"Eerlijk gezegd was dit mijn eerste keer in een DoubleTree by Hilton en ik kan zeggen dat het een onvergetelijke en perfecte ervaring was! De locatie is fantastisch! Slechts 5 minuten lopen naar de oude stad/het stadscentrum. De inrichting van het hotel is modern en comfortabel. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid, heerlijk en gevarieerd. De faciliteiten van het hotel, zoals de fitnessruimte, de spa en de sauna, zijn super ontspannend, vooral na een lange reis. De kamers zijn brandschoon en ruim. Het personeel was behulpzaam en beleefd, met name Gabriella verdient een pluim. Als je vanaf het bus-/treinstation van Plovdiv komt, neem dan buslijn 26 of 7. De prijs was prima voor de geboden service. Ik beveel DoubleTree by Hilton van harte aan en ik kan niet wachten om terug te komen en mijn Hilton-momenten opnieuw te beleven. Het enige wat ik miste waren de toiletartikelen zoals tandpasta, tandenborstel, etc., maar verder was alles fantastisch!"

Just across the street is the restaurant street next to the Dzumaya Mosque. This historic hotel is located in the Old Town. It's a great place to experience the antique atmosphere of the 19th and early 20th centuries. It feels like a historic hotel. The bedding was particularly comfortable, made of soft cotton, and the mattress was firm and comfortable, making it perfect for a comfortable sleep. I'm very satisfied. The staff was very friendly and answered my questions promptly, so there were no problems. I initially requested breakfast, but after one night, I liked it so much I ordered it for the entire three days. I'm 100% satisfied with the staff, location, and facilities."

"Het hotel is heel mooi, maar sommige van de kamers waren een beetje vreemd. Voor de positieve was de badkamer schoon en had zelfs een grapbar naast het toilet, dat was een mooie toegankelijkheidsaanpak terwijl de douche perfect functioneel was. We hadden een mooie grote en comfortabele bed en de inrichting was echt mooi. We hadden ook een klein balkon, maar ik vermoed dat het was omdat we een suite hadden. We hadden geen ketel of een manier om koffie te maken en er was slechts een zeer kleine potje, wat een beetje onbeleefd was. Het personeel was goed, niet overweldigend vriendelijk (maar dat is normaal in de Balkan) maar aanwezig en opmerkzaam. Het is perfect gelegen in het midden van de oude stad, loopafstand van alle belangrijkste locaties en slechts enkele minuten van de belangrijkste voetgangersgebied."

"I can’t imagine staying anyplace better when visiting Plovdiv. We were a family of four with a car, and the apartment-style room we had was spotlessly clean and met all of our needs (and beyond). After contacting Bright House in advance, one of the two parking spaces was reserved for us, which was very convenient. The Kapana district with many bars and restaurants is right across the street, and most of the sights in Plovdiv are all a short walk away. Also, our room had a great balcony that overlooked the old town. A truly wonderful stay!"
