Unfortunately, due to an equipment issue, I was unable to stay at the hotel. However, the service and communication prior to my arrival were excellent. The staff responded promptly to every request and handled everything efficiently, allowing me to stay at an alternative hotel without any concerns. I am truly grateful for their support and would definitely like to stay here on my next visit.

Every time I I have visited El Calafate 3 times and stayed 3 times in this place, a great location near the shopping street and near the lake (walking distance) a great breakfast served, a money exchange with good rates, a big room to hang out, small but good dorms, good hot showers, well worth its money.

Two bathrooms for each gender. Under the mountains for great views. My luggage didn’t get on the plane somehow but the receptionists at the hostel called many times so I got it the next day from rio to el Cheltan. Food was very good at the 24 hour restaurant and people who stay get a discount.

Ik vond dit hotel zo geweldig dat ik mijn verblijf met een dag heb verlengd. De kamer biedt uitzicht op het Argentinomeer en er zijn diverse restaurants in de buurt. Het busstation ligt ook vlakbij, op slechts 10 minuten lopen. Als je veel bagage hebt, kost een taxirit maar 4000 pesos.

De dame spreekt perfect Engels. Ze laat ons binnenkomen voordat we tijdig checken, zeer nuttig. Ze verklaarde alles duidelijk. De kamer is klein en het douchewater is geweldig. Ze hebben daar natuurlijk geen water. Het ontbijt is essentieel met vers gekoeld eieren.

최고의 시설과 청결도를 자랑하는 호텔이었어요. 객실 내 모든 것이 깔끔하게 관리되어 있어서 정말 쾌적하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 하지만 방음이 거의 되지 않아 주변 소음이 들렸고, 위치가 번화가에서 조금 떨어져 있어서 도보로 이동하기에는 불편함이 있을 수 있습니다.

Het hotel is nieuw en schoon. De bedden zijn comfortabel met extra kussens. De wifi is sterk. De locatie is fantastisch, vlakbij de hoofdstraat in het centrum met veel restaurants en winkels. De receptie is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Luciana verdient speciale vermelding, zij heeft ons geholpen met het boeken van de rondreis naar de gletsjers en de transfer naar de luchthaven. Het enige minpuntje is misschien dat er bij het ontbijt wat meer variatie zou mogen zijn, bijvoorbeeld gebakken eieren.

Grote, stijlvolle kamers, prachtig uitzicht op het meer, heerlijk ontbijt. Beleefd en vriendelijk personeel. Nadelen: dunne muren, je kunt je buren heel goed horen, neem oordopjes mee; De jacuzzi in onze kamer werkte niet en er was geen flessenwater op de kamer.

AAlex john KinnearReally good location, I liked how the hostel is made out of big wood logs, they had a washing machine and dryer to clean our clothes. The breakfast is pretty basic for a hostel, but i was happy with a banana, boiled egg and cereal. Overall enjoyed our stay and the staff were very polite and helpful with any questions about booking a taxi or giving us restaurant recommendations.

GGuest UserFront desk lady speaks perfect English. She let us get in our room before check in time, very helpful.  She explained everything clearly.  The room is small and shower water is great. Obviously they are not lack of water there. Breakfast is basic with fresh boiled eggs.

HHuajiangThis hotel is 8 minutes walk from the bus terminal. If you don't rent a car, you need to take the bus to Moreno Glacier, El Chalten, Puerto Natales and other places. It is very convenient to live here. This is why I chose this hotel. But a little distance from the city center. The front desk is very welcoming to provide travel information. Hotel facilities are good, the hotel's restaurants are particularly good, the dinner price is right, the taste is excellent, comparable to several famous restaurants in the city center. El Calafate is a quiet and beautiful small town, in addition to Moreno glacier Moreno, there are several large glaciers, beautiful Argentine lake, and some places to walk. We stayed here for two nights and felt that we should stay a few more days. The hotel is only an 8-minute walk from the Bus Terminal. If you don't rent a car and need to take a bus to Perito Moreno Glacier, El Chalten, Puerto Natales, etc., it is very convenient to live here, which is why I chose this hotel. It is a bit far from the city center. The front desk was very helpful in providing information. The hotel facilities are good, especially the hotel restaurant. The dinner is reasonably priced and tastes great, comparable to several famous restaurants in the center of El Calafate. El Calafate is a quiet and beautiful town. In addition to Perito Moreno Glacier, there are several other large glaciers, the beautiful Argentino Lake, and some places for hiking. We stayed here for two nights and thought we should have stayed a few more days.

GGuest UserI tell you this hotel had everything thing going for it. It would get a perfect review, but they hired this **** that works nights, he is lazy , cocky, worthless, he should not be there. He told me this is a Spanish speaking country so deal with it, I know it's a Spanish speaking country, but you are in the tourist business. Would I stay here again, yes if I knew he wasn't here, but if they retain people like that, lots of hotels in this town no need to stay here.

AAnonymous UserLoved the peace and privacy of couples’ room. Place has heated floors and super warm showers. Breakfast was plentiful, amenities awesome! Kitchen has lots of basic cutlery and plates but really needs some more cooking utensils and pots and pans, but the actual kitchen layout is great, with 3 gas stoves and ovens. Good labelling system for food. Restaurant and bar onsite… terrific options. Evening entertainment while we were there… ace!

GGuest UserI stayed in a hotel here for one night. The hotel is very good. The room is clean, tidy and warm. The bathroom is large. There are many choices for breakfast, which is also good. The view from the window of the room I booked is really amazing. It is just a little far from the main street in the city, so you need to take a taxi to go out.

GGuest UserThe hotel is new and clean. Beds are comfortable with extra pillows. Wifi is strong. Location is fantastic, close to main road downtown with many restaurants and shops. The front desk is very friendly and helpful. Specially want to mention Luciana who had helped us in booking round trip to glaciers and transfer to airport. Only may be breakfast can have better variety like fried eggs.

GGuest UserThe hostel is very spacious. Dorms have lockers and comfy beds. 2 small kitchens for guests but also you can buy food with discounts in the hostel restaurant ( very good pizza). Staff is very nice and competent. Convenient location. Recommended

CChristopherThis hotel was very clean and nicely decorated to make it welcoming and cozy. The front desk personal were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast consisted of sweet breads, jams, cereals, yoghurt, multi grain bread and hard boiled eggs. It was quite enjoyable and filling. The mattresses were very comfortable also. We made a great choice in selecting this hotel.
