Hanushini suthasan kamran I booked this hotel for friends, and they really enjoyed their stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very kind and helpful. Everything went smoothly with the check-in, and the location was convenient. I'm happy with the choice and would book it again

De kamer ziet er fantastisch uit met een groot superkingsize bed met 4 stevige kussens. Goed uitgerust met een koelkast, een pantry met waterkoker, koffie en thee. Een bureau en stoel. Bagageruimte. Een kledingkast, een kluisje en een strijkplank met opbergvak. De badkamer is eveneens goed uitgerust met een dubbele douche, shampoo, een föhn, twee grote en twee kleine handdoeken, een tandenborstel en meer. Er is een zeer zeldzaam, uitschuifbaar en robuust bidet aanwezig. Hoewel de kamer geclassificeerd is als een kamer zonder ramen, beschouw ik hem als een kamer met ramen, maar met uitzicht op luchtkokers in de gang. Het uitzicht is aangenaam. De Toshiba-liften zijn indrukwekkend en werken soepel. Ik beoordeel het Forum Hotel als minimaal 3 tot 3,5 sterren.

Cool and automated space , I don’t know if it’s me or the door . But I always had trouble with the passcode of front door . Suggestion rather than a complaint . It’s ok if you don’t have a receptionist but atleast give a WhatsApp number that people can chat with for queries or info or requests

Saleem n Riko frontdesk services are good. Quick n efficient checkin. Frontdesk provides helpful information to go around. Location near nice food n shopping. Private bathroom is clean. Water dispenser n ironing board are good. The coffee shop downstairs have nice local food. Prefer non smoking floor. Wifi can be significantly improved though.

Very nice hotel, very strategic and like a house facilities.. Staff inform to me for self check in & that very fast!! Recommend 😍

這次真的撿到寶了 🏨✨ 開箱一間性價比超高的酒店！ 房間大到有點誇張 😂 ✔️ 兩張雙人床 + 兩張單人床 ✔️ 還有沙發、冰箱 ✔️ 重點是有一個超大的廚房！感覺可以直接住下來😆 📍地點也很方便 附近景點幾分鐘車程就到，去哪都不麻煩～ 我在 Trip.com訂的 而且評分還蠻高的，真的很值得！ 當然也有一點點小缺點🤣 早上會有“天然鬧鐘”🐔叫你起床 還有水管偶爾有點聲音～ 整體來説，這個價錢真的很可以了👍 會考慮再住一次！

I stayed in the female dorm, and everyone was very respectful of personal space; it wasn't noisy at night. Lights out was promptly at 11 PM. The only downside is that it's located above a bar street, and the soundproofing isn't great, so you can hear music at night. It felt very safe here, with each room having a password lock, and all the guests were polite and considerate. The room had no windows, which led to a slight odor, but the air conditioning ran 24/7 (and was adjustable), so it could get a bit cold at night. The bed was a super single size, big enough for two of me, with plenty of space and a comfortable mattress – no sagging whatsoever. The bedside lamp had adjustable brightness, and each bunk had curtains, so you wouldn't disturb others' sleep. WiFi was available in the room. The common area had no air conditioning, only fans, but there was a hot/cold water dispenser, disposable cups, coffee, and dishes/cutlery. The restrooms were relatively clean, equipped with shower gel and a water heater, but no hairdryer. A slight inconvenience was that male staff would come in at 12 PM on checkout days to change sheets and clean, even if other guests were still in the dorm, but they were respectful and didn't bother me; I just kept my curtains closed. Overall, I was very satisfied. The price was cheap, it was a 15-minute walk from the train station, and the central location made it convenient to get everywhere. I'd definitely come back! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Good hotel and good service, nearly food street,art street and shopping mall.

De kamer is niet geluiddicht. Je kunt het geluid van de volgende kamer horen praten. Kamers langs de weg kunnen het geluid van passerende auto's heel duidelijk horen. Er wordt tijdens het verblijf niet schoongemaakt. Er staat een bord dat als u wilt dat het wordt schoongemaakt, er een extra vergoeding in rekening wordt gebracht. Er is geen drinkwater in de kamer. Er is alleen een waterdispenser aanwezig op de begane grond. Gunstige ligging nabij de pier en het busstation. Er is geen receptiebalie. Maar u kunt via het Line-programma contact opnemen met de serviceprovider, wat erg nuttig is geweest. Bagage kan na het uitchecken worden achtergelaten.

Ik heb een fantastisch verblijf gehad in dit hotel. Het personeel (Aized, Sutharsan en Mubeen) was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, van inchecken tot uitchecken. De kamer was schoon, ruim en comfortabel, met alle nodige voorzieningen. De locatie is gunstig, dicht bij restaurants en openbaar vervoer. Al met al een geweldige ervaring en ik zou hier zeker weer verblijven.
