Smooth check in and very helpful receptionist. The room is spacious and clean with a dedicated parking space.

Check in was smooth and quick but changed room twice to get everything right. Our first room had urine stains on the toilet, which means this room was not properly cleaned up. That was terribly disgusting to find these spots. Also, the smart TV in the first room didn't work. Our second room was find but has no bathtub as requested. Changed to the third room and finally get the okay one with great AC, working TV and cleanness. It was our first time stayed in a 5-star hotel in NZ and was surprised the standard is quite low compared to the other 5 stars in Asia. Has small heated pool accommodating 6 people max. Swimming pool and sauna were fine but steam room didn't work. Service okay and great breakfast. Will consider the other place next time.

Het hotel is gemakkelijk te vinden. We reden met de auto, dus gebruikten we navigatie; het ligt direct aan de weg, heel gemakkelijk te vinden, en er zijn voldoende parkeerplaatsen. Door een persoonlijke fout boekten we de verkeerde data, die niet restitueerbaar waren. We ontdekten de fout bij het inchecken, maar na het aanvragen konden we de boeking gratis annuleren. Het was vooral ontroerend om in het buitenland te zijn; de receptioniste gaf ons zelfs een fles melk bij het inchecken, die heerlijk was. Het hotel was erg schoon; ik was erg tevreden vanaf het moment dat ik de deur opende. Wat me het meest indruk maakte, was de uitstekende warmwaterstroom en -druk. De badkamer heeft een bubbelbad, dat ik niet heb geprobeerd, dus daar kan ik niets over zeggen. Een klein detail dat ik wel moet prijzen, is dat het handdoekenrek verwarmd is; kleine spullen en handdoeken worden 's nachts gedroogd. Het is een beetje ver lopen naar de grote eetzaal, ongeveer een kilometer. Over het algemeen was het verblijf erg rustig en was ik erg tevreden!

一晚上一千多的房跟國內7天如家似的，房裡小的可憐，沒有廚具不能做飯，有一個燒水壺。新西蘭酒店一般是10點退房，我們9點把行李拿到車上出去湖邊逛一逛，房鑰匙還沒交給前台，想着逛一圈湖邊再回來退房，這酒店就在湖邊，隔了一條馬路。我們9:50左右回來，想去房間看看檢察有沒有有遺漏的東西，結果服務員把衞生都搞好了，我真的很無語，還沒退房呢！

We loved staying here. Half price for the pool, the apartment was large and the location was excellent. We had a camper van and it was stress-free to park it. Thank you DeBretts, would definitely come back again.

Прекрасное расположение в центре у озера с отличным панорамным видом в окно-балкон. В номере джакузи, кухня, много места. Удобный бассеин с термальной водой, не надо ездить отдельно в отдельные термальные спа. Спасибо

I stayed here with my mum and brother in a kitchen cabin. The cabin itself was quite basic and very small – fine for one night, but it would feel too cramped for a longer stay. That said, the campsite itself is lovely and the swimming pools were an absolute highlight. We really loved them and would happily stay here again just for the pools alone. Next time, I’d definitely upgrade the accommodation to something more spacious. An on-site café would also be a great addition and would really enhance the overall experience.

Great hotel stay with complete amenities for self cook dinner, located by the lake front with breathtaking sunset set view! And we have new pets for the day, cutie cat welcome us to Accent! Overall is great except for the insulation around the house not strong enough as it can be quite cold during night …. Highly recommended for families and groups of friends enjoy the stay here.

Room was clean and neat. Smooth check in and check out process. Very close to the small town.

Был большой номер с огромной кроватью, а главное - купель с минеральной водой прямо в номере. Интерьер специфический, но все чисто.
