3-Starhotels in Xining

"De kamer is schoon en netjes, vlakbij het hogesnelheidstreinstation, en het busstation is beneden, dus het is handig om de bus naar Ta'er Temple te nemen. Nadelen: 1. Er is een probleem met de verbinding tussen de klantenservice en de receptie. Er hangt geen bordje met het internetwachtwoord, tv-gebruik en interne telefoonnummer in onze kamer. Daarom ben ik drie keer heen en weer gerend om te vragen, en de receptie zei dat ik moest helpen met nadenken, maar er was geen resultaat toen ik op de derde dag uitcheckte. 2. De receptioniste bij de receptie was niet erg enthousiast. 3. De bediening in het restaurant was niet erg enthousiast. Tijdens de maaltijd staarde een dertigjarige man in een shirt met korte mouwen en ronde hals iedereen aan als een supervisor die het eten serveert. Toen ik hem vertelde dat de selderij te oud was en helemaal niet meer te eten, vond hij dat zonde; hij keek wezenloos en negeerde de gasten."

"維客爾酒店住的非常舒心，我非常滿意。衞生細節客房打掃的很乾凈。前台小姐姐很有禮貌，人都特別好。酒店有自己的免費停車場，很是便捷。房間規劃的有續設施傢俱都非常新，床上用品全棉全新的，床墊不軟不硬！距離海湖新區很近，逛街都非常不錯的選擇。酒店在生活區吃喝比較便捷。推薦入住，出差在這附近，已經住過第二次啦，下次出差還定這！"

"De algehele ervaring in het Orange Hotel overtrof alle verwachtingen. Het design is eenvoudig maar stijlvol, en de lobby heeft een verfrissende sinaasappelgeur die je meteen een ontspannen gevoel geeft. De kamers zijn schoon en netjes, het beddengoed is zacht en comfortabel, de moderne voorzieningen zijn gebruiksvriendelijk, de badkamer heeft een aparte douche en toilet, en er is voldoende warm water. De receptie is vriendelijk en efficiënt, het inchecken verloopt snel en ze reageren direct op alle vragen. De locatie is uitstekend, gunstig gelegen voor reizen en omgeven door voorzieningen. De doordachte details en de goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding maken het hotel geschikt voor zowel zakenreizen als vakanties. Het enige kleine minpuntje is dat sommige kamertypes een iets mindere geluidsisolatie hebben, maar dit doet niets af aan de algehele ervaring, waardoor het hotel een absolute aanrader is!"

"The location is wonderful if you need the train, as it is literally just outside the train station, less than 10 minutes' walking from your train. We needed the day room to rest between the morning and evening trains, and it works well for us. However, there are some issues we did not like. 1. We booked and paid through Trip, but at the receipton (we checked in early, which was great!) the receiptionst requested 100 rmb, which he said was a deposit that must be paid on the spot, and will be refunded in the morning. This was suspicious to us because nothing of this sort was stated on Trip, and no other bookings in China we made through Trip ever required any deposits, even less so in cash. When I showed him the original booking and payment, and insisted that we are only taking the room for the day, he stopped insisting on the ”deposit.” 2. The room used to be very nice, indeed, and preserves some of that niceness still: the bed is wonderful, with crispy linen, multiple different pillows, and very clean. the bathroom is nicely decorated and contained basic amenities, and the storage space is wonderful and spacious. However, like in some other Chinese hotels we stayed, the indicators of maintenance are the shower and the carpeting. In this room, the bed is super clean, but the bathroom and carpeting are either poorly cleaned, or not at all. We found hair and even a wrapping in the shower, while the carpeting in the room, elevator, and corridors was not cleaned in a long time. And yet, there are some such nice touches in this room, like the living creeper placed in a small vase in the bathroom, or the very nice wardrobe. The room is currently missing a fridge (although there is space for it), and it has not AC, although the corridors are cooled well. Instead, there is a fan, which in the afternoon heat barely helped."

"Great location and very good service from front door and the cleaner Warmly asked us for anything we need and try to fulfill our requirement at their best We requested water for drinking and hanger to hang our clothes after washing and dry with dryer and the hotel management helped us with it. The room is big enough for 5 pax and clean Breakfast provided for every day too."

"It was an absolute pleasure staying at the Campanile hotel in Xining! From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcomed. Despite my early arrival, the staff, especially Marie, Xiaojing, and Xiaoma, were so kind and accommodating, allowing me to check in without any hassle. The thoughtful touches throughout my stay truly made it exceptional. The welcome fruits upon arrival were a lovely surprise, and the complimentary breakfast was a fantastic start to the day. My room was not only sparkling clean and incredibly comfortable but also offered a great view of the city – a real treat! What truly sets the Campanile apart is the exceptional service. Marie, Xiaojing, and Xiaoma were always ready to assist with a smile, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The added bonus of free laundry facilities was also incredibly convenient. To top it all off, the farewell gift was such a sweet and unexpected gesture. It's clear that the team at the Campanile in Xining genuinely cares about their guests' experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and extend my sincere thanks to Marie, Xiaojing, and Xiaoma for making my stay so memorable. I will definitely be choosing the Campanile again on my next visit to Xining! I forgot! It is walking distance from the bus and train station"

"This hotel accepts foreigners. Great quality for the price. The hotel is a bit dated but still very nice. The room floor was not the cleanest but the room was very comfortable and had everything we could need. The bed was the best. The staff although they didn't speak English were very nice, responding to our questions using the translation devices. Great location to visit the mosque too."

"訂房時看了評價，知道是老裝修，沒抱太高期望，價格便宜，想着衹要乾淨就行了，結果體驗比預期好太多！很少評價，這裏值得推薦一下！房間裏的衣櫃、衞生間的洗手枱都是老款式，有磨損，但擦得鋥亮。房間裏還有單獨的寫字桌方便辦公，床單被罩是純棉的，整潔沒有異味。床的軟硬也剛好，不是那種一壓就塌的軟床墊，睡醒腰不酸，睡眠質量比預想中好。衞生間洗漱台確實老氣，但乾濕分離做得很到位，地面乾爽不滑，沒有積水。熱水來得快，水温也穩定，洗漱用品是小瓶裝的。早上出門遇到前台，還主動問要不要幫忙存行李，特別實在，下次還來。"
