De locatie van het hotel is een groot pluspunt, precies op het kruispunt van East-West Alley en Zhengyang Pedestrian Street. Het is dichtbij de Olifantenslurfberg, de Dubbele Pagodes en het Jingjiang Princes' Palace, allemaal op loopafstand. Er is openbare parkeergelegenheid niet ver van het hotel, maar je moet wel een stukje lopen. Het receptiepersoneel was proactief en enthousiast, en we waren over het algemeen zeer tevreden met ons verblijf, vooral met de ontbijtzaal op de bovenste verdieping, waar je van het uitzicht kunt genieten terwijl je ontbijt. Als we de volgende keer weer naar Guilin reizen, zullen we zeker weer voor dit hotel kiezen.

Omgeving: De omgeving is fantastisch! 👍 Voorzieningen: Er is een Dyson föhn aanwezig, het toilet is automatisch en er zijn wegwerp desinfecterende doekjes. Hygiëne: Het is erg schoon en over het algemeen zeer comfortabel. Service: De service is zeer attent. Ik reisde met een baby en er waren kinderslippers en toiletartikelen beschikbaar. Ze gaven ons ook extra flessen water voor de kinderen. Als we iets nodig hadden, hoefden we alleen maar de receptie te bellen en het werd meteen gebracht, echt uitstekend! 👍 Ze hebben zelfs onze kamer geüpgraded, zeer tevreden! 👍 Een aanrader, de volgende keer dat ik naar Yangshuo kom, zal ik hier zeker weer verblijven. De locatie van het hotel is ook erg handig, het is niet ver om met een elektrische scooter naar Ten Mile Gallery en West Street te rijden, een aanrader! 👍

Hotel Li Yu bood ons alles wat we nodig hadden voor ons verblijf in Yangshuo. De kamer was prachtig, met geweldige voorzieningen en een prachtig design. De receptie hielp ons altijd met onze vragen en was erg vriendelijk. De locatie was goed: dichtbij alles, in een straat die wat rustiger is. Het huren van een scooter bij het hotel voor een dag was goedkoop en makkelijk. Echt een goed hotel met geweldige service. De late check-out was ook echt een pluspunt voor ons! Bedankt en ik kom zeker terug als ik ooit nog eens naar Yangshuo ga. Bedankt!

Located right in the heart of Wuzhou near the river. This hotel was quite large with a beautiful and elegant lobby. The room was equally spacious and comfortable. Everything in the bathroom worked well and the bed was quite comfortable as well. Overall an excellent value for a hotel to use as a base for exploring Wuzhou!

De locatie is ronduit fantastisch, midden in het schilderachtige gebied, met vanuit elk raam een adembenemend uitzicht. Ons gezin wilde het hotel helemaal niet verlaten, want het prachtige landschap was vanuit onze kamers al te bewonderen. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en hielp zelfs met onze bagage. Ze waren zeer attent. Een grote pluim voor iedereen die hier werkt! Van de ontvangst tot de receptie, en zelfs de dame die het ontbijt serveerde – iedereen was super aardig en oprecht, heel anders dan sommige 'uitbaters' van B&B's. Het hotel ligt midden tussen de bezienswaardigheden. De aanlegplaats voor bamboevlotten is vlakbij. Helaas konden we geen tickets bemachtigen, anders waren we zeker een dag langer gebleven. De brug voor het hotel biedt eveneens een adembenemend uitzicht en is perfect voor prachtige foto's. Ook het verhuurbedrijf tegenover de parkeerplaats van het hotel was zeer vriendelijk. Wel vonden we een deel van de weg terugfietsen 's avonds best eng; het was er veel te donker. De noedels bij het ontbijt waren heerlijk en vers, zowel met als zonder chili. Absoluut een aanrader!

Ik stelde me voor dat het geweldig was voordat ik er verbleef, maar nadat ik er was gebleven, was het onvoorstelbaar. Het hotel heeft een gevoel voor design, warmte en ontspanning, hygiëne, nauwgezette en attente, oprechte service en een butler die gedurende het hele verblijf advies en service biedt. proces, waardoor deze reis naar Yangshuo een prachtig einde werd. Mijn vrouw zei dat ze het een beoordeling van vijf punten zou geven, en mijn dochter zei dat ze het een beoordeling van 100 punten zou geven. De hele familie houdt van de gratis reisfoto's. Meester Bingbing heeft goede vaardigheden en een goede instelling. Hoewel het hotel me eraan herinnert positieve recensies te geven, komen de bovenstaande positieve recensies uit het hart. Ik hoop dat het hotel kan blijven openen en dat ik hier de volgende keer zal blijven.

De locatie van het hotel is perfect, vlakbij de Olifantenheuvel. Het was erg handig om overal naartoe te gaan, alles was op 10 minuten loopafstand. Het weer was prachtig tijdens ons verblijf en het uitzicht was adembenemend. De kamer was schoon, stil en comfortabel, we hebben erg genoten. Ze hebben hier ook familiekamers, wat ideaal is voor gezinnen die op vakantie gaan. We hebben echt een geweldige tijd gehad. De gerechten in het restaurant, de afternoon tea en de bier-vis waren ook heerlijk. Vijf sterren!

We stayed at this hotel in June with our 10-year-old child and absolutely loved it. It was clean, with fresh linens and new towels provided every day, along with water, tea, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. The buffet breakfast was delicious. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 15-minute walk from all the main attractions, including Elephant Trunk Hill and the Sun and Moon Pagodas. We walked to the pedestrian street every day. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

De kamer is groot genoeg, de prijs is niet duur, het verblijf is erg comfortabel, de kamer heeft een mooi uitzicht en er zijn gezichtsmaskers en wegwerpbadzakjes aanwezig 👍🏻 Er is ook gratis koffie in de rustruimte🥰 De locatie is handig. U kunt genieten van het uitzicht op de rivier en de bergen door naar beneden te gaan. Het is ook maar 10 minuten rijden van Dongxi Lane en Zhengyang Pedestrian Street. De receptioniste was hartelijk en beleefd. Als ik ooit nog eens op reis ga, zou ik zeker weer voor deze accommodatie kiezen. 💯

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Place Liuzhou, and let me tell you, their in-room steak dinner was ABSOLUTE PERFECTION! The steak was cooked to perfection, tender, juicy, and full of flavor. It was honestly one of the best steak meals I've ever had, and the fact that I got to enjoy it in the comfort of my own hotel room made it even better! The room itself was spacious, clean, and modern, with all the amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the hotel's location was convenient for exploring Liuzhou. But that steak... wow! If you're a steak lover like me, do NOT miss the opportunity to try it during your stay!

GGuest UserThis hotel is right inside West Street, which makes shopping and finding food incredibly convenient. It's also very close to all the main attractions. The room was great, I really liked it, and the hotel facilities were excellent and well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff had a great attitude too. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Yangshuo.

GGuest User”Extra-Large Bathtub” doesn't even begin to describe how incredibly large this bathtub was. It was more like a swimming pool. I was in heaven. I loved this hotel, the desk staff don't speak any English but they have these little ai-translation hand held devices (picture a dictaphone that translates) and are extremely helpful with a can-do attitude. I had some urgent documents I needed delivering and the staff were beyond helpful with that, I am very grateful to them. Also upon check-in they bumped me up to a suite (I didn't ask they were just being nice) and holy moly what a room. It was fabulous. The styling of this place is very old colonial palace vibes, I know they have some history displays up relating to the war but I didn't look into it, but it had a very classic airy vibe with traditional furniture and styling and I loved it. Some elements are a bit careworn and showing their age, but everything was immaculately clean. So, yes some elements like the carpeting may have seen better days but it's due to age rather than lack of attention, everything that mattered was sparkling. My shower could have fit about 5 people in there, and the bathtub another 6, so that was a real highlight, but the location was superb as well, it is on a private little resort island right next to the lake where the pagodas and bridges are. There is an easy access exit gate to the lakes, however I think it was run by the other hotel on the island because my key card didn't work late at night, however I must admit I had had a few and maybe wasn't the most able bodied reviewer in that moment. I recommend asking the staff because each night after the lake show with the performance and music lots of families were coming in that back way, so it's definitely possible I was just un-prepared. Regardless, even if you get locked out it's a short walk around to the other side of the island and the gatemen are very friendly. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel although it is not technically run by the hotel which just means it closes slightly earlier (much later than anywhere in Europe still), and when I went in the staff were just sitting around so I wasn't sure if they were open, but when they saw me they sprang into life and actually the older ladies spoke quite a lot of English and were very chatty and friendly, and they also have an iPad with an English ordering app so it is a breeze eating there. The food was very high quality and delicious, it was more expensive than eating in town but I would not say over priced given how good it was. The bar in the hotel is also nice. You can get delivery food brought directly to your room which is also excellent. They don't have room service food but why would you bother when delivery is available. The hotel has a private drive way so getting picked up for excursions or Didi rides is so easy, and the area is beautifully quiet and there are lots of birds. It is very close to all the attractions like Elephant Trunk Hill, which makes doing things (or retreating home due to the fearsome heat) very easy. I will warn you the hotel is nicely airy in the way old villas in Europe are, but because of that your air conditioning will never match that kind of incredible ice cold blast you might be familiar with in Hong Kong. Obviously, this is a very small problem when you can easily cool off in the mega-bath or mega-shower or just sit at a comfortable level of air conditioning, but if you are the kind of foreign traveller who is unaccustomed to the strong heat just be aware that this is a vintage place so you won't be able to whack the AC down to 15c and freeze yourself for relief. I really recommend this hotel, it was absolutely lovely. Oh also there is a lovely jovial old man who comes round in the evening to deliver you milk at bedtime every day, what a guy.

JJiatengjialatasiluotongI only have three words: Exceeded expectations! Because I rarely stay in B&Bs, I was quite concerned about the hygiene of this hotel. But it truly exceeded all my expectations. The cleanliness was impeccable, absolutely on par with high-end five-star hotels. All the toiletries were Acqua di Parma, and the citrus scent was delightful. The bedding was comfortable, with just the right firmness, and the duvet was perfectly weighted – very thoughtful details. The service was superb; from the moment I parked my car, staff members were there to help with luggage and even hold an umbrella. There were plenty of parking spaces, and branded EV chargers were available. Before heading out, the front desk would arrange electric scooter rentals, delivered right to the hotel entrance. The complimentary drinks at the front desk, complete with ice, were always available – truly, having stayed in hotels both domestically and internationally, the convenience and overall experience here are top-tier. There aren't many rooms, so service is prompt, and the soundproofing is excellent. The views were astonishing from the moment I walked in. Every single detail was fantastic, making this one of the warmest hotel experiences I've ever had. It was so great, I'd genuinely love to extend my stay if I had the time. It's so good that if I ever bring my children and elderly parents, I will absolutely, without a doubt, choose this place again. I hope they continue to thrive and their business prospers! I heard they're opening in Chongzuo, and I'll definitely visit if I get the chance.

GGuest UserGet this hotel!!! We were supposed to stay for a night and then decide what to do - we ended up staying 3 nights and were very sad to leave. Every so often when you travel your hotel experience significantly improved your holiday - this was one of those cases! First of all the basics, we were looking for a nice family friendly hotel walking distance from the beach - and this certainly fit that category. The rooms are fine, you could see the sea from the windows, comfortable beds, pretty clean, slippers, plenty of towels, wifi everywhere etc. There was also a small playground for small kids and hammocks (picture) etc which was cool, we also saw mahjong tables, but didn't have the time to play. The hotel is located near a fairly large field, filled with exotic birds, butterflies and crickets etc. There were also geckos everywhere (love them), but we didn't see any inside the room. There were some mosquitos outside on the terrace (don't love them), but the repellent took care of those and we didn't have any in our rooms. Felt like you were near nature, in a good way. The kids loved to play on the beach, it's great for sand castles (the hotel had buckets and shovels free of charge) and searching for crabs, fish, shells, sea snails etc... The moms loved it too, especially to walk around and explore during low tide. (the hotel also provided equipment to catch crabs and other sea creatures etc if you wanted to - they also had a service to cook them for you) We especially enjoyed playing under a nearby pier during low tide to avoid getting badly sunburned. The supermarket across the street sell dozens of single malt whiskys and beer from all over the world (they also have ice cream and other stuff) - and the dads recommend the roof terrace for that after the kids are asleep. (picture) If you know how to ride a scooter/ebike they rent them across the road too, and it's the best way to explore the island. The small roads (almost devoid of cars) were awesome to drive on, just remember to stay safe. I don't usually care much about breakfast, but the included breakfast was great! (picture) The kitchen staff was also super laid-back about the whole thing - this whole hotel radiated a very laid back tropical island feel that made you forget you were in China. However the reason I write this review is because of the owner. (last picture) (I'm not sure if he speaks English though, but I'm sure you'll manage) Super chill guy! Immediately after booking he contacted us to arrange the transport from the boat. He helped us buy tickets for the trip back. He was willing to come and pick us up at any time if we got lost on the island. He had great recommendations about basically everything, and whenever we made plans we were sure to ask for his advice. He was basically always reachable over wechat too. These are just some of the things that he didn't have to provide, but did (or offered): unlimited cold drinking water, ice, proper glasses, a coffee grinder, buckets, shovels, hats, umbrellas, sunscreen, aloe vera plants, flashlights, mosquito repellent etc etc and it feels like we only scratched the surface. It feels like whenever I asked him for something he always had a solution that exceeded my expectations. Great host! I've traveled to almost 100 countries and while this wasn't the fanciest hotel I've stayed in by any means, this was one of the most memorable hotel experiences I've ever had. If anyone I know plans to visit this island I will for sure recommend this place.

GGuest UserThis villa is absolutely amazing, the entire design is just my style. There are projectors both upstairs and downstairs, which is such a thoughtful touch, and the landlady even specifically bought a vanity table. The location is also fantastic, a 15-minute drive to the town, and just a 10-minute walk to the Yulong River Old County Pier. I especially have to rave about the hotel bar! The landlady personally mixes drinks for you, and the cocktails are genuinely delicious. She used to be a bartender in Chengdu, and her drinks are even better than ones I've had in Hong Kong! Plus, the bar's decor is really cool, with an American record vibe. I really urge the owners to promote the bar more! The landlady even gave me a free bartending lesson – a truly unique experience! And the room was spotlessly clean with a beautiful view!

PPipajiKicking off our spring break, we headed south through Guilin, Yangshuo, Nanning, and Beihai. Yangshuo Wangjianglou Inn was by far the most comfortable and convenient place we stayed. The inn's design and layout exceeded my expectations; the quality was truly impressive. Given the limitations of the building itself, they ingeniously installed a luggage elevator, which was incredibly thoughtful for both guests and staff – big thumbs up! Yangshuo county is quite small, so there's really no need to stay directly in the scenic area (it's inconvenient, overpriced, and you'd need taxis for meals and transportation, adding to costs). Staying in the West Street commercial district was a very smart decision. We stayed and ate at Wangjianglou (for those who know, their restaurant is a super popular, must-try spot in Yangshuo with long queues!). As a guest, you don't have to wait; the front desk concierge helps with reservations directly, and you even get a 10% discount on meals, which is a fantastic deal. I'm already planning to bring my family back after May Day and will definitely be staying at Wangjianglou again!

GGuest UserStaying at the Versailles Hotel for my trip to Guilin was a great choice! The location is absolutely perfect, really close to the train station, and it was super easy to get taxis to all the attractions. Plus, there are tons of restaurants and shops right around the hotel. The lobby is beautifully decorated, and the front desk staff were quick and helpful with check-in. My room was meticulously cleaned, the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard – and the high-floor view was lovely. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety, and the freshly made Guilin rice noodles were authentically delicious. They even have a self-service laundry room and a large parking lot. Overall, it's excellent value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Guilin!

GGuest UserAn absolutely amazing stay! It was pouring rain when we arrived in Guilin, and our taxi driver mistakenly took us to a different hotel. The staff there were so thoughtful and drove us directly to Xiangshan Youyue. Upon arrival, seeing we had children and elderly with us, the hotel staff immediately helped with our luggage and upgraded our room for free. The value for money is truly outstanding. The hotel is perfect for photos and exploring, whether it's rainy or sunny. All the staff members greet guests politely. The laundry and drying facilities are super convenient, and if you don't pick up your clothes promptly, they even thoughtfully fold and package them – the attention to detail is excellent. The hallway and restaurant staff are incredibly meticulous with their cleaning. The front desk lady enthusiastically recommended local rice noodles, and the complimentary takeaway coffee is both delicious and photo-worthy. The kids' play area is great for younger children, and the reading corner has books kids will love, plus free craft activities. They even offer water whenever you head out. In short, all the staff were absolutely wonderful! Guilin's overall travel experience was fantastic! Our child's highest praise was wanting to come back again and stay at this hotel next time!

GGuest User🚗Convenience: I drove from Chengdu to Guilin with a friend's family. The journey was long, so we decided to stay at Longji halfway up the mountain as our first stop. After looking around online and communicating with the boss, we chose Yunman! When we parked at the foot of the mountain and walked to the parking lot, the owner was already waiting for us at the door, which was very thoughtful. 🛏️Beauty: When we arrived at the accommodation, we were attracted by the scenery in front of us. Outside the balcony was the terraced fields. We drank tea and ate with the breeze on our faces. It felt very comfortable. We told the boss that we were tired from the journey and we were going to take a break and go fishing. The boss also contacted Baba Shishi for us. 🌄Excellent location: It is very convenient to walk to the scenic spots on both sides, and the night stroll in the village next to it is also very close. We went to the Jiulong Wuhu Observation Deck first because we were going to catch fish. The children walked barefoot on the stone road, and wild strawberries could be picked everywhere on the roadside. Apart from the darkness, there are moving lights as companions, as if you are in the starry sky. As a background for the balcony, it is simply amazing, haha. My friend didn't have much expectations for the terraced fields, but when he arrived during the flooding period, he got used to it, and it was also beautiful. My friend felt very good and the experience was full! 🥗Delicious: We ordered the meal directly in the restaurant. The boss asked the restaurant chef to cook the fish we caught for us. We originally wanted to do it ourselves, but our husband talked to the chef and withdrew because he felt that the chef was very professional. The chicken tasted great in two ways. This meal was the best we had on the way, bar none. The rice wine was delicious. It was a pity that we didn’t eat the snails recommended by the boss. When we left, the boss sent us to the parking lot. Next time we go, we will go there to have a good time! 👏Very good accommodation environment, with natural white noise to help you sleep at night. QQihuyoutianxiaThe location is great, making it easy to arrange transportation. It's right at the end point of the bamboo raft cruise, so you arrive directly at the hotel. It's the first hotel in the village and has several restaurants nearby. The environment is beautiful, surrounded by mountains and lush greenery, with a Yulong River tributary flowing right in front. The hotel even offers electric scooters for exploring the Ten-Mile Gallery. Both the hotel and the rooms are very new, clean, and well-equipped. The service is excellent and attentive; all the staff are polite and greet you warmly. They deliver a fruit platter, nuts, and candied fruit to your room daily and proactively helped us plan our itinerary. The breakfast is delicious, and the 5th-floor restaurant offers the best views. They even gave us a souvenir when we checked out. I've stayed in many great guesthouses in recent years, but this one is probably my favorite, and the price is reasonable.
