We had the place all to ourselves and were able to relax.
It's a bit far from town, but it was quiet and nice.
The pool was also a nice touch and created a great atmosphere.
Breakfast was included, which was great.

Toen we incheckten had het hotel blijkbaar geen informatie over onze kameraanvraag, maar toen de collega checkte, was de kameraanvraag er en probeerden ze een geschikte kamer voor ons te vinden. Dat is allemaal gelukt. De kamer is mooi en modern ingericht, het bed is zeer comfortabel en groot, maar ik vond de badkamer verouderd en niet up-to-date. Het ontbijt was middelmatig, het spek was koud en de eieren waren lauw.
Het hotel lag een beetje buiten, de wandeling naar de stad duurt ongeveer 20 minuten (naar het Skanderbeg-plein).
Al met al een verblijf dat oké was, maar niet uitstekend.

Ik vond het prachtige natuurlijke bos geweldig. Het bed was erg schoon. Het balkon kijkt uit over de stad en is rustig gelegen. Het zwembad en het eten waren ook erg goed. Heel erg bedankt 😍

hotel is great located at the center of Tiarana. Around the heart center of the city. Easy to go alone to the city park and Parlza. Everything is good service, the reception is very helpful and kindly. Have a great breakfast and coffee lounge. Reasonable price for the trip. Room is clean and everyday have helper clean the room. Bed is supper comfortable. Will come again.

Blij met dit budgetvriendelijke hotel! De sfeer is fantastisch, vooral als het 's avonds verlicht is. Het is misschien een hele uitdaging om er zonder auto te komen, maar desondanks ben ik oprecht tevreden met mijn verblijf gedurende die paar dagen. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam

Hotel location is good and closed to restaurants and coffee shops , just take airport bus to city center and pay 400.00 then take a orange bus number 15 for 3 stations and then used your mobile GPS to lead you to the hotel . The hotel brand new and very very clean hotel . The room must give more attention for decoration . The breakfast is good too .

SSusanOverall this hotel is fantastic. Location is good, room is spacious and comfortable, many ammenities and the staff is all lovely.
Unfortunately whoever cleaned my room didn’t do it very well. There was a used hairtie on the armchair and garbage between the bed and window so I didnt want this person touching my things so left the do not disturb on.
Also when I booked the room it said I would have a balcony but I didn’t. I asked about changing to a balcony room but was denied.
Alda went above and beyond with her service helping me set up things outside the hotel. She is a gem.

ХХанамThere are a lot of minuses, let's start with the main ones. If you are a blonde, please wear a cap if you go to the pool. I have an ash blonde that I have been trying to achieve for many years, but after their pool my hair turned green. I don't know what they add to the pool!
At the time of check-in, when paying in $ cash, they told me that we accept either local currency or €. I decided to pay by card, but the hotel took an extra $30, I didn't notice right away, but as soon as I noticed, I wrote to technical support. When technical support contacted the hotel, the hotel denied that they took an extra $30 from me. Despite the fact that I have a receipt for payment for $30 more and a bank statement. They denied that they took $30 from me, despite the fact that I have all the evidence. When I personally went to the reception to sort it out, they told me that it wasn't them who took $30, but they should have taken $30 because they were converting from dollars to euros from euros to their local currency and this conversion would cost $30. But supposedly the bank was billing me this amount, not the hotel itself, although the bill itself was billed on behalf of the hotel. I didn't like that at all. There were no slippers in the rooms, by the way, they didn't deny that they didn't have slippers. Very strange behavior from the staff. Their breakfasts only last 2 hours and cost €10, but for some reason the breakfast is extremely meager, it's easier to have breakfast for the same amount in a nearby cafe.

What made my stay stand out most was the professionalism and friendliness of the team. They were always ready to help, whether with local recommendations or arranging small touches that made me feel valued as a guest. I’d recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone visiting Durrës, whether for leisure or business. it’s the ideal blend of comfort, quality, and authentic Albanian hospitality. GGuest UserThe hotel is in a fantastic location. A serene and quiet environment. The room was well allocated and the amenities were okay. The breakfast was buffet style with wonderful selection. Also has a restaurant where you can dine in or take out. The receptionist Elti went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable, even borrowed me a charger because I forgot to bring my European socket. He also made sure my car rental was a smooth process.
I would pick this hotel again anytime I travel to Albania.

HHYUNCHEONThe garden was so beautiful. However, after checking in, I got on the elevator on the first floor from the underground parking lot and they changed my key to a better room, but it was a smaller corner room. I complained, but they didn't accept it because the room was already gone, and communication was difficult, so I gave up, but I was very dissatisfied. Who on earth did they give my room to? Breakfast was good.
