Нам все очень понравилось! Мы были в ноябре и было уже очень холодно ночью, но в шатрах были тёплые одеяла и пледы из веблюжей шерсти - спать было очень комфортно. Шатры с красивым интерьером, чистые. Белье свежее и мягкое. По полу разложены тёплые ковры. Душ с тёплой водой. Завтрак и ужин прекрасные! Бесплатный сэнтбординг и шоу барабанов после ужина. Доплата: за трансфер (верблюды и джип) и развлечения на месте (квадрики, багги, экскурсии) по адекватным ценам (без развода).
Очень переживали за время в пустыне тк много фейковых отзывов и потом плохого качества во всем.
Но в этом лагере все без обмана и с добрым отношением! Рекомендуем!

Отличный отель! Особое спасибо хозяевам данного отеля. Приехали ночью, нас ждали🤌 напоили чаем с вкусняшками.. на протяжении всего пребывания чувствовали только заботу и внимание от них. А также нас всячески развлекали: и квадроциклы и верблюды и все что душе угодно) во второй день приехали с города опять поздно после 22:00, не поужинали… нам не отказали, сказали в течение 40 мин все будет💪🏼🙏 накрыли на стол от души. Спасибо огромное! Отдыхали по Марокко 12 дней, по дню в каждом городе, но такого отношения не встречали нигде! Спасибо вам! Вы лучшие!!!

GGuest UserOverall the service is good, especially the waiters in restaurant, the maintenance workers, they are polite and friendly. Much appreciated their service.
Only 3 ladies in reception were not good of service due to reconfirming my booking more than 5 times! This is not acceptable! I already provided the booking number by your email but still found my booking, very annoying and wasting my time to visit reception due to they blocked my access card of room.

GGuest UserThe best riad of our trip to Morocco. The riad is located deep in a beautiful garden near the walls of an ancient kasbah. There are magnificent roses growing near the house. There is a private parking for your car. Each room is decorated in its own color. The balcony of our orange room offered a breathtaking view of the garden. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and worked without interruption. They prepared a very tasty dinner for us in the garden in the open air. The breakfast was also excellent. But of course the best impressions are left from communicating with the owner Hassan. His hospitality and cordiality leave no doubt that we will recommend his riad to all our friends. We will definitely stay there again if we return.

GGuest UserFacilities: The overall facilities are ok, and the air conditioning is very fast in cooling and heating. The only drawback is that the water temperature and water pressure in the bathroom are unstable, and there is no exhaust system.
Hygiene: The room is very clean.
Environment: The hotel environment is very good, with retro Moroccan-style buildings. It is about 30 minutes drive from Ben Haddou Village, and it is also convenient to go to the town center and surrounding restaurants.
Service: The hotel service is standard and enthusiastic.

GGuest UserWe stayed here as 2 families with kids, the hotel is old but is well maintained and clean in, However we got a beetle in room which was not pleasing during the visit.
We also took option of half board with breakfast and dinner but food options seemed limited
Staff was very courteous and helpful - overall stay was good. The bathroom need to have ventilation and kettle in room will be much appreciate

GGuest UserLocated on the edge of the desert, the location is excellent, convenient for off-road vehicles and camels to enter the desert. The hotel environment is very nice and distinctive, the swimming pool garden is beautiful and comfortable, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, considerate and humorous. The food in the restaurant tastes very good. Recommend staying at this hotel.

BBenpaodepangbaluGoing to Melzuka, I didn't plan to live in a tent camp, so I chose this hotel on the desert side. The hotel owner is very enthusiastic. In the hotel, you can book a car and camel to watch the sunset in the desert. The desert car goes back and forth to the desert for about an hour and the camel for about 2 hours.
We arrived at the hotel in the afternoon, drove directly to the desert car to see the sunset, returned to the hotel for dinner, dinner was good, recommended vegetable taji pot.
The next morning, I took a camel to see the sunrise and returned to eat breakfast. The breakfast category is simple, but clean and comprehensive. Our room type is quite satisfactory. Multiple people stay is very cost-effective.

ДДмитрий и ОлесяWe booked this hotel the morning of our arrival. It really is a beautiful and pleasant place. You need to leave your car in Merzouga. Transfer to the hotel is paid - 40 euros per person. You can go by jeep or by camel. We chose camel - this is essentially a walk that other hotels offer for a fee in the morning. By camel, the journey takes 1 hour, by jeep 20 minutes. It is important to clarify before arrival what time exactly you need to arrive to leave for the camp by camel. And be sure to specify that you also need camels in the morning. The hotel manager only responded before booking. In the morning, when we reminded reception about camels, reception was unaware and wanted us to go by jeep. And the manager on WhatsApp was no longer responding. So we had to insist that we were promised specifically not camels there and back. Overall, I didn't like the WhatsApp manager's communication. The hotel staff, however, were wonderful! Dinner consisted of three courses: one soup, two tagines—one vegetarian and one with chicken.
The room had a gas heater 👍👍. A hot shower and private toilet. But we went to the neighboring camp for the Berber music. Breakfast consisted of an omelet, coffee, tea, and hot milk. Desserts. Vegetable salad. Overall, we really liked it, except, of course, that we had to remind them about the camel transfer and wait for them to arrive from the city. But since we weren't in a hurry, everything was great!
We'd previously contacted another camp—they had a free transfer. So, such an expensive transfer makes sense if it's by camel. Free sandboarding in the morning.
