The hotel was in a great location, the pool was nice but closed often. I think they are working on the chemical levels or something. The food was good on the buffet but it was the exact same thing every day, so by day 6 we were ready for our next resort. The staff was great and they solved any issues we had. The walls are thin but as long as there aren't any large groups it should be fine. They also treated us with wine and decorated or room which was very nice!
Bij het verblijf upgradeer me naar een luxe kamer, tegenover de Golf, er is een massage in de kamer. Het ontbijt is zeer goed, waarvan de bacon is de beste eetbare bacon die ik ooit heb gegeten, niet vet en niet zo koek als de Amerikaanse bacon, maar het vlees is stevig, maar niet hard en de vleesmaker is vol. Het hotel is goed gelegen, dicht bij de zakelijke zone, maar zeer stil en ik kan niet een beetje luisteren op de avond. De enige nadeel is dat de vooruitbetaling van de accommodatie al belastingen omvatte en er nog geen extra belasting per nacht van de winkel van $4 is.

Most of the staff are very polite and friendly. At arrival to the hotel I did not feel welcomed as the staff were standing talking to each other before acknowledging my presence.
First day at the poolside I met a very unpleasant and rude staff, I tried to not let that ruined my trip, I complained about him and people apologised for him.
I was very disappointed with the breakfast price. It was shown on trip.com as £21 but was told it was £36 per person. Kwasi was very welcoming, polite, professional and friendly.
This is a beautiful place but there is alot of room for improvement.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Royalton in Saint Lucia, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable. Their warm hospitality made all the difference.
The location was absolutely stunning—breathtaking views of the ocean, lush tropical surroundings, and the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean, with a private swim up pool that provided the most incredible sunsets.
The booking said taxes and fees were included in the price. However, I was made to pay 43.20 ECD as a “government head tax” and they would not accept that this was included. The receptionist kept us waiting for no reason and had a very dismissive manner, eg not liking the official NHS vaccination proof because she thought it should be a card. Very rude. The hotel itself was good though, very clean and comfortable. If they had receptionists with a more customer friendly manner and made clear that taxes are not included I would have given a much better review.

BbartackWhen I checked in, I was upgraded to a deluxe room, facing the bay, and there was a jacuzzi in the room. The breakfast was very good. The bacon was the best bacon I had ever eaten. It was not greasy and would not be as crisp as the American bacon. The meat was tight, but it was not firewood and hard, and the pork was full. The hotel is in a good location, close to the business district, but very quiet, and there is no noise at night. The only downside: the prepaid room rate has included taxes, and the so-called government tax of $4 per night has not been charged.
