rinsing off sandy feet and even walking in with their slippers! Children are delicate, and I hope this small pool can be supervised too. Catching the sunrise is very convenient – you just go down to the beach!
