The hotel was nice and Tidy as you'd expect from a five star hotel. Breakfast was great and staff helpful. What I found strange was that you had to pay to use the spa (use of sauna etc.) With hefty price tag of €70 PP on Friday. My mattress was knackered springs broken and one side virtually collapsed. The bathroom door was taty with bits peeling off. Admittedly, I couldn't be bothered to complain and get my room changed after unpacking our stuff and noticing the state of mattress late at night. And parking was €18 per night, which I didn't notice of any mention of their website or Trip.com. They charged me for 2 instead 3 when I mentioned the mattress before checking out. To be honest there has to be some level checking the condition of the beds by the supervisor. The pool on the roof was very small, not worth bothering with except if want to sit beside it for suntanning. I didn'tnotice any offer of drinks or food at the pool. I gave service a four star only because we asked for couple of things to the room which didn't happen.

Zowel de locatie als de faciliteiten waren uitstekend, en het uitzicht was natuurlijk fantastisch. Eric Cardo was bijzonder vriendelijk. Hij behandelde zelfs mijn lastige verzoeken met een glimlach en een vriendelijke houding. Hij was de beste medewerker. Ik wil zeker nog eens terugkomen.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per una notte con colazione inclusa. Camera molto spaziosa, veramente bella e silenziosa nonostante la strada poco distante. Struttura mastodontica e con tantissimo potenziale forse non espresso al massimo. Piscine termali molto valide, peccato per la vasca all’aperto che aveva l’acqua leggermente tiepida e quindi inutilizzabile. Abbiamo usufruito del massaggio rilassante, molto valido! Abbiamo cenato al ristorante, buono ed esaustivo. Colazione molto piacevole. I ragazzi tutti in gamba e giovani. Unica pecca il check-in alle 15, quindi se arrivate in mattinata ci sarà da pagare un supplemento, per usufruire della SPA. Magari sarebbe stato giusto essere trasparenti e dichiararlo sul sito. Nel complesso un’ottima scoperta.

Andere kenmerken van dit hotel zijn gratis wifi, conciërgeservices en een kapsalon.
Geniet van een maaltijd in het restaurant of blijf op je kamer en profiteer in dit hotel van de roomservice (beperkte tijden). Bestel je favoriete drankje in een bar/lounge. Dagelijks kun je van 08.00 uur tot 10.30 uur genieten van een gratis ontbijtbuffet.

We stayed at this place for the 2nd time (first time was right before the pandemic) and I should say that the hotel successfully keeps up to its standards.
Rooms are clean and spacious, with almost everything you may need (except the iron).
The SPA area is fine, but better go there around noon before the new wave of the guests arrives.
Breakfasts are superb with a wide choice of hot dishes, pastry and drinks. That is really a great choice for Italy I'd say (sorry, Italy)))
The hotel territory is well kept. The sandy beach is right across the road.
The only minor thing which was a bit disturbing was the lack of toiletries. Nail kits, sewing kits and other things used to be available without any requests. Now you get the very basics and have to call if you need some extra. That's absolutely fine but.. feels like ”let's cut the cost” sign :)
But anyway, I loved the stay and will def be back some time.

De hele familie was zeer onder de indruk! Fantastische locatie. De naam Park Hotel is volledig terecht. De bediening en het personeel zijn tactvol en vriendelijk. Ook de keuken van de restaurants maakte een zeer aangename indruk op de hele familie. De service was ook van topniveau. De warme en kalme zee werd aangevuld door een schoon en goed uitgerust strand.

Il signor Massimiliano è gentilissimo e disponibile, la struttura accogliente e la colazione ottima.

居住感受中的優缺點在下文一起談論下:
1.酒店位置遠離塵囂 比較幽靜 這就意味着去到市區比較折騰～上午會有3趟Shuttle Bus 下午也會有3趟送達市區入口 當然下午也有3趟返程（酒店收取€2.50/次乘坐）。
房間隔音效果較差~有時候甚至會有點吵。
這家酒店位置有點偏～出門去市區如果打車的話 基本在€23-€35 [這個區間的價格我都有打到過 火車站（新聖母瑪利亞車站）到酒店是€32-€35 市區到酒店在€23-€32區間]
2.酒店有個小食吧/酒吧（Snack Bar）漢堡價格很高, 我到達那天由於趕火車的原因一天沒吃東西～點了個漢堡€20歐/個 提拉米蘇€10/份～當時上菜的速度真的超級超級慢。正餐餐廳&早餐是同一個用餐地點——晚餐的菜單選擇比較少且價格較貴 不推薦。我是因為獨自旅行 所以幾頓晚餐都是回酒店吃的（怕在外逗留太晚不安全）。
3.前台服務總體還不錯。有問必答。
4.酒店封面那個泳池是沒有的（拆了好久了）我當初很大程度上也是被泳池吸引, 選了這家酒店。不過露天的院子裏現在有個瀑布可以觀賞。
5.如果不自駕的話 不建議大家選這家入住 因為出行交通不便 基本繞不開打車的需求 除非每天的行程完全按照Shuttle Bus的接送時間走。當然～有米不在乎那點錢的老闆們請隨意～

Bel accueil à la réception hôtel retiré et au calme vue sur les collines toscanes.
Une fois la haut on ne va pas redescendre dîner ailleurs le restaurant est pratique mais un peu onéreux je trouve pour la quantité vraiment minime

Great location in terms of proximity to train station and historical centre. Breakfast was good and the staff who served coffee and drinks was very warm and friendly. Just the bathroom window was broken and was unable to be opened and the lid of kettle was broken as well. Other than these minor issues it was a comfortable stay.

We had a very solid stay at Hotel Grifone. A pretty large, comfortable, and clean room, with a balcony even. It was a bit of a hassle to get to our room (2 different elevators/staircases separated by a hallway), but on our first trip to the room, a staff member showed us the way, which was a nice touch. We also really appreciated the free flavored waters and teas/snacks/mimosas provided in the lobby - was a lovely surprise. The hotel is in a very residential area, so it's pretty quiet at night. Does take around 25 minutes by bus to get there from the old town area, but they came relatively regularly (the signs posted on the stops were hit-or-miss on accuracy - the buses usually ran late). Signora Helena on the breakfast team was truly the sweetest person we met during our entire 2 week trip around the country of Italy. She always greeted us with a smile and provided excellent service (remembering that we have yogurt every morning and bringing it to us without us asking by the third day of our stay, checked in about what coffee we wanted, and more!). We really loved her, and it made our mornings brighter to see her! The front desk staff were all excellent as well! Super professional and answered questions about Florence and the hotel with ease.

I should especially praise ALLY and RACHID, very warm, friendly and professional, which makes me feel at home and as warm as home. The hotel has a long history, first-class decoration taste, all kinds of details service warm heart, very clean, breakfast is very rich, 5 stars praise! 家人们，直接冲！不需要犹豫，之前看评论就对这家酒店有信心，果然如此，很靠谱，即使我定的比较实惠的三人间，本来定了精致套房，临时改了日期，只会更好！暖气足，比意大利很多其他4星酒店写了有空调暖气实际都不能用要靠谱很多，而且被子也不是被单夹心毛毯那种老式意大利，很暖和，柔软。干净的！饮用水管够！特别要表扬ALLY和RACHID，非常热情、友好、专业，让我感到宾至如归，如同家一般的温暖。酒店历史悠久、装修品味一流，各种细节服务暖心，很干净，早餐非常丰富，5星好评！距离火车站很近，而且旁边有家乐福超市，很安静也。酒店公区特别棒！
