"We had a comfortable room with lots of hot water in the shower within walking distance from the station and the center. There were many shared facilities like a kitchen area with coffee/tea (paid), seating area and smoking area. We didn't find the listed washing machine and there was no fridge in the room. There was no reception, and communication re early check in and/or bag drop was difficult. The toilet area was always wet because of there was no separate shower area or shower curtain."

"1-Otelin is far from the city center. 2-On the internet, there is no free open buffet breakfast and washing service. 3-24 No hour reception service. I couldn't get the cold drink and breakfast door that I left in the fridge in the lobby because there is no mini-fridge in the room and the lobby door was locked at 00.15 at night. I said I would get it when I woke up in the morning. I went 2 times as 8.00-9.00 again When I went to the reception, there was about 10.00. And the lobby door was open. Also, the lady at the reception was insufficient in English. I don't recommend to anyone. If they pay the top, I'll never stay there again.."

"I have visited 44 countries and stayed in hundreds of hotels, and I can honestly say that Hotel Jägerhof Plovdiv gave me the worst experience I’ve ever had. What makes it even more disappointing is that I have stayed here multiple times before and even recommended this hotel to several large companies that later held their events and venues here. I genuinely believed in their service — but after this last visit, I completely changed my opinion. Despite having a confirmed reservation, the staff refused to let me park my car or even enter the hotel just because I arrived before 3 PM. Their behavior was cold, rude, and absolutely inflexible. I was told that I am not considered a guest until 3 PM, even though my booking was valid. I was left standing outside, not allowed to park or wait inside. To make matters worse, when I expressed my disappointment, the staff suggested that I look for another hotel if I didn’t like their policy. That’s not hospitality — that’s arrogance. My advice to anyone considering this hotel: 🚫 Do not arrive early, because you won’t be allowed to enter or park your car before 3 PM. 🚫 If you are a foreign visitor, do not rent a car or drive here, as you will be left outside with nowhere to wait until check-in time. After so many positive experiences in hotels worldwide, this was by far the most unprofessional and unfriendly treatment I have ever received — especially disappointing from a place I once supported and recommended."

"First, taxis can't reach this hotel. Our group of four, with two suitcases, spent half an hour traveling back and forth before finally arriving. The hotel lacked all amenities: toiletries (including cups), a kettle, drinking water, napkins, slippers, etc. The room's air conditioning wasn't cold enough either. Breakfast cost €14 per person, but it turned out the landlord provided a fixed, simple meal per person, and refills of coffee were extra. The landlord wasn't very friendly. The only redeeming feature was its proximity to tourist attractions, and the hotel environment was acceptable."

"Moeilijk te vinden in een voertuig zonder nuttige instructies van het hotel . Parkeerplaats was 20 levs per nacht in een delict site . Arme welkom van de receptie . Geen restaurant , geen bar . De binnenplaats is in diepe onreparatie en niet beschikbaar voor buitenzitten . Ontbijt was koud gebrande eieren en andere keuzes zeer slecht. Surly service. Eigenlijk is het een zeer slecht Bed & Breakfast. Ontgooid omdat 7 jaar geleden het een volledig andere plaats was, waarom we terug."
