overall an okay place in a good location, but there’s definitely room for improvement. Noise: The street below doesn’t seem very busy, and we were on the third floor, yet we could hear every car and every group of people talking outside. Unfortunately, this made it difficult to sleep, both for me and my mother. If you’re a light sleeper, I recommend bringing earplugs. Kitchen Equipment: The apartment’s kitchen was a bit disappointing, as it didn’t include even basic essentials — no salt, nowelcome coffee for the nespresso machine, not even a kitchen towel. These small touches don’t cost much, but would make the stay feel much more welcoming and comfortable. Bathroom Design: The toilet setup is quite unusual and doesn’t provide much privacy. It’s separated from the bedroom by glass doors with a large gap (around 20 cm), so you can actually see into the living area from the toilet (s. the picture). Depending on who you’re traveling with, this might feel uncomfortable. Communication: Communication with the property could be improved. We received several emails in Spanish, which was confusing, and when I asked about luggage storage, I never got a reply. A bit more responsiveness and clarity would make the experience smoother. Rooftop Area: On the positive side, the building has a lovely rooftop area where you can relax on sun loungers, a great spot to unwind after a long day. Overall: A good location and an nice room, but the noise level, lack of basic kitchen items and poor communication could definitely be improved.

De prijs was niet te hoog in vergelijking met andere opties toen ik boekte. De locatie is vrij dicht bij de metro, op ongeveer 3-5 minuten loopafstand. De kamer was ook groter dan op de foto's, vooral de badkamer. De grootte van de kamer was een aangename verrassing. De hygiëne liet echter te wensen over. Ik vond geopende yoghurt en kaas van de vorige gast in de koelkast, en ook lange haren op het beddengoed. Aangezien ik kort haar heb, vind ik het verdacht dat ze het beddengoed niet eens hebben verschoond... Bovendien was de kamer niet geluiddicht en kon ik de stemmen van de buren duidelijk horen... Verder was er geen receptie; alle incheckprocedures moesten op afstand via WhatsApp worden afgehandeld, wat onhandig kan zijn voor oudere mensen!

Todo maravilloso. Pero el servicio de limpieza podria tener más tacto a las 9:00 de la mañana si sabe que eb la habitación de al lado aun y gente. Por lo demás todo estupendo. Volveré

Fantastic apartment. Not large, but everything you need. And the view is spectacular and it's great to come back in the afternoon and relax by the swimming pool. They don't clean your apartment and don't refill the coffee, dishwasher tablets, etc. But there is a supermarket next door with everything you need.

鉄道の駅からは10分ほど歩きます。広くて平坦な歩きやすい道です。ホテルの目の前にバス停があります。カテドラルやアルカサルがある繁華街に近いですがホテルのある場所は夜も静かです。暗い部屋だと言う口コミを見ていたので覚悟していましたが、全**のようなことはなく、明るい部屋でした。明るい・暗いは部屋によるのだと思います。スタッフの方の対応は素晴らしく、ホテル代も他と比べて安価です。朝ご飯は7時半からです。7時からだと更に良かったです。メニューには満足しましたが、コーヒーがあまり美味しくなかったのが残念です。

В самом сердце города, но в тихом уголке. Всё новое, чистое, приятно отдыхать после всех походов по городу. Очень мне всё понравилось, спасибо!

Het hotel heeft een toplocatie, vlakbij de bushalte (ongeveer 3 minuten lopen) en omgeven door talloze bezienswaardigheden en restaurants. Het is ook gunstig gelegen voor vervoer naar het Alhambra-paleis en andere uitkijkpunten. Het ontbijt is tegen betaling, maar ik vond het de prijs zeker waard. Het ontbijt begint om 7.00 uur op weekdagen en om 8.00 uur in het weekend. De kamers zijn wat ouder; de lift gaat maar tot de derde verdieping en je moet de trap op naar de vierde verdieping en hoger. Er is geen drinkwater beschikbaar, maar voor backpackers zoals wij waren de kamers comfortabel.

Een fantastisch hotel. Alles is top: netheid, service, personeel, fantastisch ontbijt (de prijs meer dan waard). Er is een zwembad op het dak.

It was comfortable in a beautiful and large room. Good access from the port and convenient for those who go to Morocco. It was a late check-in, but I was saved by replying immediately after the message.
