I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Raia Hotel Alor Setar. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities provided. The bed was comfortable, and I had a good night’s rest after a long drive. The staff were friendly and efficient during check-in, and the overall environment felt safe and welcoming. The hotel’s location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and food options. Overall, a good value stay and I wouldn’t mind returning in the future.

Waskamer geen slechte, badwater langzaam, warme douche werkt niet.. Coway KLU kan een plek waar mensen blij zijn te zien.. elk niveau 1 hal is 1 Coway en Ayen kleding .. voor de comfort .. Dus de mensen die er zijn, vinden geen drank en een shirt.

I stayed here many years ago and stayed again recently. The hotel itself is not bad but could be better by providing a better hair dryer. Some parts of the buildings are worn out a little due to wear and tear I suppose. Hopefully the management can put some money for proper maintenance. Slippers and other amenities provided.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the beautiful view, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Parking was very convenient and easily accessible for customers, which is a big plus. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful and professional, always ready to assist with any questions. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

We were very happy and comfortable throughout our stay there We just wanted to gently highlight one small thing — the air conditioner was very cold, which was good, but the sound was a bit loud (bunyi terlalu kuat). Other than that, everything was great. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and truly appreciate the excellent service.

🌿 A Truly Memorable Holiday at The Jerai Hill 🌿 Our family getaway to The Jerai Hill was simply unforgettable. I went with my mother, my husband, and our children — and from the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene beauty of this place. The atmosphere throughout the day — morning, evening, and night — was incredibly refreshing. With a cool temperature of around 24°C, it truly felt like we were on holiday abroad! 🍽 The food was another highlight of our stay. Dinner was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of choices to suit everyone’s taste. Breakfast was just as delightful — the hash browns were perfectly crispy, and both the pasta and macaroni were full of flavour. We really looked forward to every meal! 🏡 Our room was spotless and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, and the water pressure was strong — making showers a real pleasure. 🌟 Activities and surroundings added to the magic. There were plenty of activities to enjoy, and my children had so much fun splashing around in the pool provided. One of the highlights was the strawberry farm, which was so close that we could see it right from our room window. 💖 Overall, our stay at The Jerai Hill felt peaceful, refreshing, and filled with joy. It was a perfect escape for our family, and we can’t wait to return!

Stayed in a Delux Renovated Room which was still pretty rough for being vlassed as 'renovated' including a worn out seat, worn woodwork and a very old and mouldy fridge. The Wifi was also very slow and the TV was not smart so you could not use your own streaming services or youtube. Arrived about 4pm to be told that the restaurant closes at 6pm and does not reopen until breakfast when we were hoping to get an evening meal. Lastly the cleaning was not great as the shower had a big hair ball on the floor!

Faciliteiten: De kamer had een heel oude douche, net een film uit de jaren 80. De kussens waren enorm hoog, waardoor slapen lastig was. De kamer had echter wel een balkon met een ligstoel. Omgeving: De omgeving was perfect voor een vakantie, met de oceaan voor onze ogen. We konden gemakkelijk eilandhoppen, mangrovetochten en cruises bij zonsondergang boeken. Het infinity-zwembad was ook een genot. Het restaurant was ernaast en het à-la-cartemenu was redelijk geprijsd en smakelijk. 's Avonds was er ook een vaste zanger die gasten uit verschillende landen vermaakte met liedjes in hun eigen taal. Service: Uitstekend

Check-in process was smooth, with RM50 deposit required. Free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, though the number of parking spaces is limited. The room was okay for two people but not very spacious. Amenities were very basic — towels, toothbrush, face towel, and facial tissue were not initially provided. I dont know but the towel was not prepared at check-in. After calling the receptionist, I was informed it would be ready at 4pm, but no towel was delivered even after that time. I had to call again, and only then was it sent immediately. But, its a plus point, that the location is very strategic. The hotel is within walking distance to a mall and nearby convenience marts, which is very convenient.

We reisden met een baby van 4 maanden. Goed; - super lief personeel. Behulpzaam in alles. - het resort ligt er prachtig bij. - het ontvangst is hartelijk. - de kamers zijn comfortabel. - ontbijt is heerlijk. Niet goed; - vrij hoge prijs voor wat je ontvangt. - het mooiste zwembad is voor adults only. Niet gecommuniceerd wbij het boeken van het hotel. - aller slechtste pizza ooit gegeten bij pizzeria ‘Saffron’ (zie foto). Een italiaan zou in huilen uitbarsten bij het zien van de dikke laag kaas ter hoogte van de toren van Pisa. Wij zijn €35 kwijt geweest om daar pizza’s te eten. Bizarre prijs voor kwalitatief ranzig eten.
