Hotels in Xining met Airport Shuttle

"Het hotel had een fitnessruimte, een café en een ontbijtbuffet. De kamer was groot en gaf een mooi uitzicht op de stad. Het personeel hielp met vragen of verzoeken. Ze hielpen me hun adres in de Chinese leveringsapp *******. Ze verhuren ook de verwarming in de kamer toen ik dat ook vroeg. Het buffet is normaal 58 RMB per dag, want het voedsel dat u aanbiedt is vrij hoog. Het brood was steel en veel van het voedsel was koud of had ook een oude smaak. Gelukkig was ik er in de winter toen het gratis was en geen kosten had. Misschien in de zomer met de kosten van 58 RMB is het voedsel verser. Maar ik zou zeggen dat het voedsel beschikbaar was veel diversiteit, met zowel Chinese als westerse opties. Kamer: 10/10 Personeel: 10/10 Locatie: 8/10 Buffet: 6.5/10 Nu zou ik foto's van het hotel uploaden, maar ik filmde het alleen en maakte geen foto's en trip.com alleen foto's toestaan."

"Dit is het startpunt van onze Qinghai-Gansu Loop Line. Het hotel ligt op een zeer goede locatie, op het centrale plein van Xining, en de hoge gebouwen zijn van een afstand te zien. Het hotel is stijlvol en licht, de kamers zijn groot, de faciliteiten zijn compleet en gemakkelijk te gebruiken en de bedden zijn zeer comfortabel. Het ontbijt in het hotel is zeer uitgebreid. Er is een grote ondergrondse parkeergarage, wat erg handig is. De hotelservice is ook erg goed. De receptie is enthousiast en bezorgt speciale yoghurtsnacks op de kamer. Als je iets nodig hebt, bel dan het klantenservicenummer en ze reageren snel. Het hotel verdient 5 sterren en is zeer tevreden over het hotel. Het buffet van het hotel is uitstekend en er zijn kortingen voor hotelgasten. Ik raad het ten zeerste aan."

"Zeer comfortabel hotel, op slechts een paar minuten van de trein- en busstations. Mooi, schoon hotel met goede voorzieningen. Redelijke prijs. Het enige nadeel: ik vroeg de receptie om hulp bij het vinden van de bustijden naar Xiahe. Ze vertelden me dat er geen bussen van Xining naar Xiahe reden. De volgende dag ging ik naar het busstation en kocht een kaartje van Xining naar Xiahe. Ik vind het heel ernstig om reizigers onjuiste informatie te geven. Als je het antwoord niet weet, kun je beter zeggen: ”Sorry, ik weet het niet.”"

"We stayed at Sofitel Xining for a total of four nights, and our experience was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are modern and spacious, and the facilities (pool, gym, executive lounge) are world-class — but what truly made the difference was the incredible hospitality. A very special thank you to Lucy and Mia at the front desk. Their warm welcome, kindness, and proactive support made us feel genuinely cared for. They went above and beyond to help us during our stay — from arranging transportation to providing great local recommendations. Their professionalism combined with their friendliness made every interaction a pleasure. We also want to thank Jenny, the Staff Manager, for her attention to detail and personal care. She checked on us several times to make sure everything was perfect, and we felt truly valued as guests. It’s rare to experience this level of service — we felt more like friends than hotel guests. Highly recommended. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Xining."

"This hotel is all that you can ask for at a fair price in Xining. It is a decent location, although you'd probably have to use taxis to get around. The amenities and the room are reasonable."

"Great location and very good service from front door and the cleaner Warmly asked us for anything we need and try to fulfill our requirement at their best We requested water for drinking and hanger to hang our clothes after washing and dry with dryer and the hotel management helped us with it. The room is big enough for 5 pax and clean Breakfast provided for every day too."

"Highly recommended. Enjoyable stay and affordable. Staff upgraded our room to a suite Good views of this city. Also gave us a free breakfast one day which was decent for the most part. Great location in/near the muslim neighborhood. The only complaint might be was that it was difficult to get the temperature of the room down on these hot, Summer days, even at night (no A/C available)."

"De eerste keer dat ik in de nieuwste versie 5.0 van het Ji Hotel Xiaoshanqing verbleef, was het echt een geweldige prijs. De kamer was groot, schoon en netjes. Van het personeel bij de receptie tot de kamerdame, ze waren allemaal erg enthousiast, vooral de dame bij de receptie, Xiaomi, die erg attent en enthousiast was. De omgeving was erg goed, het was in ieder geval erg handig in de buurt, de faciliteiten waren erg goed en de apparatuur was erg compleet. De prachtige Xiaomi was erg enthousiast en hielp me met het printen van werkmaterialen. Ik was erg tevreden!"

"I will start off by saying that the room and bathroom were well appointed, the staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. However, whilst the room was generally clean, when I dropped something that subsequently rolled under a fitted unit, I was pretty disgusted to see the dust and filth beneath it. It clearly had not been cleaned for…well…ever? I appreciate that these areas will not be as clean as the more visible parts of the room, however for a five star hotel, this is unacceptable. I do not expect to find dirty tissues and a thick layer of dust and dirt anywhere in my hotel room. But by far the absolute worst part of my stay was the inability to control the temperature in the room whatsoever. The room was so swelteringly hot that despite the comfortable bed, and everything to go with it, I was almost unable to sleep at all. I do not expect this in a five star hotel(and have never experienced it other than here and at anther Wanda hotel in Hohhot), I pay for luxury; controlling the room temperature is a basic requirement that I can even do in a 50 yuan a night hostel dorm. When I asked the staff at reception the following morning I was told the AC wouldn’t be available until after April 15th because ‘it’s cold outside’. Firstly, I am not sleeping outside, I am sleeping inside, on the 22nd floor, where it is anything but cold. Not to mention it was April, not January, even in Xining it is not that cold. Secondly, as a paying guest, in a five star hotel, it should be up to me to decide if it is hot or cold, not the hotel. For this reason, as lovely as the room, staff and breakfast may have been, I would not stay here again. I checked out and moved to the lower rated Hilton, where I could control the room temperature and actually managed to sleep…generally what the whole point of a hotel is."

"Xiaofens service was echt geweldig. Ze belde van tevoren om te vragen of ik speciale verzoeken had. Toen ik bij het hotel aankwam, stond ze al bij de deur te wachten. Ze nam me mee om in te checken en stuurde me naar de kamer. Ze vertelde me onderweg hoe ik de faciliteiten van het hotel kon gebruiken en gaf me een fruitmand toen ik in de kamer aankwam. De airconditioning was aangezet en op een comfortabele temperatuur gezet. De suite is groot met een keuken en wasmachine. De badkamer is gescheiden in natte en droge gedeeltes en is erg schoon. Het zwembad heeft droge en natte sauna's. De sportschool is goed uitgerust en er zijn veel Noordwestelijke lekkernijen voor het ontbijt."
