Clean hotel, budget breakfast. Old pool (not very clean) and no access to the gym. Far from the city and no transfer. No restaurant, only a bar with regular food like burgers and pizza (not very good).

Uitstekend hotel in het algemeen. Geweldige locatie en vriendelijk personeel en een geweldig terrein/uitzicht. De ervaring daar kan dramatisch worden verbeterd met slechts twee kleine veranderingen: 1. Service bij het zwembad - u moet zelf voor eten en drinken zorgen. Het toevoegen van een app of belsysteem zou geweldig zijn. Een ober/serveerster bij het zwembad zou geweldig zijn. 2. Betere matrassen. Ze voelden behoorlijk hard aan, als een budgetmatras dat niet past bij een mooi hotel.

Perfect location on a beautiful island. Better get the room with a sea view and watch the boats come in. Good breakfast plenty of choice and wonderful fresh fruit. Staff all very pleasant and spread the happiness. Excellent pool kept meticulously clean. Hot tub if rain comes and hot sauna. R3 Restaurant just across the road. Gentle stroll along the front into town and the marina.

El hotel está en pleno centro de Horta,bajas por una calle y estás en el puerto.Es antiguo pero todo muy limpio y con unas vistas espectaculares. El desayuno es sencillo pero muy rico.LLevaros bañador y gorro ya que tiene gratuitos piscinas exterior e interior,sauna,jacuzzi y gimnasio.Los trabajadores te ayudan todo lo que pueden y hablan español muchos.Hay cerca aparcamiento gratuito

Soms was het personeel erg aardig en behulpzaam en soms stijf en onbeschoft. Er is geen kitchenette of koelkast voor gasten. De slaapzalen zijn erg klein en de bedden zijn luidruchtig. Van de 6 bedden hebben de twee in het midden geen stopcontact of licht. Geen handdoek of zeep aanwezig. Sanitaire voorzieningen bevinden zich ver van de slaapzalen. Het toilet lekte en er lag altijd water op de vloer. Risico op uitglijden! Geen airconditioning, geen ventilator en de kasten zijn niet op slot. U dient uw eigen slot mee te nemen. Om positief te eindigen: het was schoon en de architectuur van dit oude gebouw is schitterend.

Apreciamos sobretudo a comodidade do quarto, em especial no que diz respeito à dimensão e isolamento acústico. A cama é confortável, o chuveiro excelente, mas o arrumo de roupas é exíguo e parcialmente à vista. Está bem localizado e com espaço exterior agradável e desafogado. Pequeno almoço relativamente completo e de boa qualidade. Por fim, ressalta a simpatia e profissionalismo dos funcionários, sempre disponíveis.

We had a lovely stay at ANC. We spent 2 nights there after flying in from NYC. It was nice to have the pool, the terrace and be in walking distance to the beach (even though when we went there was too much seaweed to swim) most of the people at the front desk were very helpful. You can also walk to Caloura. These were all good things as we got acclimated from jet lag. Peaceful. One person in particular helped me with reservations and good details on our plans. The dinner was good and the breakfasts seem to be the usual fare, a good variety. We’d recommend staying here.

Een hotelkamer met een groot balkon en uitzicht op zee. Parkeren voor de deur. Een fijne plaats om de oostelijke helft van het eiland te ontdekken.
