Die Lage des Hotels hat uns sehr begeistert. Alle gewünschten Ziele waren bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, die Bahn direkt vor der Tür – einfach ideal! Der Pool am Abend bot eine willkommene Entspannung. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Lautstärke im großzügigen Frühstücksraum könnte etwas angenehmer sein. Aber wo viele Menschen sind, ist die Geräuschkulisse eben entsprechend.

Travel24 Hotel Leipzig – Great Location & Smooth Stay! We stayed at Travel24 Hotel Leipzig for two nights and were pleasantly surprised at how efficient and hassle-free everything was. Check-in went smoothly, and the hotel even offers its own private parking. Just a tip: the parking works on a first-come, first-served basis, so it’s smart to arrive earlier if you want to secure a spot, as it cannot be guaranteed. One of the biggest advantages is definitely the location – right in the heart of Leipzig! We loved that we could easily explore the inner city on foot without worrying about transportation. The amenities were perfectly fine for a short city stay. The shower is placed a bit unusually in the middle of the room, but it didn’t bother us at all – in fact, it added a quirky touch. The mattress was comfortable enough, and the air conditioning was a real lifesaver during the hot Leipzig weather. All in all, our stay at Travel24 Hotel Leipzig was enjoyable, practical, and convenient. We would happily consider staying here again for another city trip!

Great location in the heart of the old town. Quiet and bed is comfy. Breakfast is great and staff is attentive.

The only positive thing about this hotel were the room, big and spacious, and the location, super central. Although the moquette is unhygienic. I always appreciate a luggage rack but one in a room for 2 people is ridiculous. We also got unlucky with the bathroom as the shower curtain was mounted wrong so taking a shower meant creating a lake in the bathroom. The hotel is not very well organised, we had to wait a lot to check-in and when it was finally our turn, even though the room was ready, we would have had to pay to check in earlier for mere 50 minutes. Embarrassing. We left the luggages and came back later and had to queue again with all the guests that had just arrived, for more than half an hour. We only needed the key cards, we already did all the paperwork. They preauthorised 50€ per night on our cards, in case we wanted to use the room service or the restaurant, which we explained we didn’t. And if you looked at the room service menu, you wouldn’t want to as well.. I would expect a famous chain like the Hilton to know that “Taglietelle Carbonara” doesn’t exist, it’s “Spaghetti carbonara” or “Rigatoni alla carbonara”. Furthermore “Spaghetti bolognese” doesn’t exist as well, it’s “tagliatelle bolognese”. There’s a pool but it’s unclear if it’s available to every guest. The staff is not keen on divulging information. It would be nice if more of the staff would be able to speak English (and maybe a third language) as a lot of the guests are tourists from other countries.

The first two pics you'll see the incredible proximity between Hyperion and the train station and mall. I was exhausted that day so it was super good that the hotel is 1-minute walk from the station! If you want to go to the city center (shopping street or St. Thomas church), it's only a simple 10-15 min walk. A smiley and kind blonde lady checked me in, she was really helpful and genuine. As for the room, it was modern and clean. Highly recommend!

Het hotel is groot, hoewel wat gedateerd, maar het heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en biedt een uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Er is gratis parkeergelegenheid direct voor het hotel en de receptie informeert je proactief. Een speciale dank aan Ctrip's butler, Zejing. Toen het hotel ons verkeerd had geïnformeerd, gaf Zejing, na ontvangst van de feedback, prioriteit aan het perspectief van de klant en pakte het probleem direct aan in plaats van zijn verantwoordelijkheid te ontlopen. Hij beschikt ook over sterke professionele vaardigheden, waardoor hij niet alleen de oplossing faciliteerde, maar er ook voor zorgde dat we iedereen gedurende het hele proces op de hoogte hielden. Hij wist een negatieve ervaring om te buigen tot een positieve. Ctrip is mijn eerste keuze voor toekomstige reizen.

Een fantastisch hotel, zeer elegant ingericht, met een persoonlijk welkomstgeschenk van chocolaatjes op de kamer. De minibar was zeer goed gevuld met water, Fanta, sapjes, wijn en bier – een zeldzaamheid tegenwoordig. Alle kamers hebben een balkon en er ligt zelfs een knus dekentje in de kast om 's avonds van de gratis rode wijn te genieten! Er is een koffiezetapparaat en thee aanwezig op de kamer. De badkamer is enorm met prachtige blauwe tegels. We hadden een tweepersoonsbed en een slaapbank voor twee personen in aparte kamers, beide met een flatscreen-tv! Het kan 's nachts wat lawaaiig zijn door de trams die naast het hotel rijden, maar het hotel is zeer centraal gelegen naast het centraal station en de belangrijkste winkelstraat. De dierentuin ligt op slechts 10 minuten lopen. Er heerst een gezellige sfeer tijdens het uitgebreide ontbijt. Parkeren in de hotelgarage kost € 22 per nacht en moet van tevoren worden gereserveerd – alles verliep soepel en wij als gezin waren er erg blij mee. We komen zeker terug!!! Het hotel beschikt over een wellnessruimte zonder zwembad, maar met een sauna en een zoutsauna, geopend van 17:00 tot 22:00 uur. Elke sauna kan op verzoek individueel worden verwarmd (12 euro per persoon).

Sehr netter Service. Das Zimmer super mit einer tollen Küche. Sehr sauber. Frühstück Auswahl sehr umfangreich. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Lage zentral und nicht weit weg vom Hauptbahnhof.

Op 3 minuten lopen van het centraal station en op 1 minuut lopen van de tramhalte met verbindingen naar de oude stad. Het hotel is ook omgeven door talloze eetgelegenheden en winkels, waarvan sommige zelfs tot middernacht open zijn. De kamer die ik kreeg, heeft een raam met uitzicht op de oude stad en ik zie talloze torens in mijn kamer. De faciliteiten zijn nieuw en functioneel, alleen zou ik een waterkoker binnen nodig hebben voor warm drinkwater, maar die is er niet. Verder is de netheid extra rustgevend. De beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.
