우선, 리뉴얼을 해서 그런지 굉장히 깨끗했습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 다윈의 지역적 특성상 첫 날 방에서 벌레를 보게되었는데 오피스에 말했더니 추가로 청소도해주고 벌레스프레이도 방에 놓아주었습니다. 위치적으로는 걸어 갈 수 있는 거리에 mindil sunset 마켓도 있었고 cbd도 그리 멀지 않아 좋았습니다. 항공편때문에 레이트체크아웃을 문의했지만 1시간에 $30비용이 발생하는 부분에 대해 아쉬움이 있었지만 이외엔 대체적으로 만족스러운 방문이였습니다.

I booked very late and there was still availability. The breakfast spread was amazing. The pool and gym are small but perfect for what it is and for a short stay. The staff were also very lovely. 100% recommend!!!

De kamer was ruim en schoon. Het is prijzig, maar dat geldt voor alle hotels in dit resortgebied en er is weinig keuze als je een paar nachten in Uluru wilt verblijven. Het personeel bij de receptie was aardig en behulpzaam. Ik heb het zwembad nooit gebruikt. Het ligt vlak achter het 'stads'-gebied met restaurants en de mini-supermarkt, dus dat is handig.

100% recommend this place! The staff is simply amazing and kind. The guy at the reception which we assume to be the manager was so helpful and accommodating. The room was nice and we liked the new decoration ! Please do yourself a favor and come stay at this place. Also loved the private parking, helped us to sleep better knowing our car is secured.

The cabins are excellent, spacious with a vaulted wooden ceiling, comfy bed, good shower and spotlessly clean. It is quiet and 20-25 mins walk from the centre of Alice Springs. The reception staff were very helpful and there is a locked room for luggage storage.

Unfortunately, the staff forgot my swipe card so I needed to call them and they came within 10 minutes to give me my card (as I was checking in late). My luggage was kept safely and waiting for me next to my room. Only two others were in the room that night so it was good value for money. The kitchen was slightly cleaner this time round. I'd happily stay here again if I visit the Outback/Alice Springs. Thank you. 🙏

The best hotel in all of Australia. The staff is very helpful and kind, ready to solve our problems. The room was very clean, far above the standards of all other hotels in Australia. The breakfast was quite varied and averagely good. A note of merit to this hotel for the presence of the laundry, with washing machine and dryer, very useful for travelers. The only hotel I would return to in Australia, I recommend it.

The hotel is well located to shopping and restaurants, as well as easy vehicular access. Their downside is the limited undercover parking and the need to book a space. Otherwise, you will need to use available, nearby public spaces. The hotel has automated checking, but staff were on hand to make sure all goes smoothly. If a second key is required, it has to be generated by staff. Breakfast is not done in the hotel, but a voucher is provided to go to Salvatores Cafe in the same building. You have a choice of dine in or take-away. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

De hotels in dit gebied liggen allemaal dichtbij Ayers Rock, niet alleen deze, dus het is handig omdat alles dichtbij is. Er is ook een GOCA en een evenemententheater, waardoor u gemakkelijk kunt profiteren van activiteiten die worden gesponsord door resorthotels. Restaurants zijn niet de enige hier, maar ze zijn duur tegen de resortprijzen. Omdat ik dingen at die ik in de supermarkt kocht, leek het mij leuk om ergens in het hotel een magnetron te hebben. Daarom gaf ik het 4 sterren. Het uitzicht vanuit het raam valt enigszins tegen. Ik voelde echter het resortgevoel en was tevreden.
