"The staffs at receptions are super helpful, one helping me reserve a restaurant in Matsusaka. Another lady staff also heled me finding new restaurant on the 2nd night as the one i plan to go was fully occupied, i am really thankful for that.💜 The Aircon is not a centralized type, which is really good during the autumn/winter. The hotel has pilow bar where you can lend pillow of your choice without charge. They also provide icebar at the public bath area. Location is the best"

"The hotel is located not far from the station, and there’s a supermarket nearby. Within a 10-minute walk, there are some small restaurants, but be prepared—they’re too small to comfortably fit a family. I have two major complaints about the hotel: 1. The booking didn’t mention that parking spaces are limited and not managed by the hotel staff, so anyone can park there. We arrived from Tokyo and had to use a paid parking lot near the hotel. 2. At breakfast, you have to wait in line because tables are cleared very slowly. You come down for breakfast and end up waiting about 15 minutes before you’re seated. 3. There’s no way to adjust the air conditioner temperature—only the fan speed. The room was very cold, and you could easily catch a cold."

"Het is een zeer geschikt hotel voor een vakantie. Stap uit de trein bij Toba en verlaat uitgang 1. We wachten tot het hotel wacht op de kleine shuttlebus. U kunt het beste vooraf contact opnemen met het hotel. Met de auto bent u in een paar minuten bij het hotel. Er zijn 2 hotelketens op het kleine schiereiland. Zeer rustig. Chaolu Pavilion is een hotel in Japanse stijl met relatief grote kamers met uitzicht op de baai en het hotelgazon. De check-in begeleider gaf een zeer gedetailleerde introductie. Het was verstandig om ontbijt en diner te boeken, want er was werkelijk niets te eten in de buurt van het hotel. Ontbijt en diner waren behoorlijk goed. Ik ging naar Pearl Island in de omgeving. Het is slechts een korte loopafstand. Persoonlijk denk ik dat het redelijk gemiddeld is. Ik nam de trein voor 2,3 haltes naar Ise Jingu Shrine, wat best goed was Ik hou erg van de warmwaterbron. De warmwaterbron buiten is bestrooid met parelpoeder en mijn huid is helder nadat ik erin heb gedompeld. Er is gratis koffie in de lobby. Het is prachtig om te zitten en een kopje koffie te drinken en naar te kijken de zee."

"Great location! Waking up in early morning and walked to Meiotoiwa power spot was such a fresh start of the day. Sea breeze and calm wave brought us a serene mind on our 2nd day of January. However, room was quite outdate but clean. I was surprised by thin wall that you can heard the person next room singing song when they’re showering lol. Breakfast line and space as well as private bath is quite limited. Better to arrive and early check in to pre book both BF time and private bath."

"This is the second time I have stayed at VISON since the end of last year. Last year we stayed at HATAGO, but HONZO-SPA was very good and they have a new sauna, so we used the HOTEL on this trip. There is a bathroom on the terrace of the room, but we did not plan to use it. It gives you some privacy, but personally I would prefer a lower tree than the terrace to have a view. The hotel breakfast buffet was good enough and the overall impression was very good."

The open-air bath was amazing! The changing room, shower room, and balcony open-air bath were all connected, which was great. The air purifier and the corners of the room were a little rough, but it wasn't too bad. The staff were very helpful and polite when I checked in! There were some shops open until around 10 PM, so I could go for a walk even after relaxing at the hotel! I couldn't go this time, so I'll save it for next time. (T_T) I was shocked that the room service I ordered was cold. The room didn't have a microwave, which was a problem! The food was delicious!! There was also a snack and drink set that looked delicious! Thank you so much!

Toba International Hotel Shiojitei was an absolute highlight of our trip. The exceptional service truly stood out, embodying the Japanese spirit of 'omotenashi' from start to finish. This began with the shuttle pick-up from Toba Station, followed by detailed guidance during check-in, and enthusiastic explanations of each dish in the restaurant – every interaction was flawless. The food, featuring local delicacies like Ise Bay seafood and Matsusaka beef, was undeniably delicious and beautifully presented. While you mentioned the portion sizes were 'rather average,' this is typical of kaiseki-style dining; although there are many courses, individual portions are small. For those with larger appetites, it might feel a little insufficient. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, with both the guest rooms and the onsen area (the Pearl Onsen left our skin sparkling!) being spotlessly clean. Overall, it has no obvious weaknesses; the service, dining, and ambiance harmonized perfectly to provide the best hotel experience of our trip.

Our stay at Sun Urashima Yuki no Sato was one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and impeccable hospitality that made us feel truly special. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered breathtaking views of Toba Bay. Waking up to the peaceful ocean scenery each morning was incredibly relaxing. The onsen was equally impressive—immaculately maintained, soothing, and the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The kaiseki dinner and breakfast were exceptional. Every dish showcased the freshness of the local seafood and seasonal ingredients, with each course thoughtfully presented. Dining here wasn’t just a meal—it was an experience. What stood out most was the attention to detail. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, from the seamless check-in to the thoughtful service throughout our visit. You can genuinely feel the pride they take in providing outstanding hospitality. If you’re looking for an authentic luxury ryokan experience with amazing food, stunning views, and unforgettable service, Sun Urashima Yuki no Sato is absolutely worth the visit. We left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to returning someday.

We used this hotel as a family celebration trip. The facilities were beautiful and lovely, but what really impressed us was the warm and wonderful service from the staff. Due to the earthquake in Russia, trains were stopped and we had no means of transportation, but they extended our check-out time and were very accommodating. The food was delicious, and each dish was carefully prepared. The breakfast buffet was also very satisfying, with so many options, including Japanese and Western cuisine, that we couldn't finish it all. We signed up for morning yoga, and started the morning off right in the open space surrounded by greenery on the property, listening to the birds chirping and feeling the breeze, which was a wonderful way to start the day. Next time we visit, we'd like to enjoy a cruise or something similar.

It's a clean and nice hotel. However, the bathrobe-style loungewear is easy to come undone, and the knot hurts when you lie down, which is annoying. It's quite stressful for someone who has come from far away and is tired and finally arrives at the hotel. I look forward to the future. The staff's service is polite and elegant, and the location is very close to the station, so I would like to use it again in the future. Personally, I don't think it's necessary to serve customers with masks. I remember that the WHO also announced that masks are not effective for either coronavirus or influenza. Japan is the only country that is lagging behind in wearing masks, and it has become part of the etiquette at work, but it's scary to serve customers without seeing their faces.

During my recent stay at Hotel R9 at Yard Tsu, I had a mixed experience, resulting in an overall rating of 3 out of 5. While the hotel was generally acceptable, there were some notable drawbacks. One major issue I encountered was the cleanliness of the rooms. I was disappointed to find a significant number of insects on the walls, which was quite unpleasant and off-putting. As a result, I had to deduct points and give it a rating of 3 out of 5 for cleanliness. Additionally, compared to my previous stay at another Hotel R9 location, the price at Yard Tsu was slightly higher. However, it was still within an acceptable range considering the overall quality of the hotel. Despite the drawbacks, I must mention that the hotel's staff were courteous and attentive, providing decent service throughout my stay. In conclusion, while Hotel R9 at Yard Tsu has some room for improvement in terms of cleanliness, its reasonable price and satisfactory service make it an acceptable choice for a short stay. However, I would recommend management to address the cleanliness issue to ensure a more pleasant experience for guests.

Lovely licatiin just connected to Pacific seasude at Yosino ise national park via overbridge .. enjoyed beautiful Sunrise and seranity Moon light evening. Just two minutes walk from a local train station Adawa. Hitel staff was kind enough to search transportation from hotel to Nagoya airport with multiple options. Thus part is truly impressive and attendant of service quality. Was no issue for meaks as jyst walking 3 mins Supermarket and restaurants. Will stay again next trip.

The hotel is easily reachable by car, but if you are using the train, it’s 30/40min by walk or you should jump on a bus. Nearby there are konbinis and a supermarket, which is super useful if you want to eat at the hotel and take advantage of the microwave (there are not a lot of restaurants nearby). The hotel is clean and comfortable—if you want, you can also book a private bath room for free, which is great. On top of the usual amenities, you can also find different options for shampoo and conditioner (ex. one for damaged hair, etc..)

The outdoor unit of the air conditioner was extremely noisy...unfortunately, my stay was not satisfactory. I consulted with the staff, but because the outdoor unit is located next to the bed (by the pillow), the noise from the outdoor unit continues when it's turned on. Also, although my room was on the 8th floor, I could hear people talking in the parking lot. Is this due to the location of the outdoor unit? Perhaps there's a small gap? In other hotels, you shouldn't be able to hear conversations from the parking lot from an 8th-floor room. When I turned off the power because the noise from the outdoor unit was bothersome, the room temperature dropped very quickly...
