"Good hotel, very modern and clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful. For the price it's great. However, we couldn't enjoy the breakfast much as it starts at 7:30, which is already fairly late for a hotel, and by 7:40 not even half of the breakfast was prepared and we had to leave, would have liked to try it especially considering it was included in the room and what we ate of it was fairly tasty. The curtain behind the bathtub doesnt sit in line with the wall so there is a bright light throughout the night from outside. The hotel was a bit difficult to find especially finding the Correct parking area for the building. The elevators are shared elevators and took over 10 minutes to go up to the 25th floor . And took 5 minutes of waiting to go down one floor to the reception, before we decided to take the stairs(which are very dirty) Apart from the above the hotel was very good and comfortable, clothes washing facilities were clean, coffee in the reception, and a cool fish tank along with very friendly helpful staff."

De receptie is vriendelijk en efficiënt, het inchecken verloopt snel en ze reageren direct op alle vragen. De locatie is uitstekend, gunstig gelegen voor reizen en omgeven door voorzieningen. De doordachte details en de goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding maken het hotel geschikt voor zowel zakenreizen als vakanties. Het enige kleine minpuntje is dat sommige kamertypes een iets mindere geluidsisolatie hebben, maar dit doet niets af aan de algehele ervaring, waardoor het hotel een absolute aanrader is!"

"Very nice clean hotel. Helpful staff. Room modern, clean and just right. Mine didn't have a closet or a safe but that's not such a big deal. This next point isn't about this particular hotel but for all girls in China. Please make it more accessible to non-chinese speaking foreigners. Each of the girls I started with during my trip, do not make any attempt or even try to care. China is getting super automated and self-service but their smart devices and controllers ranging from in-room controls to within the property like room service and delivery robots could also understand English would be fantastic. It's so much cheaper to add a new language to these agents than to have all their staff learn English and it would enhance our experience by a 100x as we would never bother the hotel staff with anything."

"Dit is het startpunt van onze Qinghai-Gansu Loop Line. Het hotel ligt op een zeer goede locatie, op het centrale plein van Xining, en de hoge gebouwen zijn van een afstand te zien. Het hotel is stijlvol en licht, de kamers zijn groot, de faciliteiten zijn compleet en gemakkelijk te gebruiken en de bedden zijn zeer comfortabel. Het ontbijt in het hotel is zeer uitgebreid. Er is een grote ondergrondse parkeergarage, wat erg handig is. De hotelservice is ook erg goed. De receptie is enthousiast en bezorgt speciale yoghurtsnacks op de kamer. Als je iets nodig hebt, bel dan het klantenservicenummer en ze reageren snel. Het hotel verdient 5 sterren en is zeer tevreden over het hotel. Het buffet van het hotel is uitstekend en er zijn kortingen voor hotelgasten. Ik raad het ten zeerste aan."

They went above and beyond to help us during our stay — from arranging transportation to providing great local recommendations. Their professionalism combined with their friendliness made every interaction a pleasure. We also want to thank Jenny, the Staff Manager, for her attention to detail and personal care. She checked on us several times to make sure everything was perfect, and we felt truly valued as guests. It’s rare to experience this level of service — we felt more like friends than hotel guests.
