Были сутки в отеле. Всё понравилось. Бронировали из соображений близко к ж/д вокзалу и круизному порту, так как из Хайфы начинался круиз. Близко к отелю большой супермаркет, сразу на выходе налево и идти минут 7. И вообще к подножию садов очень близко. Вечером прогуляться самое то. Вид с подсветками завораживающий. И большое спасибо отелю, что продлили без оплаты номер до 14.00

The wealthy area on the top of the mountain is uniquely located, and there is nothing to be around. The Bay View Room is very satisfactory. The hotel is overall great and should be the best hotel in Haifa. Breakfast is very rich, there is a charge for the parking lot downstairs, the room has a balcony, facing the harbour, below is the sky garden. It was a lot of hours for us to wait for more than an hour in the afternoon. This is very uncomfortable.

The rest of the staff throughout our stay were very helpful and nice.
The facilities were very clean and were in excellent shape.
The shabbat lunch wasn't as good as the rest of the meals. The food for the rest of the meals was excellent.
The signs on the 5 km walk need to be more clear throughout the entire walk.
The hotel needs to move towards being more ecological: for example: in the room showers you should have nice dispensers for soap, shampoo and conditioner. No more single little plastic bottles. You should provide a water dispenser to refill paper cups instead of plastic cups.

YYINGThe Golden Crown Hotel is located in the German Quarter, very close to the port and the Bahá'í Gardens. The location is very good. Hotel facilities are also ok. It didn't feel good about the hotel's service: when we arrived, we had a special request for a slightly larger room with two children; the hotel waiter took me to visit two rooms that were not bad; but the key to stay. It was a completely different room, the size was small, the window was still facing a wall, and there was a big cockroach afterwards; we had to ask for a room change, and the waiter cleaned up a room of the same price. (This room has a larger window area), but the front desk doesn't know why, we have to wait until late to give us the keys. On this day's toss, Xiaobao started a high fever at night. After the praise, I have not talked about the lack of it. The overall service has not kept up with its hardware facilities. We speak English and barely communicate with the front desk. We checked in earlier and the room was not ready, so we put the luggage at the front desk and went out. When I came back later to take the key and take the luggage, I actually gave us other people's luggage. We said that these were not ours. After we lived in the room, there was actually a waiter who took the two luggages that were not ours and sent them over 🤨 There are no paper towels in the room. We ordered takeaway and didn't have tableware. We wanted to borrow tableware from the hotel. We didn't send it for a long time. The service really needs to be improved. 🤨
