2-Starhotels in Kyoto Prefecture, Japan

The house in general is very nice, looks like typical Japanese old building. It’s quite cosy and not far from the train station. There was cleaning everyday. But the was some smudges and dirt on the walls and on the ceiling (I think it’s because the building is quite old). And we had extra pay for some things in the hostel. Anyway I give 5 stars because the price was cheap. For this price it’s a good place to stay

The hostel was exceptionally clean and well-organized. The sleeping area was larger than typical hostels, providing extra comfort for rest. The high ceilings created a spacious and airy atmosphere, eliminating any sense of confinement. Overall, staying at this hostel was a very pleasant and comfortable experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tidy and relaxing place to stay.

Ik heb in hostels over de hele wereld verbleven, maar dit is de eerste keer dat ik in een plek heb verbleven die zo schoon en servicegericht is, maar toch niet te veel opdringt. Het was zo comfortabel dat ik dacht dat het de moeite waard zou zijn om naar Kyoto te komen, alleen al om hier te zijn. Bedankt voor jullie gastvrijheid. Ik kom zeker nog eens terug.

優點：地理位置距離公交站近，距離東山的主要景點步行15分鐘左右可以到；有廚房可以簡單烹飪，房間面積在日本同價位裏大一些；附近有711，有超市可以購物。 缺點：這個地方不能稱之為酒店或民宿，應該叫共享公寓更適合。這裏沒有24小時前台（前台工作時間9-19，其他時間見不到人），沒有任何服務，包括退房後要上廁所也沒有🙂↔️。退房後可以寄存行李到19點。無叫車服務，打車得自己到大路上攔，沒有公共休息區。另外雖然有簡單廚房，但也僅限於1個鍋而已，可以下麪條或者煮雞蛋，油鹽等調料需要自己買。 總結：這個地方適合預算不多，對服務無要求追求性價比的旅人，

В женском отсеке конечно есть всё для лица и тела, это большой плюс. Можно искупаться просто в душе, можно после него ещё и погреться в общей ванной с видом на небольшой сад Хоть по правилам отеля и нельзя шуметь, но всё же бывает слышно, как кто-то заходит, открывает чемоданы и пр. Любое неверное движение - и вас услышат. Но в целом тихо, никто не разговаривает В общей зоне есть кофе, чай, мороженко и молочные напитки, можно погреть свою еду, если с собой и покушать в общей зоне

Located perfectly near Kyoto-Kawaramachi, this hostel can offer top service in every aspect: staff is very welcome and friendly, everyone speak great English and everything is clean. They have male and women only floors and also one that is a mix for everybody. Each guest is offered a locker that can fit a 203cm luggage and can keep your extra bags. Capsule itself is extremely spacious, as a 182cm male I could sit up properly in my space and still have room above me. Ventilation is okay and power sockets as well as good lightning are included. Toilets and showers are very well cleaned and maintained. Each day you are given a new set of towels and slippers, which is very nice. Guests here were well mannered and friendly. Overall I can say with confidence that this is a very good place to stay in Kyoto, totally recommend! P.S.: Gion is located nearby so that is also a plus. Note that this is not ”party” hostel

Authentic experience, just what we were looking for! The place was traditional and felt real. Toilets were good, as were the showers, all amenities were fine. I was a little apprehensive about the self check in but it was really easy and straight forwards. Japanese rice porridge was included and a nice touch. Overall, the stay was perfect, exactly what we wanted.

Hoewel de kamer klein was, was het schoon en comfortabel. Bij het boeken heb ik niet gemerkt dat de familietweepersoonskamer geen apart toilet heeft. Wees voorzichtig als u met uw gezin reist. Ik ben erg tevreden over de gedeelde badkamer van de meisjes, die erg ruim is. Er is elke ochtend ontbijt van 07.00 - 10.00 uur, alleen een hotdog, en een koffiezetapparaat is ook goed. Er is een FamilyMart beneden, wat geweldig is! Het ligt op slechts 6 minuten lopen van station Shijo.

Walkable distance from Kyoto station. The reception is a minute walk from the room but with clear guidance. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is nice and clean but the stair up to the room is quite steep and narrow. Not convenient with big luggage, infants or elders. WiFi in the room is so weak. Breakfast is not able to be reserved on-site.

Het hotel was over het algemeen erg schoon, maar ik was per ongeluk de uitchecktijd vergeten. Ik dacht dat het een uur eerder was dan in China, 11:00 uur, maar het was eigenlijk 10:00 uur. De kamer was vrij klein, maar de algehele ervaring was goed. Het was een bijzondere ervaring om de Japanse hotelsfeer te beleven. De omgeving was ook vrij rustig, niet te lawaaierig, aangezien het een woonwijk is. Het is relatief gemakkelijk om je te verplaatsen, het metrostation ligt op ongeveer 7 minuten lopen. 's Avonds is het echter voornamelijk een woonwijk, dus er is niet veel te beleven, zelfs geen supermarkt. Beneden staan ​​wel automaten, maar houd daar rekening mee.
