Nanning Marriott Hotel

Hotel is directly connected to a mega mall and just steps away from the metro station. They are kind enough to upgrade me to a room with a more expansive view where I could witness a gorgeous sunset. I booked the Executive room with lounge access as it was only a few more dollars expensive and it was worth it. The afternoon and evening session had a great spread of food. Food options were somewhat limited for the breakfast in the main restaurant.

The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The only downside is the room temperature never goes below 25. That’s too warm for me. The staff provided a dehumidifier fan that made the temperature more comfortable.

Great hotel, Mariott reputation is worth paying for. Got the executive lounge access - afternoon tea is kind of sad but the evening dinner/ cocktail buffet makes up for it. The bathtub is of an excellent size and length, perfect for soaking in comfort - plus it fills up incredibly fast in just a matter of minutes. The gym is also excellently equipped plus it is open 24h. Indoor pool is decent and has sufficient length for swimming proper laps. Would recommend to stay again, just that it is pricier due to the Labour Day holiday premium.

Last-minute choice. Room and food was great for the price, location was super convenient as well

I stayed at this hotel many times. First time was back in 2021. It's been a while, but this time, it was a horrible experience. What I hated about this hotel: 1) The entire hotel was HOT! like- this hotel couldn't afford electricity and had to turn off the AC. Like.... this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel, not a 1 star hotel. 2) The swimming pool smelled like bad chlorine. 3) The locker room and shower area for the gym- was very HUMID and hot. 4) The gym was HOT!!!!! 5) The room air conditioner didnt work well. I sweat in my own hotel room. I will NEVER come back to this hotel. I will look at other options.

Very smart hotel, reasonably priced, nice spacious room. Great location with direct access to a lovely mall. The pool feels a little tired and is taken up by third party swimming lessons (which seems to be the norm in Chinese hotels) but still managed to enjoy a swim. Will definitely return.

The hotel is located within the Hangyang City Mall (航洋城) with lots of eatery choices and options. Service staff were very friendly and we really enjoyed the breakfast selection.

Easy to get to subway and shopping. Great breakfast and meal service great great for the price

Receptionists at the front desk were all welcomed us wirh smile and took care of our requests well. Hotel room was so clean and we were able to see beautiful night view of Nanning at night from the window. Me and my bf really enjoyed the stay in here while exploring Nanning city😊
