I don't know how to rated 5 diamonds. The curtain box in the room still leaks light, not completely avoid light! It rained last night, and the rain was set on a tin roof. It was jingling all night. "Excellent service without any delays, free upgrade to a room with bigger beds to suit personal needs (without request). It has indoor swimming pool (not heated) and hot tubs. Great location next to Wanda shopping center. The bathroom is big with a blind to open and close. The room is very spacious with a great view of street and lake (a bit). The tub is big too. Highly recommend to stay!"

"Big thanks to Sister Qiu for always responding to our inquiries and to the boss, Hongbo, for the warm hospitality and care. We had a very comfortable and fun four-day, three-night stay (Dec 27-30) in Snow Valley. The warm beds, hot meals, and enjoying all the entertainment activities in Snow Valley and Snow Village gave our group of four an extraordinary winter experience. At Xiongling in Snow Valley, we tried snowmobiling, snow tubing, skiing, and snow drifting (super thrilling!). **Friendly reminder**: Please wear sunglasses, a mask, and a snow hat. This will help prevent the cold snow from hitting your face when you're snow drifting. The snow hitting your face is incredibly, unbelievably cold! For the Yangcaoshan itinerary, I recommend buying tickets for the horse-drawn sled and taking the snowmobile all the way up the mountain. Hiking would be a very long and time-consuming distance. For the second half, we opted to hike down to Snow Village, and the snow scenery along the way was absolutely spectacular, perfect for photos. You can also buy a small sled to enjoy some exciting mini snow runs on the way down. **The only drawback**: The shower head in the bathroom had low water pressure, so it took a bit longer to shower."
