Lights can be adjusted in detail via an electronic panel. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is good. Since the hotel is next to a school, one wakes up with the student's morning exercise."

"It was an absolute pleasure staying at the Campanile hotel in Xining! From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcomed. Despite my early arrival, the staff, especially Marie, Xiaojing, and Xiaoma, were so kind and accommodating, allowing me to check in without any hassle. The thoughtful touches throughout my stay truly made it exceptional. The welcome fruits upon arrival were a lovely surprise, and the complimentary breakfast was a fantastic start to the day. My room was not only sparkling clean and incredibly comfortable but also offered a great view of the city – a real treat! What truly sets the Campanile apart is the exceptional service. Marie, Xiaojing, and Xiaoma were always ready to assist with a smile, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The added bonus of free laundry facilities was also incredibly convenient. To top it all off, the farewell gift was such a sweet and unexpected gesture. It's clear that the team at the Campanile in Xining genuinely cares about their guests' experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and extend my sincere thanks to Marie, Xiaojing, and Xiaoma for making my stay so memorable. "De kamer is schoon en netjes, vlakbij het hogesnelheidstreinstation, en het busstation is beneden, dus het is handig om de bus naar Ta'er Temple te nemen. Nadelen: 1. Er is een probleem met de verbinding tussen de klantenservice en de receptie. Er hangt geen bordje met het internetwachtwoord, tv-gebruik en interne telefoonnummer in onze kamer. Daarom ben ik drie keer heen en weer gerend om te vragen, en de receptie zei dat ik moest helpen met nadenken, maar er was geen resultaat toen ik op de derde dag uitcheckte. 2. De receptioniste bij de receptie was niet erg enthousiast. 3. De bediening in het restaurant was niet erg enthousiast. Tijdens de maaltijd staarde een dertigjarige man in een shirt met korte mouwen en ronde hals iedereen aan als een supervisor die het eten serveert. Toen ik hem vertelde dat de selderij te oud was en helemaal niet meer te eten, vond hij dat zonde; hij keek wezenloos en negeerde de gasten."

"De algehele ervaring in het Orange Hotel overtrof alle verwachtingen. Het design is eenvoudig maar stijlvol, en de lobby heeft een verfrissende sinaasappelgeur die je meteen een ontspannen gevoel geeft. De kamers zijn schoon en netjes, het beddengoed is zacht en comfortabel, de moderne voorzieningen zijn gebruiksvriendelijk, de badkamer heeft een aparte douche en toilet, en er is voldoende warm water. De receptie is vriendelijk en efficiënt, het inchecken verloopt snel en ze reageren direct op alle vragen. De locatie is uitstekend, gunstig gelegen voor reizen en omgeven door voorzieningen. De doordachte details en de goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding maken het hotel geschikt voor zowel zakenreizen als vakanties. Het enige kleine minpuntje is dat sommige kamertypes een iets mindere geluidsisolatie hebben, maar dit doet niets af aan de algehele ervaring, waardoor het hotel een absolute aanrader is!"

"這次在西寧選了喆啡酒店，真的超棒！一進大堂，咖啡香氣瀰漫，瞬間放鬆下來。房間乾淨又温馨，床品柔軟舒適，還有免費掛耳咖啡，沖一杯慢慢品味，超愜意。酒店位置也很便利，周邊吃飯、出行都方便。前台服務熱情周到，好感度拉滿！"

"The location is wonderful if you need the train, as it is literally just outside the train station, less than 10 minutes' walking from your train. We needed the day room to rest between the morning and evening trains, and it works well for us. However, there are some issues we did not like. 1. We booked and paid through Trip, but at the receipton (we checked in early, which was great!) the receiptionst requested 100 rmb, which he said was a deposit that must be paid on the spot, and will be refunded in the morning. This was suspicious to us because nothing of this sort was stated on Trip, and no other bookings in China we made through Trip ever required any deposits, even less so in cash. When I showed him the original booking and payment, and insisted that we are only taking the room for the day, he stopped insisting on the ”deposit.” 2. The room used to be very nice, indeed, and preserves some of that niceness still: the bed is wonderful, with crispy linen, multiple different pillows, and very clean. the bathroom is nicely decorated and contained basic amenities, and the storage space is wonderful and spacious. However, like in some other Chinese hotels we stayed, the indicators of maintenance are the shower and the carpeting. In this room, the bed is super clean, but the bathroom and carpeting are either poorly cleaned, or not at all. We found hair and even a wrapping in the shower, while the carpeting in the room, elevator, and corridors was not cleaned in a long time. And yet, there are some such nice touches in this room, like the living creeper placed in a small vase in the bathroom, or the very nice wardrobe. The room is currently missing a fridge (although there is space for it), and it has not AC, although the corridors are cooled well. Instead, there is a fan, which in the afternoon heat barely helped."

"Room was spacious but somewhat worn, with minor stained bedding, dingy shower floor and a very old water kettle. Location was excellent, very central in an older part of city, though a bit noisy with traffic. Hotel has washing machines but no dryer, which i was not told at check-in even though i asked specifically about them. Most of the staff seemed distant. Breakfast was quite good."
