De kamer was prima. De service was excellent, hele vriendelijke mensen werken achter de balie. Als ik dan toch een minpuntje moet noemen, is het dat de douche bijna direct boven het toilet hangt, dus als je doucht, moet je de omgeving eerst drogen voordat je de douche kunt gebruiken. Het huis is zo groot, schoon en comfortabel. Ik heb een paar dagen bij de Oostpoort gelogeerd. Het is er iets duurder dan hier, en de oppervlakte is slechts twee derde van hier. Ik had een tweepersoonsbed voor één persoon geboekt, een bed om in te slapen en een bed om op te bergen. Het was zo cool. Oh ja, dit huis heeft ook een tafel en stoelen om aan te eten. Mijn vorige huis was te klein en ik at op het bed. Ik vind het geweldig. Ik vind deze antieke inrichting mooi. Er waren slechts twee handdoeken, geen badhanddoeken of vloerdoeken. De zeep zat in zakjes. Er was wel flessenwater. We konden het lawaai van het feest bij de rivier horen, maar het was niet hard en het stopte om middernacht. Het belangrijkste was dat het koud was. Zodra we de airconditioning uitzetten, koelde de kamer snel af, vooral de badkamer. Ik denk dat de isolatie van het gebouw niet erg goed is. De volgende ochtend was er niemand bij de receptie, niet 's ochtends vroeg en ook niet rond 13:00 uur toen we terugkwamen om onze bagage op te halen en met de bus te vertrekken. De kamer was schoon.

She upgraded my room from a windowless room to a room with windows, so I can have a nice view of the city and helped me with directions of the city. There were some obvious cosmetics degeneration, but nothing that prevented me from enjoying my stay, plus it was a great value for the price I paid. Would definitely stay here again.

A few minutes walk to the two major parks, no long-distance running. The high-rise panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows are facing the window of the world. Every night, you can watch the beautiful light show of the Ferris wheel in bed. The children lie by the window every evening to see the scenery. The room was cleaned very clean and tidy. The cleaning aunt changed the linen and supplemented the toiletries regularly every day. The front desk staff was very patient and helped in time. The dining and supermarket downstairs were complete. The price-performance ratio of the baby was directly full. Next time I brought my family to live here, it is recommended!

Pros: good location, lots of restaurants nearby, easy to access from the train station, May and her husband were lovely and very welcoming, the space is really big with nice views, the bed was very big and comfy and the sheets were clean. Cons: cleanliness was not good, everything felt quite dirty and worn (including the couch which was covered with a towel). The soundproofing wasn’t good and we were woken up every night by people yelling in the halls. The building is shared by businesses and there’s an office and toilets immediately next door so it would often smell very strongly of cigarette smoke from people smoking next door.

The concierge is really helpful and friendly. The hotel’s location is very convenient and is surrounded by many famous shops. For some reason, my room was changed on the second day. That Baroque-style room was really nice; I would book that room if I visit Changsha again.
