"The location is not far from the airport. It only takes around ten minutes by taxi. The apartment is quite spacious, much bigger than a normal hotel room, and everything is well organized. There’s a convenience store downstairs where you can easily buy water or snacks, and also a few places to eat nearby. The price is reasonable and the value for money is pretty good."

"The legend and classic vibe of Royale Chulan. Very satisfied with the room, service and breakfast buffet. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staffs are friendly and accommodate. Location is good, nearby mosque, mall, town and KTM. The downside maybe the old pillow and flat, which hotel need to change it. Parking provided for hotel guest. Overall this place is cozy and comfortable to stay. My sister always chose to stay at Royale Chulan for every Raya celebration in Seremban."

"Stayed 1 day. The day I went Saturday was fully occupied with guests. Many corporate events were held on Saturday and Sunday. The room is large, and the price is relatively cheap. The resort surroundings are full of high grown trees. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings. Food, no issue. They have a restaurant and we can order tru tru Grab Food as well. My room package comes with a complimentary breakfast. Verity of local and continental foods. For those travelling by KTM commuter, can take grab. It's about 5-6 KM from Seremban Station."

"It's ends well other than a of TV and water heater, and the toilet flush which was not working upon my check in but was resolved after giving the feedback to the reception. I would like to give a shout out to Amira and the girls (so sorry as I had lost their names after it was written on a piece of paper). The first staff was the one who checked me out and the second staff was the ”smaller lady whom I think wearing spec. All three were very professional in handling guests. Not forgetting to mention Kamal the housekeeping staff."

"So far we are very happy to stay in Raia Beach Resort. Front desk receptionist was very friendly when we were check in. The room was very clean, bright and pleasant fresher ever. Even though we are near the pool area and the beach but the sound prove of the room very good we don’t hear any noises from outside.  We were staying at block E very near to the gate to the public beach. We feel very secured bcos the the gate too the public beach is hotel room card operate and the operating hour is 7am-7pm other time is closed even you use card to tap also will not open if is outside the operating hour. 👍 The buffet breakfast I will not said fantastic but I think for the price of hotel with breakfast I would said is value for money. Breakfast was everyday got Nasi Lemak but different type of curry chicken, hot chicken nuggets, chicken sausages, baked beans, Chinese porridge with different type of side dishes, toast, egg station, noodle soup station, everyday 2 type of cakes (I.e. butter cakes and marble cakes), Kuih, fruits, juices and coffee & tea.  I think is just good enough for me.  The staff very kind and friendly. I think the resort just took over by new management as we can see at night the staffs still try to put up some safety measures I.e. safety at pool area, life guard station and towel station. The resort very convenient to the nearby makan stalls and convenience stall. I would recommend friends & relative to stay at this resort.  Thank you management and the staffs for up keeping the resort neat and clean. Please keep up with the good work. "This is a new hotel, only two months old. Parking is currently free. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Although check-in time is officially 2 PM, they allowed us to check in early at 12:35 PM. The RM50 deposit is refundable upon check-out. The room is comfortable, clean, and odor-free, with a good amount of space. All facilities work well. It would be perfect if the pillows were a bit higher for better sleep. You can make tea in the room, but unfortunately, shampoo, dental kits, and slippers are not provided. I also didn't see a hairdryer, so it might be available upon request at the front desk. The large mirror in the room faces the bed, which I covered with a towel while sleeping. They offer a simple breakfast in the morning, including bread and boxed char kway teow. Having a 7-Eleven next door is very convenient."
