The hotel facilities were clean, although there was only one elevator."

"Based on my experience, this is quite a conscientious boutique hotel. Perhaps its smaller size allows for such attention to detail. If I had to mention one regret, it would be the lack of variety in the breakfast. The menu was exactly the same for all four days of my stay, which inevitably got a bit tiresome. Also, the parking lot is a short distance from the hotel, and I wonder if the security measures could be a bit more modern. It seems there are no preventive measures in place should something unfortunate happen to a vehicle or other issue."

"First of all, the location is excellent. It's near the starting point of Plovdiv's Old Town, making it convenient for sightseeing. Just across the street is the restaurant street next to the Dzumaya Mosque. This historic hotel is located in the Old Town. It's a great place to experience the antique atmosphere of the 19th and early 20th centuries. It feels like a historic hotel. The bedding was particularly comfortable, made of soft cotton, and the mattress was firm and comfortable, making it perfect for a comfortable sleep. I'm very satisfied. The staff was very friendly and answered my questions promptly, so there were no problems. I initially requested breakfast, but after one night, I liked it so much I ordered it for the entire three days. I'm 100% satisfied with the staff, location, and facilities."

Het is in het centrum van de oude stad in een gemakkelijke wandeling van plaatsen van interesse en toch is het zeer rustig. De eigenaren waren aardig en handig en het eten was zeer goed. Hoewel dit hotel aan iedereen aanbevolen."

"Dit is een groot klein hotel met het meest prachtige personeel. Binnen minuten na aankomst heb ik mijn hand gewond in een vreselijk ongeluk. Ina op de receptie vrijwillig me naar A&E in het lokale ziekenhuis. Eens was ze mijn tolk en betaalde voor een Tetanus schot & Antibiotica plus kleding enz. Volledig boven en buiten haar rol en op haar eigen tijd toen ze haar dienst had afgerond. Het eten in het restaurant Avocado dat aan de receptie is gehecht is echt heerlijk, Beef Shank, Foie Gras, Veal Tongue 🤤 Het personeel was echt aardig en handig en de 7 in onze groep waren blij dat we de Plaza hadden gekozen. Ik kom hier zeker terug."

"I can’t imagine staying anyplace better when visiting Plovdiv. We were a family of four with a car, and the apartment-style room we had was spotlessly clean and met all of our needs (and beyond). After contacting Bright House in advance, one of the two parking spaces was reserved for us, which was very convenient. The Kapana district with many bars and restaurants is right across the street, and most of the sights in Plovdiv are all a short walk away. Also, our room had a great balcony that overlooked the old town. A truly wonderful stay!"

"I had a very nice stay at that hotel and I could enjoy the kindness of the staff, especially Viktor and Peter that help me a lot to solve the problem of a flat tyre on my rental car. they made me aware that I had a flat tyre and then help me to find a local tyre repair service that could make the repair on the parking of the hotel. Thank you very much for your very kind and very precious assistance! Your manager should be very proud to have staff like you ! I had a very nice stay at that hotel, 6 days long, and I can recommend this place to any traveler coming to Plovdiv ! Thanks a lot guys ! Alain H. BENOIT"

"Beautiful antique room, great bath, lovely bed, charismatic wonderful space. Nice breakfast. However… The concierge shared his DNA with of a plank of wood. Unhelpful, unfriendly and nowhere to be found when you needed him. Didn’t even say thank you or goodbye when we left. He just filtered into the shadows with the 40lev for parking. The woman was communicative, helpful and friendly. Maybe she should run it. (Oh, and the restaurant is shut) On another note. Plovdiv itself is very quiet, not much to do, in retrospect we should have spent no more than 2 nights."
