The renovated rooms are really nice. Breakfast was good but the breakfast area needs to be renovated too. The spa facilities and the pool were nice but not for relaxation of the hotel guests because on Saturday morning there were swiimming teams of children taking swimming lessons -too much crowd and noise. The location is really convenient. There was a problem with the room type i had chosen but the hotel staff and the trip.com stuff helped me to solve this within an hour and we got the right room. Overall a nice experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Villa Flavia, and my only regret is that it was for only one night. The room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and well appointed, featuring a good sized bathroom and high quality bed linen. Besides coffee and tea making facilities, some complimentary drinks were also supplied.
The staff were all very welcoming, and took great pride in their establishment. I highly recommend taking the tour of the ancient excavations beneath the hotel - it was professionally presented, and very insightful.
Lastly, don’t miss breakfast - a good spread is offered, and everything was tasty.
If you are looking for central, well priced accommodation with excellent service in Plovdiv, I highly recommend Villa Flavia.

Super near Plovdiv train station. Friendly helpful reception. Spacious room. Fridge and toilet heater unplugged, had to plug in myself. Mini kitchen only comes with microwave oven, no cooker no kettle no utensils etc. Love the huge toilet sink. Suggest to have shower curtain and more hooks in the toilet. Bedroom carpeted. No room slippers provided. Don't bother about the view. Noise can be heard next door. 15 minutes walk to city centre. Overall stay-able for 1 night.

前台服務員應該是實習生效率超級慢等了一個多小時才辦好，自己都不好意思給兩瓶水喝，酒店很新很現代符合當代設施不會像其他老五星酒店那種年代感很陳舊感！年輕人很適應！就是樓距太近旁邊就是老舊的居民必須拉窗簾，而且周邊沒什麼好吃的，樓下披薩喝酒餐吧看着就夠了！打車四十多分鐘才有個不正宗的日料換個胃口！

WWEIThe hotel is reserved for returning the car at the airport the next day. The bed is relatively large, the facilities are new, and the parking is convenient. It is a ten-minute drive from the airport. There is a lido next to it. There are fewer restaurants around and the hotel’s breakfast is relatively simple.

GGuest UserAdjacent to central railway station, bus station, taxi rank, this hotel is a perfect choice with shuttle bus to and from the airport. Facilities and breakfast were good. Reception, restaurant, bar and housekeeping staff were helpful and made our stay comfortable and relaxing. Thanks.

The service attitude was excellent, and the room was clean, though the hotel seems quite old, and the facilities are just average. The price is cheaper compared to Sofia, and overall, it's not bad. There are also many convenient dining options nearby.

GGuest UserThe hotel was beautiful with marble throughout and lots of character. I’ve been travelling the world for 6 months and this is the nicest room I have had in any country. It is in the centre of the old town within easy walk of places of interest and yet it is very quiet. The owners were kind and helpful and the food was very good. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

JJonathanRooms and facilities are pretty new while the room easily has insects and mosquitoes due to location near the lake. Breakfast is good to above average with sufficient choices. Lady reception was helpful to advise potential parking in the Plovdiv old town while a gentleman at reception was unhelpful to do so.

This time there was a problem with the AC and the drainage which I complained about after the first night.
Seems like thr staff knew about it already but it wasn't fixed until I left.
