Goed personeel. Kamers waren schoon, zwembad en het hele zwembad was schoon, spelen was ook schoon. Dat is een mooie prestatie, gezien hoe onbeleefd sommige van de hotels ”gasten” waren. Het eten in de restaurants was vrij goed. Natuurlijk voldeed ik mijn verwachtingen. Het restaurant personeel was ook topschool. We kwamen alleen voor de kinderen om het waterpark te gebruiken en ze hadden een explosie. Grote hotel voor jonge gezinnen. Mijn enige klacht is dat de bedden niet erg comfortabel waren. De metalen bedframes bieden geen zeer goede ondersteuning.

Nice hotel if you come to Fargo, its in the center and you have nice restaurants around to go, the only problem might be that you have to pay parking

The location was great, the bathroom floor did not appear clean, there was both liquid soap and hand soap but no holder for the hand soap once it
was wet. The entrance was slippery (lots of snowy shoes coming in and out). The hot tub was minimal but pleasant. The pool towels were pretty thin.
The personnel were helpful and friendly.

Staff at check in lovely!
Large room, lots of place for luggage. Large bathroom. Ice maker in fridge. Nice couch which was also a hide a bed!
Carpet was light brown colour which shows every stain. Could I suggest a medium/ dark brown if you are thinking of replacing. I always take my shoes off at the door but guess things happen and the carpet gets dirty. Poor cleaning staff. I am sure the carpet was clean, like the room just stained. Oh well.
Staff were very nice . And apologized for the few items on the grab and go.
Web site said free breakfast for 4; but…. Grab and go breakfast but not much - granola bar, few small muffins, coffee, tea, hot chocolate. Some packs of instant oatmeal but guess you would have to use a coffee cup? No milk but coffee creamer.
The room was great and I would likely stay there again. For all hotels on your site it would be nice to know how to know or give a better indication of breakfast availability - the minimum that would constitute a minimum breakfast items provided or if not then no breakfast provided .

GGuest UserWe ended up booking this place, but due to some car troubles we arrived late. I had called previously knowing that I would be late on arrival and making sure my reservation that I prepaid for would still be available. I was told by the receptionist that the room would be available upon my late arrival. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk to check us in and an attendant who helps maintain the property showed up. Apparently, the reservation was cancelled which made me upset. They had to call around and ask to instruct the attendant how to find my previous reservation and get me checked into a room, which took a while. The room was fine. It was nice they had a complimentary destination charger which you needed a code for in order to use.

GGuest UserThis hotel was fantastic from the moment I walked in the door. They were able to get me a room on the bottom floor away from the elevator & near a side door for my dogs. This hotel had fresh coffee all day, a little store to shop in & our room was sparkling clean without a speck of dust (ours was Courtesey of Yvonne). The Hotel was very very quiet, staff were very friendly, kind and helpful when we had to unexpectedly book for a second night due to bad weather. I can't even begin to express how thankful we are that we were able to stay in the same room. Thank you Yvonne from room 115 12/27 & 12/28

RRealRedBaronOverall the stay was good. Great location, close to everything. The hot tub only worked 1 out of the 4 days we were there and the pool I felt needed to be warmer but my wife said it was on the last day on her morning swim. The hotel had minimal staff during our stay but I still got what I needed when I called so that was nice.
TIPS:
- Rooms need more (or larger) garbage bins.
- Rooms need a recycle bin.
- Hotel needs more garbage and recycle bins on each floor. Eg. at each elevator, near the ice/water machine, main floor entrance (inside and out).
- Hotel needs recycle bins on each floor.

GGuest UserGreat staff. Rooms were clean, pool and whole pool area was clean, gaming area was also clean. That's a pretty hefty accomplishment, considering how messy some of the hotel ”guests” were. Food at the restaurants was pretty good. Definitely met my expectations. Restaurant staff was also top notch. We came solely for the kids to use the water park & they had a blast. Great hotel for young families. My only complaint is the beds were not very comfortable. The metal bed frames do not provide very good support at all.

EEmilyThe service was super friendly - we had our two small children at the free breakfast (amazing btw) and they gave us a bag of books to look through - each child got to take one home! Pool & hot tub were clean and we had it all to ourselves.
Big suite with two bedrooms, fold out couch for the kids and everyone had their own tv. Will definitely visit again.

GGuest UserOverall a good stay. Parking in the ramp is a breeze. Downtown location is convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the complimentary bathroom amenities, they are different from the usual hotel stay. Tasteful decor.
The carpet in our room is worn and had a big stain. Bathroom tile could use a good steam as the grout is quite black.

GGuest UserAnna the manager was very pleasant and kind. Cleanliness was not great. Behind our toilet looked like had never been cleaned. You can tell they just add towels to shelves without ever wiping down. We pulled back the bed when we arrived to see if the sheets were cleaned and there was a wad of tangled hair at the foot of the bed within the covers.
