The renovated rooms are really nice. Breakfast was good but the breakfast area needs to be renovated too. The spa facilities and the pool were nice but not for relaxation of the hotel guests because on Saturday morning there were swiimming teams of children taking swimming lessons -too much crowd and noise. The location is really convenient. There was a problem with the room type i had chosen but the hotel staff and the trip.com stuff helped me to solve this within an hour and we got the right room. Overall a nice experience.

Very angry, not polite, not correct and not friendly manager on the reception. I felt unthinkable rudeness here, disrespectful attitude towards guests. For other staff no questions, only the administrator had terrible behavior.
Let's hope that someday the administrator will know and feel the humiliating attitude towards himself personally.
Perhaps she will be in future a good person, but there are strong doubts about this.
Never, never will back to this hotel!
