"Bosses and staff were caring with my altitude sickness. Great, friendly and convenient services like laundry for free at the rooftop with a beautiful view on the Potala Palace, helping out with food orders & car pick-ups and drop-offs, various trip arrangements, luggage storage and so on. The hotel has a nice authentic architecture with a big lounge area and cool temperature inside. They have a heating blanket, humidifier and if needed, also oxygen. Located just off the main road which offers quiet sleep at night. Surrounded there are eateries, fruit shops and nice traditional alleys to walk to both well-known and local places. I extended my stay and returned for another night after a trip."

Het is erg schoon. Voordat we aankwamen, voegde de vriendelijke gastvrouw ons van tevoren toe op WeChat om ons de route en voorzorgsmaatregelen te vertellen. Ze was erg hartelijk en behulpzaam. Na aankomst hielp ze ook met de bagage. Ze was superenthousiast. Het observatiedek op de vierde verdieping is ook geweldig. "By coincidence, I booked this newly opened RV hotel. I stayed for two nights and the experience was very good. Although the sparrow is small and complete, there is air conditioning, refrigerator, oxygen generator, toilet and bathroom, and wifi. The boss is very enthusiastic and also sent instant coffee and juice. It seems that there is a problem with the opening of the water pipe. I have to go to the space capsule to take a bath. "Bringing family to Lhasa, our biggest concerns were altitude sickness and transportation inconvenience, and this guesthouse took good care of both. There was a free nasal oxygen concentrator in the lobby, and some rooms even had individual oxygen machines, which was reassuring for first-time visitors to high altitudes. The receptionist and owner were very attentive, reminding us not to rush, to drink plenty of water, and to rest as much as possible upon arrival. The location was also convenient, within walking distance of the Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, and Barkhor Street. The rooms provided disposable towels, bath towels, and toilet seat covers, making us feel clean and at ease with family. The owner was incredibly welcoming, patiently chatting with my parents and even offering suggestions for our next day's activities. Our stay felt very personal and welcoming, not just a cold, impersonal accommodation."

”I spent 3 days in one of the shared dorms here, and it was easily one of the highlights of my time in Lhasa. The dorm rooms are incredibly clean, tidy, and well-organized, with sturdy bunks and enough space so you never feel cramped. The social energy in the main lobbyist is unmatched—it is so easy to grab a drink, strike up a conversation, and find travel buddies to split tour costs or explore the city with. They even had local singing and ******* dance performances right in the common area, so which was amazing to experience. To top it off, the hostel has a sweet resident cat who loves to hang out. If you’re a solo traveler looking for a comfortable dorm with a true community feel, this is the spot.” Barkhor bazaar (30 min walk/ small bus ride away) and Nice place to run 5 mins away by the riverside

After arriving in Lhasa, I realized how much energy you save by staying close to the attractions. This hotel is super convenient for visiting the Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, and Barkhor Street. We basically walked everywhere, and whenever we got tired, we could just come back to rest. Every evening, we'd go up to the rooftop terrace and sit for a while. It faces the Potala Palace directly, and the night view after the lights come on is absolutely stunning – perfect for taking some great photos. The lobby offers free coffee and tea all day, and the owner even gave us some milk tablets to try. They were incredibly welcoming, chatting with us like old friends. They proactively reminded us about altitude sickness precautions and recommended sightseeing routes based on our schedule. The whole stay was very relaxing.

At the same time the suggestion me to go one hot spring which to me is an unforgettable memory.

When you step into the door of Fengma Feiyang, the rich and warm front desk environment and Sister Fang's enthusiasm make you feel very friendly. The room is very clean, the quilt really smells like the sun as seen in the reviews, and the floor heating at night is enough to make you feel comfortable. People with cold body feel relieved.
The B&B has a total of three floors. The ivy trees in the courtyard on the first floor are scattered around, giving a sense of tranquility accumulated over time. Although the peach and apple trees in winter are still waiting for their sprouts to sprout, sitting in the courtyard is like the feeling of my hometown in my memory, warm and cozy. harmonious. In addition to the tables, chairs and hammocks on each floor for you to enjoy the sunbathe in Lhasa, the rooftop observation deck offers a wide view of the Bu Palace, the snow-capped mountains, and Dolma, who is getting up and combing her hair next door, waving good morning to you.
No matter what the purpose is for you to come to Lhasa, I suggest you come to Fengma, sit by the fire after sunset, and sit together with friends from all over the world. Definitely the best hotel in Nyalam. It's conveniently located right next to the county government building and has a parking lot with direct elevator access to the lobby. The rooms are clean, feature floor heating, a bathroom with wet/dry separation, and a standalone sink.
However, the design and layout felt a bit impractical. Despite the spacious rooms, there isn't a proper desk or table to put things on. While the bathroom isn't small, the toilet is awkwardly squeezed into a corner, which would be very uncomfortable for taller or larger individuals, as you even have to push the shower's glass door outwards to make room. Additionally, there's no heater in the bathroom, and the hot water wasn't quite hot enough. The sink height is also awkwardly positioned, making it very inconvenient for anyone under 1.6 meters tall.
Furthermore, I suggest the hotel improve its parking lot management. While there are plenty of spaces, some inconsiderate drivers, purely for their own convenience, park directly in the driveways, blocking properly parked cars from exiting.

I am very satisfied with the hotel I chose. I like to experience such a pure Tibetan-style room. There is a spare quilt in the room, which can cover two beds. It is not heavy. I like the circle of seats next to the bed when I enter. It is very comfortable to sit. The ones on the table There is water in the copper vessel, and the whole energy field feels very comfortable. The only thing that bothers me is mosquitoes. I get up every night to fight mosquitoes. The service attitude is also very good. I will choose to stay here again if I have the opportunity.
